This means that, unlike Mag Force X5, an opponent needs TWICE the amount of force to stop them, either through a Shadow Clone or through gaining the assistance of another person if the user lacks an alternate way to deal with this situation. Because this jutsu is so intense, it requires twice the cost of a normal S Rank Jutsu to use, cannot be used for more than one post, and will strain the user to the point of unconsciousness if they have less than 50% of their maximum Chakra when using this technique. It is a powerful force, but not one to be taken lightly by anyone involved.

With practice, the user will even be able to distinguish their shapes and pick out weapon types, headbands, or even different types of coins from their readings instead of just feeling just the fact that metal is around.
Requirements: Must be an Expert at Traditional Ninjutsu or higher, must be Master or higher to make out specific shapes.

The twice normal S-Rank chakra is unnecessary. It'd be normal S-Rank from each party involved, which would add up to twice normal S-Rank chakra. Additionally, for all these jutsu, unless wanted for CD or aesthetic reasons, the strain is unnecessary as well. If you don't want to make these changes, though, the current form IS acceptable.

Could you maybe rephrase this? I do not quite understand it.

First three are changed

I messed up super bad on the sixth one and put 'the user' instead of 'the target'. I guess that's what I get for trying to write this stuff at night, but the strain is at least somewhat necessary for that, I think, because it's so potentially strong.

For clarity, the main reason behind the strain effect is because this is all for an NPC based on an NPC character from another site and that was the balance for a world without an actual chakra system. So it's more being true to that than anything else, at least for the first 5.

Variable could probably be a bit more clear because it's such a weird thing, but whenever you attract two objects, they're normally just going to hit eachother because the other metal object is basically the target. This is basically a way to alter the trajectory a bit so you can attract an object to something and then release the jutsu to attract them so that it can actually go past and hit something else. Essentially, it's a round-about way to let the user use Mag Force techniques to shoot projectiles that can hit an opponent without specifically repelling things by having an attack that aims for something metal on their person and then just barely avoids hitting it, hitting them instead.

Hope that explanation made sense.

Alright, so Mag 6 makes a lot more sense now XD. At first, it seemed like you meant it required two users... but ok! The only thing I'd change is it's wording. Because of unforeseen variables, I'd say something like "This means that if two objects are being pulled to a target simultaneously, there is a force of +100 the user's strength coming independently from both objects; in effect, this means that even someone who can match this force in strength and/or durability could be overwhelmed alone." It's lengthy, but it removes the universal requirement of needing assistance to allow for other viable means of defense and to account for unpredictable situations.

Only thing left to change now is actual upkeep values. The chakra costs for each rank of jutsu are listed below, and the upkeep is almost always half that value.

E-rank 5
D-rank 10
C-rank 30
B-rank 50
A-rank 60
S-rank 70

That's the intention. If that's not approvable by your personal standards then that's fine, but I wanted the first three skills to be more effecient than normal jutsu because they're way more specific than most other Magnet Release techs and it's only on at the third skill that it takes full advantage of bonus they can get. This was the entire reason why they originally had no upkeep, because at least the first two techniques are way below the abilities of any other similar Magnet Jutsu as basic, easy to use, things.
