Appearance: Rei is a girl of a short stature and build. Standing barely shoulder-height to most everyone else, she is also equally petite. Like her clan's lineage, she possesses the naturally beautifully black hyuga hair. Her black hair is kept mostly short, except for two abnormally long braids located just behind and above her ears. These two braids are tightly braided and about one inch in daiameter: their length reaches to below her waist. White bandage has been weaved into her braids, fully covering the braids in white cloth. At the end of the braids, are golden jewelry loops. Like her clan as well, her eyes on a white pearl color with no pupil. Her skin tone is somewhat fair.

Her clothing of choice is a traditional black haori with an elegant white overcoat. Around her waist is usually a sash, often white and sometimes yellow in color. She wears black shinobi sandals and her ninja pouch behind her back, hidden by her coat.

Personality: Rei is a serious type of young woman. As a member of the Main Family, she takes all matters of her family to heart. She takes great pride in her family heritage and bloodline. She upholds the rules and traditions of her family and always maintains a calm appearance and rationale. Unlike some of her family, she values the Branch Family and sees them as a foundation for the glorious history of their clan. She is also quite intelligent, as well as paranoid in regards to the shinobi world. Even in her own village, she is usually stressed out about security: often monitoring people she believes are suspicious.
Rei does not know how to relax. Constantly on alert and looking for things to be done. She s quite productive and a critical thinker. She is quite observant and always seeks to be helpful in her own way. Whether that be in helping another fellow shinobi train, or offering them advice on personal or financial aspects of their life. One of her few outlets is fighting of course. She greatly enjoys combat. As a hild in her strict upbringing, Taijutsu was the one thing she excelled at without hardly trying. Since then, she only improved more and constantly looks forward to the opportunity of challenging others to hand-to-hand combat.

Character History: Born as a member of the Main Family, she was blessed as an only daughter in her family. As the daughter to the leader of the clan head, it will eventually be her duty as the sole heir to take over as clan leader one day. As such, she was raised somewhat strict, ensuring that the clan's traditions, skills and secrets are passed down to her without failure. Due to this, she never had much of a social or child-life. Even at the young age of five, she presented and spoke like an adult.
At the age of eight years old, she was sent to the mountains above Konohagakure: to one of the Hyuga clan's sacred shrines. From the ages of eight to twelve years old, she was taught how to be a lady. Drilled the clan history deeply into her mind so that she would never forget. Of course she was also taught how to fight as well: the Gentle Palm being one of the pillars of success to their clan. Her father required perfection. Perfection is impossible however and that resulted in many late nights of training and strict discipline. As an academy student, she passed at the top of her class, as her clan expected.
