Material: A unique alloy crafted from minerals and ores only found on the Island Turtle. It is also interwoven with several mastery level seals that add a unique 'signature' to the blades appearance. It appears as a standard Wakizashi being nearly two foot in total length with around eight inches or so acting as the hilt of said blade. There is no guard.

Equipment Ability: Shutsugen has a unique ability involved in the seals that are so intricately designed, woven into the very metal of the blade while it was still being folded. It has two distinct abilities that require the utmost skill in several areas to be of use. The first ability, is that the user can call the blade to his hand from any location, instantly. This is done through the utilization of several space-time seals that are placed throughout the blade as well as that the blade is uniquely attuned to Kirei's body and chakra. It will not come to any other chakra source, even if Kirei wanted it to, it is bound not only to his chakra but to his soul.

The second ability, ties into the first and it is that Kirei can switch places with the blade at any time, in an instant. Obviously this has a high chakra cost, especially depending on the distance between himself and the blade. This does not cause him to appear next to the blade, like the Hiraishin, but instead switches his location with the blade. Meaning if he threw it into a tree and then he went to stand on an adjacent tree, when he used this ability, it would cause himself to be standing on the tree the blade was in, while the blade would be where he initially was. This is basically a Fuinjutsu enhanced, space-time version of the academy body replacement technique.

Both of the jutsu below have a cooldown ratio of 1:2.

Description: Upon sending a chakra burst, resonating with the various seals located on the blade, it is pulled through space time to appear instantly in the users hand. This costs S-rank chakra per use.

Description: The user uses the same generality of the other jutsu, but instead of only calling the blade to them, they simultaneously pull themselves to where the blade is. So, they replace themselves with the blade itself. This costs S-rank chakra per use as well.
Requirements:


Cost: 8,000 Ryo
Requirements: GM Buki, GM Ninjutsu, GM Fuinjutsu, Master in Space/Time Ninjutsu, Specifically attuned to Kirei.

Have these space time abilities that for every post that it is used, the cool down is twice as much. So if it's used in this post once, then you are going to have to wait two posts before using this ability again.
