Gekkido happily swept the halls as the last students of the day departed. The school grounds. Soon after, he would be back home and proudly have done more in that week for the community, than the kaguya clan had done in the past six months to a year. He felt a sense of pride as he swept and swept. He cleaned the halls and then went the next step to mop, relieving the janitor of his duties for the evening.
Gekkido returned the equipment and locked up as he left that evening. So much on his mind about what the future would hold, and about other and new opportunities he might have to build repoir for his clan as he had done this week. Should he get involved as a jounin? Perhaps be ambitious for more political say in his clan’s private government? Sweeping halls was not the best Gekkido had to offer the world, this was only the beginning.
