Name: Yugiri
Nickname: Black Cat
Age: 26
Gender: Female
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 130lbs
Appearance: Yugiri is a woman of slightly taller stature than average women. She stands as tall as an average height man. She possesses raven black silky hair: the length of her hair exceeds just passed her waist. Her eyes are of the same color as her hair, though mirroring more of an obsidian hue than shiny black. Her hair and her eyes compliment her skin tone perfectly, as her skin is a shade darker than porcelain. Her face is that of a princess with high cheekbones and lightly pinked lips even without lipstick. These features coupled with her height and curvaceous body, make her an ideal model figure or a dreamy housewife appearance. She has long slender legs and an hourglass figure: curvy hips and a larger bust than most women.
Her clothing is of a more exotic type. Despite her nearly unmatched beauty, she keeps the majority of her body clothed with little skin showing. She wears long shin high leather boots that fit snugly to her skin. The boots themselves are closed-toe and possess six buckles that rise up the front of her boots. In addition, she typically keeps a concealed knife inside her boot and some spare kunai attached to the outside of her boots. Her pants are the loosest part of her attire.
The leggings could be nearly called shorts, as the length does not go all the way down her slender legs. Instead, the leggings stop abruptly just passed her boots, which she keeps the ends of her leggings tucked into the boots and fastened down secured with the top buckle on her boots. The legs and waist themselves are fairly baggy or loose, providing a comfortable feel but slightly messy appearance. Around her waist is a leather belt that branches out into three loops: one around her waist, one under her shirt and strapped over her left shoulder- and the third slightly loose around her thigh to hold pouches and shinobi tools such as kunai, shuriken and scrolls of varying sizes.
She wears no shirt, simply a comfortable but tightly form-fitting trenchcoat that is sleeveless and appears in the front more as a vest, but possesses a long tailcoat on the back. The front of the coat is a button-up with two gold buttons located above Yugiri's naval. The chest area of her coat is almost completely exposed, the two buttons below always struggling to keep the coat closed. Her large bosom fits tightly into the chest of the coat, pushing against the leathery fabric and creating pressure against the two lower buttons to keep the coat together. The collar of the trenchcoat is unusually long, extending as high as her cheekones but folded over loosely to give an extravagant look. Lastly, her arms are covered by elbow-length spandex/leather gloves that hug her light skin tightly.
Village: Sunagakure
Character Rank: Genin
Character Tier: D-3
Clan: Jugo
Element: Fire
Bijuu Roll: Personality: Yugiri is a woman of many tastes, from men and women- to weapons even. Love is not a word to be defined in as few or as binding words as possible. Yugiri sees the world as hers and everything in it to be "loved" however she deems fit or worthy. She can be unnaturally cheerful over any situation, or even dispassionate if she feels her love is not worth whomever or whatever is before her. She is kind, but she also knows how to be serious. She does have a weird sense of kindness however. If she is enjoying something- especially a fight, she will say or do things to tease her opponent(s) That isn't to say she is careless or takes unnecessary risks however. She is an intelligent woman, but prefers to let her womanly charms do as much work for her before she has to start putting effort into things. Often times, if she loves something or someone with mediocrity, she is willing to give them a swift death if they aren't aligned with her cause. Or worse, if she loves someone or something too much, she is more than willing to break a few rules or bones to get her way. In this regard, she is very much like a spoiled princess. On the downside, sometimes she gets over-excited about lovely things and ends up breaking them. This she has realized is partially from her Jugo heritage. Because of this, when she finds very important things- she is overly careful and considerate so that she doesn't accidentally break them.
On the other hand, her attitude can change dramatically when faced with unpleasantries. Things that she does not find cute or attractive are not worthy of her love. In her mind, they must be eliminated swiftly: she cares very little to how it is done. Painfully or not. She makes no attempt to hide her dislike for people or things: often being demanded to pay for things she breaks. Yandere would be a very close persona type for Yugiri, though her affection is not limited to just any one particular thing.
Character History:Yugiri is a girl with a troubled past, emotionally, physically and publicly. As a young child with a strong Jugo heritage, she always struggled to fit in. Her grandparents had moved to Sunagakure when her mother was but a child. Her mother had become a shinobi of Sunagakure and had met Yugiri's father, a member of ANBU. It was love at first sight, a strong powerful urge that caused her parents to conceive their daughter quite early in their relationship. Her parents were a newly-wedded couple when her father was called away to partake in a secret mission: it was one of those cliché missions that he never returned from.
Grieved and overwhelmed by the loss of her beloved husband and soon-to-be born child, Yugiri's mother poured all of her love into the unborn child. The jugo bloodline came from her mother and her grandparents, as such- it was a hard birth for her mother to conceive the baby Yugiri. Before the young girl was even five years of age, she was already showing signs of being overly aggressive. Her mother loved her anyways, despite when Yugiri would randomly have moments of anger and break things. Especially bones of other children her age. Yugiri's mother would just hug her tightly and hold her to calm her down. Smothered in such a love, Yugiri never cared too much for her father: but her mother, her mother was her world.
Yugiri remained as good a girl as possible, for she loved her mother's smiles and pats on the head. She learned a lot about love and pretty things. It was at this age of a tender seven years that her future habits would begin to manifest. She would steal things she liked, break things she didn't like and hurt those who tried to take her precious things. Despite Yugiri's temperament, her mother taught the girl common sense instead of acting like a feral child. She would bribe the girl to be good and go to school and eventually enroll into the shinobi academy classes.
Due to her innate skills and complicated heritage, Yugiri found it very difficult to perform the typical techniques common to other children her age. At first, the teachers were stupefied until Yugiri's mother explained that her clan heritage possessed more complex chakra than normal shinobi. With the help of her mother, Yugiri managed to pass as a shinobi and rise in skill quickly inside Sunagakure.
Darker days would come for her though, as during her Genin years- her mother became ill. The doctors said it was an incurable disease and her mother died a slow painful death. That was when Yugiri realized the importance of loss. A feeling she never wished to have again. With her mother gone: the only person to control Yugiri's powerful emotions, Yugiri lashed out more in public. By now the village had come to understand that Yugiri was troubled, but she was old enough now to overpower most normal citizens. Ultimately it came to a matter of public safety and the village of Sunagakure was reluctant to keep Yugiri confined. Not imprisoned, for Yugiri was a shinobi of the village: though she was kept under constant supervision in the barracks set up for her and others with troubled childhoods.
It was in those days when Yugiri realized how strong she was. What originally started out as small fights between her and the other children: turned into a closely attuned group, a gang. With Yugiri being the strongest, she became the leader. Though called a gang, they were more like a family. They were a group of young shinobi who always competed to better themselves and vicariously, those around them. The village of Sunagakure saw that with the right motivations, Yugiri could become a powerful asset. Not just in combat, but leadership as well. Her and her little gang were recognized for their hard work and were promoted. Her underlings became Chuunins while she was promoted to a Special Jounin. For the next few years, the game had changed for all of them and it took time and toll on them.
Difficult missions or changed lifestyle, Yugiri lost most of her gang. The ones that remained were but a small handful and even they would leave her one by one. Having felt that terrible loss again, Yugiri opened herself up even more than was natural. Those who felt hurt often closed their hearts to not feel the pain of loss... but Yugiri did the reverse. She opened her heart and learned how to love many things. Not just people or animals, but inanimate objects like weapons as well. To her, love became a coping mechanism that turned into the strongest characteristic of her personality. It all derived from her mother as a child and evolved as she matured and came to understand more about the world. Yet despite all of this, her violent habits hardly changed and she often broke her lovely things more than she wished. Experiences like this were traumatic for Yugiri and partially fractured her sanity, causing her persona to be more yandere than rational- yet she was able to continue living a semi-normal life. Only those who stayed away from her and watched her could see that she was not all together in her mind.
