Description: An elegant polearm, this thin rod stands at just about 6 feet tall, a bit taller than its wielder. The weapon, aside from it apparent excellent craftsmanship, is rather understated as a whole, the whole thing a uniform dark brassy color with the three blades shining just a little bit more brightly. The counterbalance is a blunted, elegant mass useful for bashing and smashing while the head of the weapon is sharpened on both sides, perfect for slashing or stabbing. The three prongs each oppose one another, forming a kind of cage of blades at the main head of the implement with the tip of each prong being roughly two inches apart from its nearest neighbors.  
Equipment Ability:  

• Pressure: Anyone within the vicinity (thread) of the weapon will find that any techniques from the ninjutsu tree or medical abilities have their cost doubled. This affect the user, friends, and foes alike and cannot be turned off. Drains a C rank amount of chakra every turn. Must be drawn to activate.


• Enlightenment: While in possession of this item, the wielder can regenerate chakra even in combat in accordance with their stamina stat.

Sorry that wasn't done. DX But entirely changed, should be fixed up, price might be wrong, will be buying/adding additional abilities later... maybe. But for now just the one.

I'm a bit conflicted on this because of how potentially powerful the ability combination is, but it should be fine.... It's within what I'd think would be acceptable, but it's pretty dangerous.

Okay, so the abilities need to be re-evaluated. Pressure needs an upkeep. Plain and simple. And the second ability.... may be okay provided the weapon remains a limited.
