Appearance: He's a handsome man. He has a scar going over his left eye and down his face, it's unknown from what.
On the subject of his face, he has a strong chin with a strong jaw. It gives off a mature look. It makes him seem older than he is by a few years. His eyes help none in this case. If one were to look into them, it'd be like staring into oblivion. They're grey. They have no other colors in them. They're simple grey eyes.
Onto his physical body, It's fit. His body, while not of lean muscle, isn't one of a bodybuilder. He has sizable muscle on his body. His muscles aren't just in his arms, like some ninja, as his entire body has visible muscle on it. It's a refined muscle, instead of a mish-mash of muscle and ligament. He's made sure of this through the various training his body has gone through.
His hair is blonde, and often combed back. He has no particular reason for this, it seems, though it's always like this. It's part of his signature look.
He has a variety of outfits he wears for various occasions.
He has a black haori that he occasionally wears if he was to go out on any social venture. Worn under this, would be a simple white shirt. He would wear a pair of black dress pants with these. He'd finish this outfit off with a pair of sandals, often decorated with various animals etched into the wood.
He has the flak jacket that he wears when on official ninja duty, as it's the uniform of all Sunagakure ninja. He often wears black pants with it, as well as boots. He wears boots then as they're less liable to slip off in the middle of combat if things go that far.

Personality: He carries the same mentality as most Suna shinobi. The mission takes priority over the ninja doing it. It makes him seem cold to some. He had it drilled into him as a child. He carries this ideal over into his daily activities, carrying an unintentional intensity. He has a line he said in his past that describes his personality.
"I understand that I'm bleeding out. I'll be fine. We finish this mission, and then we'll walk home."He has a tendency to keep calm in the most hectic of situations, which has offered him his nickname.
To explain, there's an old saying.
"The only man comfortable in Hell is a demon."He's the embodiment of this saying. It's not that he's an angry, vengeful type like the nickname Akuma might inspire. He's quite the opposite. He's the calm one, that sits in the corner and awaits your slip-up instead of forcing it and possibly failing.
He's not a man afraid of admitting mistakes. It's quite the opposite. He'll admit to a mistake and then work to his limit to try to fix the mistake. If he left you alive when he shouldn't have, he will hunt you to the ends of the earth to mend this mistake.
If he accidentally knocked over your plate of food, he'll work his hardest to buy you a new one or make it himself. He prides himself of this facet of his personality. There shall be no problem gone unfixed if he was the cause of it. He shall make sure everything is right.
Right is in the eye of the beholder, however, and it's no different with Ha. His right is setting things as they were before unless the thing is Sunagakure's power. He wishes for it to rule over all other nations with the ease it should be capable of.
Character History: Ha was born a good few years ago, to two quite normal shinobi. They weren’t past chunnin, but were worth their positions in the hierarchy. They did good work, and that’s what is expected of chunnin.
What was odd, was that their offspring outdid them at the age of 10. He was already a chunnin at 10, as he had entered the academy at a staggering 6. He was the fastest rising star of a ninja in recent history, as far as Suna was concerned. He was seemingly good at everything. Simply put, he was an amazing ninja.
Something was off, though. He stagnated at chunnin for years, it wasn’t until he was fifteen and had made a team with a woman he knows well, that he was able to get past this barrier. There was a simple group of words that was uttered to him that seemingly made him stronger. That wasn’t the case. These words were the following.
“How are you going to get there? Well, listen to teacher.”It’s unknown what was said after that, but it’s known that it was at this point the fastest rising star started to burn bright.
He became a jounin at 16, and he was a fresh jounin at this point. He was a jounin with talent. He was a man who, above all else, put Sunakagure first. This made him a very potent tool for the Kazekage. He’d be sent on personal missions by the Kazekage, and as such, was often known as the ‘Lapdog’ of the Kazekage. He didn’t care. He was just doing his duty as a Sunagakure ninja.
When he was twenty, he was to hunt a missing ninja that had escaped from Sunagakure prisons. It is this mission of which he’s known as Akuma for.
- Akuma.:
This missing ninja was another one of Sunagakure’s rising stars, who had started their rise shortly after Ha. That wasn’t important to him, what was important was that this man, whom had intended to cause damage to both Sunagakure’s power and reputation, was to be put down in swift fashion.
When he had arrived, there was a swift attempt at his life. He had brushed it off, breaking the log sent to bash him into a wall with his brute strength alone. There were various other traps, but none that made him flinch. He was just doing his job, even when most of the cave he was in lit on fire, he stood. He stood within a cave of fire and readied himself to fight the man who dared try to tarnish the reputation of his village.
Once the man came out, he was already terrified of Ha. This mattered not, as Ha ran forward with a burst of speed. The man had surprised Ha, though. He hadn’t seen the blade the man was holding behind his back, and had gotten cut by it. The man had barely missed his left eye, and that was already a much higher risk than Akuma would’ve liked to take. He dispatched the man with a swift palm to the face into the cave wall, shattering the skull and rupturing the brain. It was over and the men sent to reinforce him began to call him Akuma.
He was standing in a cave on fire, with a neutral look on his face, and a dead man at his feet. One certainly could call that hell. That’s what the ninja sent to reinforce him thought, and so the name stuck.
He hasn’t went on such an intense mission since. He often doesn’t do missions, funnily enough. He spends a good bit of his time substituting for the main teacher at the academy when he is asked, and is looked upon well for his dedication to the village. He has taken no wife, and has taken no girlfriend. He had dedicated his life to the village, and does not figure that having offspring that are liable to be captured would be a part of this plan. His plan.
This plan involves what he’s currently doing in life. He’s making his entire effort to breed the next generation into people like himself. He doesn’t care what he has to do to motivate himself, and keeps notes on all the gifted talent like himself. He keeps notes as to what motivates them and what he must do to keep them on track.
He’s, as of late, put in a request to be a team leader for some genin, as he feels like his skills could be useful that way to forward the Will of the Wind. Otherwise, he’s just had an outstanding record with a long-standing history of support for the village. He has never wavered in his devotion, not even when posed with death. It’s a simple matter for him.
The village over-rides anything else.
