Once activated prime instinct boosts the senses of those using this style. The user uses these heightened abilities to their advantage. The user sense of touch, sight, smell, hearing is increased. The user is considered a true master of their own bodies. The user gains three dark vertical lines running along either cheek when using prime instinct. The user’s perception and speed get boosted by +70 when using prime instinct. The users of prime instinct are sometimes likened to animals based on abilities. Prime instinct is especially useful for those with sensory skills.

Description: Once prime instinct is activated the user constantly emits a field from their person that acts as a sensor. This technique is designed for detecting incoming attacks, while allowing the user to react accordingly. The user also relies on a sense of touch, being capable of avoiding damage at the last possible second. If the user’s own speed is equal to or higher than the attack against them then they’re able to react and dodge if necessary. The “field” is there own chakra acting as a sensory barrier. The field doesn’t inhibit opposing forces but is merely a warning system for Senjiro.

Description: Kyuukaku is used along with prime instinct to heighten their sense of smell. Kyuukaku gives the user the ability to pick up different scents from up to one hundred meters away. It is so acute that the user can perfectly track their opponent’s movements based on scent alone. This is especially useful to the user when using the mist style silent killing techniques. And other similar techniques, as they’re able to differentiate scents. This technique allows the user to fight even with their eyes closed. But not as well as they normally would, without the help of other prime instinct heightened senses.

Description: Shikaku is effective when used for tracking purposes and to spot oncoming foe or attacks. With Shikaku the user can see and pick up on disturbances around themselves. They become eagle eyed, able to spot a fly on a wall up to 100 meters away. Shikaku does not grant the user predictive abilities, nor does it grant them the ability to see chakra etc. It is simply enhanced vision, that cannot see beyond obstructions etc. Should the user have a clear path to see, then they can take notice of things. Cannot look below ground, but can spot something deep inside waters etc.

Description: Choukaku with prime instinct activated gives the users enhanced hearing. They’re able to hear a pin drop up to one hundred meters away. This makes it even more difficult for others to sneak up on the user of the technique. They can track others by sound alone, acting as a sensor for the user. They’re able to manage the sound input to prevent overload and damage to their hearing. Choukaku makes it very useful for spying and eavesdropping on others. Gathering intel and the like becomes a lot easier.

You need to make “Prime Instinct” into a jutsu if you want offshoots of it. It needs activation and upkeep. Bc as it’s worded, it isn’t able to be activated yet all the jutsu require that.
