By using certain hand gestures, they're capable of simultaneously applying pressure and heat inside the sphere to generate an explosion. The target will be left burned and crushed. Name: Fire Release: Ash Pile Burning Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire Release Range: Mid-range Description: The user spews a stream of chakra-infused gunpowder from their mouth, which surrounds the region. As the gunpowder is composed entirely of ash, it stays in the air around the victim like a cloud, which can be used like a smokescreen. After surrounding the enemy with the ash, the user can ignite it with a flint placed on their teeth beforehand to create a spark, resulting in a violent explosion, burning the enemy. However, this technique requires keen senses to read the air currents, the insight to read the movements of the enemy, the tactical experience to not also enfold one's allies in the flames, and careful attention for the timing of the ignition. This technique effectively traps and attacks an opponent at the same time, and can be used to force them into another attack. Requirements: User must have Fire Release.
Name: Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire Release Range: Mid-range Description: The user breathes fire along a cord or any other type of long object, which rushes forward in a straight line catching the enemy on fire. A line of enemies can be used as the conductor as well. The flames are meant to target, and assault the enemy's upper body. It appears to be even larger and more devastating than the Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique, able to melt through a person's skin, and even rock. Requirements: User must have Fire Release.

Name: Fire Release: Exploding Flame Formation Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu/Bukijutsu Element: Fire Release Range: Short to Mid Range Description: After placing their hand on the ground, the user releases a large number of explosive tags that stream towards the target, before wrapping themselves around the victim from the feet upwards. Once in place around the target's legs, the tags detonate simultaneously, engulfing them in an enormous explosion and burning them with flames. In some occasions, victims can still suffer permanent damage to their legs, attesting to just how destructive the final explosion actually is. Another indicator to the devastation of the technique, is the large crater it leaves behind in solid rock after being used. Requirements: User must have Fire Release.

Name: Fire Release: Fire Dragon Bullet Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire Release Range: Short-range Description: A basic Fire Release technique, where the user exhales a flame breath from their mouth. This technique can be used in conjunction with Earth Release: Earth Dragon Bullet to ignite the projectiles fired by the latter technique, making it more devastating. Requirements: User must have Fire Release [and Earth Release to combo]
Name: Fire Release: Fire Dragon Flame Bullet Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire Release Range: Short to Mid range Description: The user kneads their chakra into flames, which are then manipulated into a genuine-looking dragon. Since the art of having the flames obey the user's will is outrageously difficult, its mastery is restricted to a limited number of skilful shinobi. The flames are divided to launch a left side, right side, and frontal assault in all three directions at once, turning the enemy into ash in a matter of seconds. Name: Great Fire Destruction Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Katon Range: 50-125m Handseals: Rat → Ox → Dog → Horse → Monkey → Boar → Tiger Speed: 40 m/s Description: The user forms the required hand seals to knead Katon Chakra within their chest. They then exhume a thin stream of flames about 5 cm in diameter. After traveling at least 50 meters, the user is able to cause the fire to erupt and create a massive bulk of flames (roughly 10m diameter) to cause intense damage to targets, likely killing anyone caught in the fire. This fire burns for up to four posts on flammable objects and continues to spread in all directions at 40 meters per second for four posts. Requirements: Must have at least 10 A+ Rank Katon Techs. 10 Posts of Training.

Name: Poison Mist Rank: B Type: Medical Ninjutsu Element: N/A Range: Short to Mid-range [Can be extended to Long-range if Wind Release is used.] Description: Chakra is kneaded within the body and then changed into special chemical substances which is then ejected through the mouth. When this substance comes in contact with the air outside the body, it instantly changes and is transformed into a mist of deadly poison. The poison's ability to paralyse is tremendous, as even just breathing in a small amount will mean that a target loses the ability to use their body although it doesn't take away the pain factor. As this technique combines ninjutsu, chemistry, and medical knowledge, using it requires fine chakra control and advanced ability in medical ninjutsu. Requirements: N/A
Name: Body Pathway Derangement Rank: A Type: Medical Ninjutsu Element: Lightning Release Range: Short-range Description: An extremely high-level technique, used as a medical ninjutsu. The human body is controlled with electrical signals from the brain, but a person who had those electrical signals cut off with this technique will become unable to make their body move as they want. By transforming the chakra within one's body and giving it the properties of electricity, one creates an electric field. As soon as a strike of the hand lands, electricity is poured into the enemy's nervous system, severing the signals and deranging their body control. The target's body moves in any way, except how they want it to move for two posts. For the common shinobi, battle, not to mention even just walking, will become impossible. The victim can partially overcome the technique if they manage to relearn the connection between their brain and their limbs. Requirements: N/A
Name: Mystical Palm Technique Rank: C-S Type: Medical Ninjutsu Element: N/A Range: Short-range Description: This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it very useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control, and because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. Highly-skilled users (S) have the ability to use it a short distance away from the target instead of through direct contact (0m - 10m). By sending an excess amount of chakra into the patient's body, the user can overload the patient's normal circulation, trapping them in a comatose state. (S) Requirements: N/A
Name: Yin Healing Wound Destruction Rank: A Type: Medical Ninjutsu Element: N/A Range: Short Description: A medical ninjutsu where one anticipates the spot the enemy will attack and pre-emptively applies medical treatment to it, reducing damage to a minimum. The user concentrates chakra to that area and begins the cell recreation process even before the targeted area becomes damaged. Using opponent's facial expression and movements, the technique's speed and power, the user analyses everything in an instant and accurately deduces where the attack will land. Even more than accurately predicting the attack or instantly gauging the situation, a great resilience is necessary. The technique will continue to heal damage until the user runs out of chakra, leaving the possibility that the damage will not be completely mended when the technique ends. Requirements: N/A

Name: Hachimon Rank: - Type: Taijutsu Element: None Range: Self Handseals: None Speed: Varies Description: The Eight Gates are eight specific tenketsu on a person's Chakra Pathway System. They limit the overall flow of chakra within a person's body. The basis for the idea of the chakra gates comes from the body's limits on the functions within it. This makes the body much weaker, but it keeps the body from expiring too soon. By undergoing intense training, one can learn how to open these gates allowing the user to surpass their own physical limits at the cost of extreme damage to their own body.

Name: Omote Renge (Front Lotus) Rank: B-Rank Type: Taijutsu Element: N/A Range: Close Description: The user kicks their opponent into the air and then uses Shadow of the Dancing Leaf. Once behind their opponent, the user restrains either with their own body or a specially made fabric or sealing cloth and pile-drives them into the ground head first while rotating at a ferocious speed. Due to the intense rotation targets slammed into the ground experience 20+ Strength Damage of the users intial base strength. +10 Speed Requirements: Reqiures First Gate of Hachimon to active to use and Shadow of the Dancing Leaf.
Name: Ura Renge (Reverse Lotus) Rank: A-Rank Type: Taijutsu Element: N/A Range: Close Description: This is a more destructive version of the Front Lotus that requires at least three of the Eight Gates. Once enough gates are opened, the user kicks the target into the air and continues to strike them at inhuman speeds. They then deliver a final, powerful open-handed strike and kick at the same time, sending the target crashing into the ground; this is usually fatal due to the speed and power behind the attack. Opening so many gates at the same time will likely leave the user unable to stand afterwards, and for that reason, the Reverse Lotus can only be performed once. +50 Speed and Strength.

Name: Fire Sealing Method Rank: B-S Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Range: Short Description: A kind of fūinjutsu that involves sealing a technique's effects within a specific location. As it is tailored for Fire Release ninjutsu, it requires a caster well-versed in the exacting art of "Sealing Formulas", as well as in ninjutsu. The jutsu-sealing space in the scroll is left blank, for the formula to be inscribed in with a brush. After performing the needed hand seals, chakra-like vapour appears from the scroll, and envelops the flames. They are sucked in towards the scroll, and the appearance of the kanji for seal (封) certifies the technique's completion. Once the sealing is performed, the technique's effects cannot be released anew as long as an unsealing technique is not applied. It is an effective technique to circumvent any secondary damage a dangerous enemy technique might cause. It is even capable of sealing the black flames of Amaterasu at S-rank. Requirements: Only usable on Fire Release jutsu.
Name: Sealing Technique: Tiger Vision Staring Bullet Rank: B Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Range: Short to Mid-range Description: After the user draws a gigantic tiger, the illustration extends from the scroll and while still connected, captures its prey with its teeth and claws, before dragging the victim back into the scroll and pinning them down within the confines of the drawing. Due to the enormity of the illustration, the user requires an extended period of time to complete the image, during which they need protection as their attention is devoted to drawing. If the user is consumed by negative emotions, their eyes turn black, their pupils will turn red, and they will secrete a dark substance from their eyes and mouth. Requirements: N/A
Name: Summoning: Lightning Flash Blade Creation Rank: B Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Range: Short Description: This is a special "ninja tool summon" that allows the user to seal ninja tools like swords or kunai into a scroll or their clothes beforehand, allowing them to be called upon when needed. The ninja tools can be summoned in an instant just by touching the sealing "marks" which can be drawn anywhere. The greatest advantage of this technique is that the time between taking out a ninja tool, taking the right stance and actually throwing it is greatly reduced. Also when a weapon such as a fūma shuriken is summoned, the time needed to throw it can be further shortened by having prepared the weapon in its fully extended form beforehand.
The ninja tools are thrown with the actual speed of a "flash of lightning", ruining the opponent's outset of the battle, and snatching away the initiative. Furthermore, because the summoned ninja tools can remain hidden until right before they are used, if this technique is mastered, there are an exceptional number of possible tactics. A large number of ninja tools can be stored within the sealing marks, which can make the efficiency of this technique last longer. Requirements: User must have an amount of items sealed in these seals.
Name: Five Elements Seal Rank: A Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Range: Short Description: Once the seal is completed, the target will become unconscious and unable to fight for a short time.This makes it hard for Jinchuriki to use their Bijuu as well as normal people have trouble with manipulating their chakra. This is because an odd-numbered seal creates an imbalance when placed on top of an even-numbered seal. Requirements: N/A

Name: Sage Mode Rank: C-S Type: Senjutsu Element: N/A Range: Short-range Description: Users of Sage Mode must possess "extreme chakra levels" to invoke senjutsu. It is also important that their bodies be strong enough to support the increased power. In order to enter Sage Mode, the gatherer must remain absolutely still in order to be one with nature and balance the natural energy with their own physical and spiritual energies. If the user puts too little natural energy into using senjutsu, the technique will not work. Conversely, if too much natural energy is taken in, their body will turn to stone forever; humans will also be transformed into whichever animal's school the senjutsu was learned from.
The toads of Mount Myōboku have devised several tools to make learning Sage Mode easier. By applying a special oil, the applicant's body will start passively taking in natural energy. This oil will evaporate if taken outside Mount Myōboku, thus rendering it useful only for learning purposes. The toads also have a special staff that, when struck with, knocks all the natural energy out of the gatherer, thus reversing any transformations before they can become permanent and the user turns to stone.
At Ryūchi Cave, one must be bitten by the White Snake Sage, who injects them with natural energy. According to legend, if one's body is strong enough to withstand this snake transformation, it will accept the power without reservation, thus granting the person Sage Mode. Name: Sage Art: Hair Needle Senbon Rank: B Type: Senjutsu Element: N/A Range: All ranges Description: When in Sage Mode, the user can use a senjutsu-enhanced version of the Hair Needle Senbon technique. At the same time that the user kneads chakra and fires the hair needles, the user also activates their hair roots causing the hair to grow at an accelerated rate thus making limitless rapid-fire possible. Dodging this technique with speed alone is almost impossible and the only way to counter this technique is by blocking it. Requirements: Senjutsu [Not Species Specific]
Name: Sage Art: Gate of the Great God Rank: S Type: Senjutsu/Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Range: All ranges Description: The user manifests a select number of massive red torii that fall down from above, in order to pin an intended target between the gate and the ground. The size and strength of these torii is such that they can even be used to immobilise the Ten-Tails. These torii are quite versatile and can be used in several different ways with the Seal Ten allowing the user to pin several individual targets simultaneously and the other variant being the Seal Head which creates a single, large torii, intended to pin the target's neck beneath it, so as to immobilise their head. This technique requires no hand seals or physical action to perform, and they can choose which direction the burst of wind shall travel towards. This attack can knock aside any projectiles flying opposed to it as well as greatly improve the velocity of those flying inside of it [two times faster than normal] and can send anyone who is not using Supernatural Walking Practice flying backwards several metres. Name: Earth Release: Double Suicide Decapitation Technique Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Release Range: Short Description: This technique conceals the user underground and drags the object of their attack down into the earth, robbing them of their freedom, leaving them completely unable to move after they're underground. Name: Earth Release: Earth Shore Return Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Release Range: Short Description: After striking the ground with their hands, the user creates a large wall of earth in front of them. The defence is not perfect though, since a hard or drilling impact can puncture the wall. Also, since this technique only guards against frontal attacks, the enemy can easily attack from the side or even from above. Requirements: User must have Earth Release.
Name: Earth Release: Hiding Like a Mole Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Release Range: Short Description: This technique changes earth into fine sand by channelling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. This effect goes around the body (not just the hands), making it just large enough for a person to move through. The user can pinpoint where they are, despite being underground, by sensing the magnetic forces. They can also sense what is happening on the surface and use that information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. One can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy can't reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth.
When combined with clone techniques, the user can use the clone to lure their enemies into a trap or false sense of security before launching a surprise attack from below. Requirements: User must have Earth Release.
Name: Earth Release: Subterranean Voyage Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Release Range: Short Description: A technique that transforms the earth surrounding the user into a fluid, allowing them to close in on the enemy with high speed by swimming underground. Since being under the ground is a blind spot, the target has no warning; allowing the user to launch a surprise attack. By using this technique in conjunction with a weapon, it also gains great effect as an "assault ninjutsu". Requirements: User must have Earth Release.
Name: Earth Release: Tearing Earth Turning Palm Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Release Range: All ranges Description: This technique causes the ground surrounding the enemy to spiral inwards on itself, burying them alive or crushing them. This technique is capable of causing quite a bit of damage to the area.[2] This technique is much more damaging if used in rocky mountainous areas, or inside a cave. Once the technique hits the target, the opponent is sent into the air in a spiraling manner and their body burns into ashes. Requirements: User must have Fire Release.
Name: Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Range: All ranges Description: The user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body and changes it into a dragon head-shaped fireball. The user then skillfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. Even outside of the attack range, its power and reliability are stressed. The flames have a high temperature, which can create an upward movement of air currents which in turn can give rise to thunder clouds. A master of this technique can fire off several flames in succession and anyone caught in the technique could potentially be reduced to ashes. Requirements: User must have Fire Release.
Name: Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire Release Range: Short-range Description: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire and expelled from the mouth either as a massive orb of roaring flame or as a continuous flame-thrower. The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater in the ground's surface.
The Uchiha clan uses this technique as a "coming of age" rite, and as such, is a common and favoured technique amongst them. Requirements: User must have Fire Release.
Name: Fire Release: Great Flame Flower Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire Release Range: Long-range Description: Kneading their chakra and then converting it to fire, the user creates a multitude of fireballs at the same time which then rain down on the target causing severe, widespread damage around the field. These fireballs can easily destroy Earth Release-created shelters and even overpower Water Release attacks. Name: Fire Release: Hiding in Ash and Dust Technique Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire Release Range: All ranges Description: The user expels chakra-infused ash that blanket a wide area, burning anyone who comes in contact with it. The technique can also be used as a powerful deterrent from attacks as well as a highly effective smokescreen. This technique is a far more effective substitute for smoke bombs since the user doesn't need their hands to be free nor does this technique require hand seals. Name: Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Fire Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire Release Range: Short-range Description: This technique creates a volley of small fireballs, which are sent flying in an unpredictable manner assaulting the enemy. In addition, the flames are controlled individually with chakra, so avoiding them all is extremely difficult. Shuriken can also be concealed within the flames, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. Like the flames, the shuriken can be controlled with chakra. They limit the overall flow of chakra within a person's body. The basis for the idea of the chakra gates comes from the body's limits on the functions within it. This makes the body much weaker, but it keeps the body from expiring too soon. By undergoing intense training, one can learn how to open these gates allowing the user to surpass their own physical limits at the cost of extreme damage to their own body.

Name: Omote Renge (Front Lotus) Rank: B-Rank Type: Taijutsu Element: N/A Range: Close Description: The user kicks their opponent into the air and then uses Shadow of the Dancing Leaf. Once behind their opponent, the user restrains either with their own body or a specially made fabric or sealing cloth and pile-drives them into the ground head first while rotating at a ferocious speed. Due to the intense rotation targets slammed into the ground experience 20+ Strength Damage of the users intial base strength. +10 Speed Requirements: Reqiures First Gate of Hachimon to active to use and Shadow of the Dancing Leaf.
Name: Ura Renge (Reverse Lotus) Rank: A-Rank Type: Taijutsu Element: N/A Range: Close Description: This is a more destructive version of the Front Lotus that requires at least three of the Eight Gates. Once enough gates are opened, the user kicks the target into the air and continues to strike them at inhuman speeds. They then deliver a final, powerful open-handed strike and kick at the same time, sending the target crashing into the ground; this is usually fatal due to the speed and power behind the attack. Opening so many gates at the same time will likely leave the user unable to stand afterwards, and for that reason, the Reverse Lotus can only be performed once. +50 Speed and Strength.

Name: Asa Kujaku (Morning Peacock) Rank: A-Rank Type: Taijutsu Element: N/A Range: Close/Mid Description: The technique is started by kicking the enemy into the air, which for most would be an instant kill. The user then jumps into the air in a distinctive stance and begins punching the enemy repeatedly. The punches are so fast, they are set ablaze by sheer speed and friction which in turn creates a peacock-like fan of flames around the opponent. Once the attack is finished, the enemy will be sent crashing back to the ground, covered with the attack's aura. The technique is also strong enough to briefly stun a tailed beast as strong as Saiken, the six tails. This technique can only be used while the Sixth Gate is active. +60 Speed and Strength Requirements: Reqiures the Sixth Gate of Hachimon to learn and preform this technique.

After opening the seventh of the Eight Gates, the user places a palm facing forward in front of their face with one hand and then taps it with his other hand, formed into a fist, which creates a massive amount of air pressure. Next, the user forms a unique hand seal resembling a tiger. This launches the air pressure at the opponent with gigantic tiger-shaped impression into the initially built-up air pressure with the hand seal. The air pressure will condense as it's moving and be focused into a single point. The technique then explodes on command, releasing the built up air pressure in an instant. A massive explosion — one that dwarfs Island Turtle — is created which can be felt a significant distance away. The force of this air pressure explosion is 140 Strength and moves at the same speed as the user. Requirements: Reqiures the Seventh Gate of Hachimon to learn and preform this technique.
Name: Sekizō (Midnight Elephant) Rank: S Type: Taijutsu Element: N/A Range: Close/Mid Description: This technique is a continuous assault of five punches, with each "foot" — as they are referred to — being performed faster than the one before. It creates a cannon of pressurised air which bears the appearance of an elephant's leg, causing devastating damage to the opponent. The first punch alone was capable of creating a massive and deep tunnel in the ground. The final punch is strong enough to break through Madara Uchiha's chakra shell. The strength of several of these punches was enough to temporarily immobilise Madara Uchiha as the Ten-Tails' jinchūriki. The first intial punch starts with the strength of 150 increases by 10 the way to 200 at the final punch. Requirements: Reqiures the Eighth Gate of Hachimon to learn and preform. Also reqiures the knowledge of Hirudora.
Name: Night Guy Rank: S Type: Taijutsu Element: N/A Range: Close Description:
When Guy initiates the technique by saying "amass" (積, seki), he emits an enormous amount of red steam, the so-called "Steam of Blood" (血の蒸気, Chi no Jōki), and his chakra manifests into a red burning dragon around his body. Shouting "flow" (流, ryū), he then dashes forward at such an extreme speed that the space within the immediate vicinity of the technique is distorted, making it impossible for the target to defend against it. Guy then deals an immensely powerful kick which carries such force that it is capable of obliterating the target's body, as well as creating a devastating shock wave linear to the kick.
The recoil was such that it completely shattered the bones in Guy's own leg. As a result of being Guy's strongest manoeuvre, following the attack are fatal repercussions as it left Guy on the brink of death; slowly turning into ash, crumbling from the immense discharge of his chakra. This attack is said to be unable to dodge and rightfully so at the cost of the users life. Requirements: Requires the Eight Gate of Hachimon to learn and preform. The user must also know all of the other main Eight Gates techniques to learn this ability.
