Description: Jaaku is a beautiful specimen of a golden eagle, a proud and powerful bird who knows no predators. His plumage is a rich, dark brown color save the underside of his body, which is a paler white and gray, giving him some camouflage should someone be looking up at him. His eyes are an unnatural golden color, as are a few of his feathers which glint out from beneath his regularly colored quills. His wingspan is just about seven and a half feet wide and he weights about eight pounds. He is notably fast, though more so than that he is outstandingly intelligent, so much so that he claims he could outwit his master even while asleep.

Beyond an outlandish intelligence, he is proud, powerful, poised, confident, and exceedingly spiteful. Jae's foolishness and antics do not much impress this king of birds, though the man's eternal lust for battle and raw intuition drew his eye. Convinced that he is a god among this earth, he at least enjoys that Jae can help him put down any foes he may have.
History: Born somewhere near the Land of Whirlpools, Jaaku spent many of his days hunting in the brackish lands surrounding the island, rarely choosing to venture far from the massive landmass which he had claimed as his territory. It is unknown if he is able to speak for himself, however through some mysterious means he gained an unprecedented mastery over the field of Genjutsu, which allowed him to speak directly into the minds of those he chose to communicate with, though the "speech" was not comprised of words but pure, direct information.

While he did not travel much, a force of nature in the form of a slightly mad Shogun eventually came upon his homeland, where the two originally met a few years ago. While the intrusion was unwelcome, Jae did not annihilate the ecosystem, which would have allowed the bird to remain home. However, he chose to go with the roaming samurai and see his conquest out to the end. Every place which Jae has destroyed, Jaaku has claimed as another part of his kingdom.

• To the Skies: While flying, Jaaku passively gains 50 speed and perception (to avoid collisions and such).


• All Seeing: Jaaku passively has Mind's Eye of the Kagura active at all times. When sensed as with chakra sense, he give the flavor of pine and blood to the sensor.


• Apex Avian: Jaaku is able to interface his chakra with that of his master. This permits him to drain chakra from Jae in order to use his own abilities if necessary, though the chakra can only go from Jae to Jaaku, not reverse. Through the use of an unknown illusionary power, he can share senses with his master if he chooses and can speak to him telepathically. Touch is not required for any of this ability. Because of this, Jaaku can use Kai upon Jae even if he is not touching his crazed master.
