Material: While from a distance, this may appear to be a finely woven white cape, that shines with an expensive sheen when in the sun, it is, upon closer inspection, actually thousands of small shards of white chakra metal woven together. Each shard is around 1/8th of an inch square, and there are 10,000 in total. They form tight but flexible bonds together and are held by chakra supplied from a seal embroidered on the back in the shape of the triangle of Jashin. It appears as a four foot square white cape tied on by a gold colored chain locked together with an ankh. The bottom of the cape, as opposed to a traditional flat shape, is cut into five triangular tips each topped with gold colored metal strings made from the shards.

Equipment Ability: Detachment: Upon the user's command, for a cost of five chakra, the shards can be detached or attached to the form of the cape. This can be done in any number from one to all of the shards can be detached from the cape and used for other purposes. This effect is done based on the users needs, as such can be any number of the shards at any time. Though for each time a shard or shards is detached or attached, the cost must be payed.

Description: The user is able to control each shard individually or groups of the shards to do their bidding. This can be anything from attacking, defending or even forming platforms to stand on enabling flight. The shards have the same durability individually as the cape. Costs S-rank chakra to activate and half that of upkeep.

Description: Spending S-rank chakra, the user can form the shards into various weapons, shields or armor. These items do not have any special abilities or attributes different from what is present in the cape that is their base form. They all have the same durability and strength of the cape, 100. These items do not require an upkeep as their transformations are considered permanent until the user wills them back into the shape of the cape. The Jashin symbol seal appears on all weapons or items created from the shards. When they take a form, this form is solid until it is made into a different form.

Cost: 3,500 Ryo
Requirements: Due to the seals and unique design and build of the cape, it is only usable by Shin.

Ok also make the adjustments for "Jiton-Form" that each time the shards take shape, or had to reform that S ranked chakra must be used to do so upkeep will be half of that.
