As the name suggests, this technique is simply a soundless method of killing an opponent, usually from behind with a blade. Additionally, because the user moves silently, the attack cannot be anticipated and defended against. The user will often slit their opponent's throat, preventing any cry that might give them away. Some shinobi also opt to use a cover such as mist or even frost to rob their opponents of their field of vision and then attack them. This technique also doubles as a sensory technique with allows the user to track opponents through sound. Opponents with sensory techniques B rank or higher than this technique are able to sense the user with ease.

Description:

The user releases ice chakra through the soles of their feet. The ice produced spreads on top of the ground, centered from the users’ feet, and spreads in a 30-meter radius. Opponents and allies are prone to slipping when on the ice; thus any shinobi not using Supernatural Walking Practice or not having access to Ice Release are unable to stay balanced on the surface.

Description:


An abominable and tremendous ability, it was passed down only within the Yuki clan. It is a technique wrapped up in many mysteries. It was said that no method in existence can defeat this technique. In an instant, multiple mirrors of ice are created around the enemy, reflecting nothing but the user. The opponent is trapped in a dome of twenty-one floating mirrors made out of ice. Twelve remain at ground level, eight floats above the first twelve and angled towards the ground, and the final mirror is above the rest and facing the ground. Once the user has entered the mirrors, it's possible for him to move between the mirrors at exceedingly high-speed levels. It's near impossible to follow attacks sent out from this incredible movement. As every mirror shows his reflection, one could say it's impossible to see all of the user's attacks. Even if the opponent tries to attack the real body, Haku will have already moved to another mirror. Without eyes like the Sharingan, it will be impossible to keep track of him.

If the mirror the user is in is broken, the user would be unable to use that mirror again. The technique requires a large amount of chakra to maintain, so Haku's movement becomes progressively slower the longer he maintains the mirrors.

The user can also form individual mirrors, not restricted to the twenty-one-mirror formation. He can create them high in the sky allowing him to take out airborne targets. The cold which emanates from the mirrors is also enough to cause snow to fall. Though they are made from ice, the mirrors are resistant to Fire Release techniques.

The user gains a +70 movement speed when leaping from mirror to mirror.

Description:

The user maintains a ready stance until their opponent strikes at them. Then, using incredible speed and focus, the user rejects their attack with a powerful parry or dodges it with great speed and reflexes. The user then attacks the opponent with the strength of the given attack combined with their own strength. Even without chakra, the attack is devastating as it slices the stunned target almost immediately after their attack.

With enough practice in both sensory and chakra control, the user can now attack multiple enemies with this technique. After slicing into the initial target, the user can use the momentum of the attack to locate and slash into another target with the same degree of energy and keep going until all opponents are cut down. The user can also repeatedly block attacks to build energy for a super-critical blow. This stance can be trained to unleash an array of post-defending attacks.

This technique is best used when either against a horde of enemies or up against one powerful enemy who is on the offensive. It can be used against more defensive fighters, but they could have enough speed to counter their own attack and counterattack in return, leading to a deadlock.

The user can also coat the blade with any element they possess to deflect chakra based techniques that these two nature elements are strong/netural against.

Once the user takes this stance they gain a stat boost of +25 to Speed, Perception, and Strength. Once they leave the stance, however, they lose this boost.

Name: Hiten Mitsurugi-Ryū: Typhoon

Description:

An art used by Lucianna, she creates a typhoon, which swirls up her and her opponent. In her own realm, Lucianna can manipulate the water around her, and attack the opponent with her swords. Since Lucianna controls the water, unless stopped by a greater fire technique, she can render the opponent helpless while she strikes. The strikes she delivers can fling people out of the typhoon completely, wound them, or kill them. When the kenjutsu ceases, Lucianna spirals out of the tornado and lands, allowing the typhoon to rage on and fling out her damaged opponent, before she ceases the water storm. She can also use an Explosive Tag with this technique, to blow up the opponent while she flies out to safety.

Description:

After repelling or dodging a strike from an opponent while in Iai Stance, the user either sheathes their sword or turn it towards the opponent with the dull side facing the opponent. Then, the user strikes the opponent on their head or neck with the sheathed sword or its dull side. With this method, the strike does not kill the opponent, rather it renders them unconscious for a while. The user can gather chakra within their attack to deal additional damage and lengthen the target's unconsciousness (Two posts and if chakra is added to the attack it is doubled). This technique is best used during friendly sparring sessions and kenjutsu tournaments to knock out the defeated opponent. It can be used in battle to knock out high-priority targets for safe retrieval.

Description:

While gathering chakra in their sword, the user stands ready to block an opponent's attack while in the Iai Stance. Using great speed and evasion, the user blocks the strike and unleashes the built up chakra in the form of a bright flash of light that spreads for a few meters in all directions. Unlike most Iai Stance techniques, this technique does not damage an opponent. However, anyone within the light that views it will be instantly blinded for a few seconds (2 posts)while those with dojutsu are blinded for double the posts, opening them to a follow-up attack. Even if the target closes their eyes in time, they will still suffer some disorientation. If more chakra is gathered, the flash can extend further and for a longer duration. (+1 post). The user pays 30 chakra for each flash done by this technique.

Description:

After gathering enough chakra in their sword, the user enters Iai Stance and await an attack. Upon an attack being thrown, the user either blocks or dodge the attack. Shortly after, the user jumps or dashes backward and strikes the ground with their sword. The result is an intense blast of blue or white energy that travels across the ground and strikes into the opponent with enough force to send them reeling upwards to thirty feet away. The attack can easily tear into or cleave through the target and their defenses, though it takes up more chakra to do so. More chakra can be gathered to strengthen the blast (+20 to the strength of the attack) and its height. The blast can also travel at some distance to strike enemies from afar.

A technique created by Lucianna Yuki, the user makes rain which eats up any chakra when it comes in contact with that is not of the same signature as the original user, causing them to lose a chakra each post this technique is active. This technique can be altered so that allies of the caster won't fall under the effects of technique leaving them to capitalize on the technique. This technique requires an upkeep of 20 chakra to maintain In order to stop this technique, one must have a jutsu designed for clearing rain equal to the rank of this technique. The amount of chakra it drains is as follows:

Name: Water Release: Syrup Clone

Description:

This technique utilizes the Water Release: Starch Syrup Capturing Field and Water Clone Technique and fuses them together so to speak. The user will create a water clone that is completely made of the sticky substance used in Water Release: Starch Syrup Capturing Field. When a foe or foes strikes the clone(s) with a weapon or a taijutsu technique the clone will capture the strike in their being and the sticky material will cling to the target(s), unless they have strength of 50 or higher, leaving them immobile to a degree depending on the strike, leaving the only means to escape would be via elements strong against water. The material can also spread to the target capturing them in a prison of the syrupy material, this also makes the clones much harder to destroy. When the clones are destroyed they leave a pool of the syrupy substance behind. The clones are immune to kunai and shuriken because they will be absorbed, the clones can also use the user's water release techniques B rank and lower. This clone is easily destroyed subdued by lightning techniques C rank.

Name: Water Release: Azure Dragon Fist

Description:

To begin, the shinobi cloaks one of their arms with any desired amount of water chakra. The shinobi molds the chakra into water so that their entire arm is engulfed in water. The temperature of the water can vary drastically depending on the user's wishes. The shinobi uses their control over water and chakra to cause the water to rotate rapidly around their arm. Transforming the once still water into a raging vortex that is cloaking the shinobi's arm. The water rotates so violently that it will emit a roaring sound that is frighteningly similar to a dragon.

The rotation of the water will allow it to mercilessly grind against anything the user's fist touches. It will grind into anything it touches with such ferocity that it could obliterate any bones within and around the area of contact. The rotation of the water can also effortlessly shred through a few layers of skin and flesh while launching whatever it touches back with a lot of force. In some cases, it could bore straight the target's body. This technique boosts the user's strength by +40 to her fist also knocking them back 20 feet unless they have higher strength than Lucianna to anchor themselves.
