Appearance: She stands at around 5'8 and 110 pounds. She's light, as she tends not to focus on muscles, as much as staying thin. It's a rather bad habit of hers. She also has D breasts, but... with those down, let's move on with more details.
Her normal skin is kind of smooth, although, not as smooth as most. Her skin is also not scarred, which is surpirsing considering her history. I know what you're thinking.
Her face itself is considered amazing looking by some, ugly by others. She has somewhat smoother skin, compared to the rest of her body. She has a small scar on her cheek from something that happened during her history. Her nose is normal sized, not small or big compared to others. Her eyes are ones that might memorize some.
Her hair is pink. It's pink and long, measuring at about 2 feet down into her back. Since it's this long, it's often put into two ponytails held by two red ribbons which measure about '4 each. Her hair is thin, and is in an excess which is not good for battle.
This next paragraph is on how she often wears her hair. She has many styles in which she wears it, which is why this paragraph is being written. One of the ways, is her 2 pony tails as stated above, but she has... many ways she does her hair. One of which are actually using a ribbon, and tying it around her stomach so that her hair is tight to her back, so it doesn't get cut. Another is that she makes a really large pony tail rather than 2 pony tails. Another way she wears her hair, is she puts it in front of her shoulders rather than behind like it normally is. One way she rarely wears it in public, is when she wears the front of her hair over her eyes, and just let the back go down. She wears it like this when going to sleep, or in her private quarters when on break. I could go on, but this is getting long as is.
Her legs are rather built, but not overly large. She trains them to be fast, not exactly strong. This doesn't mean that they aren't strong, but it means they aren't giant legs. Her thighs and calves are around the same size , and don't bulk out her legs an insane amount which is good.
Her clothes... she tends to wear a black vest over a white tank-top. She wears these as she can keep the red ribbon she has, which is a roll she tends to hold on to, and anything else she needs. She also tends to wear blue jeans. Unless training, in which she wears just the tank top, and a pair of tight pants.

Personality: She's a nerd. For all intents and purposes, she's heavily invested in her studies. She's dedicated most of her time to becoming a fuinjutsu master. It's her one goal currently; as it's something that would separate her from a crowd of people. It's a simple matter of dedication. She dedicates at least five hours out of each and every day to Fuinjutsu compared to most peoples zero hours. That at least is an important dictation here, as it's often far more. Sometimes extending to 11 hours or more straight of fuinjutsu and seal work. It's just a simple matter of work.
She also has the firm belief that anyone can do anything assuming they work at it to no end. That's just a simple fact in her mind that hasn't slipped in the years she's been doing ninja things. She has no reason to falter within this dedication. She doesn't believe that anyone is a prodigy, and she does think some things do just click. It happens, but not a a prodigal level. You might have a lot of things, but random skill is not one of them. You have to work for a skill, even if that work is just growing up and dealing with life.
Character History: She was not particularly talented, although she's always been seen as determined. She has no idea when the bijuu was put in her, as it's not a part of the memories that she can actually remember. This doesn't particularly bother her as she gets along with her bijuu well enough. It's not bloodthirsty or anything, it's just trying to make sure things are okay. That's all she cares about. She sometimes forgets she's a jin though. That's been the case consistently throughout her life, even in the genin exam.
To explain, she actually graduated as a genin at the age of 13; however due to her vigorous studies into the world of fuinjutsu, she never goes on missions which has allowed her to not progress. That's just how things have gone with this lady, as it's a hassle to do missions and study the fuinjutsu that she tends to obsess over. There's been few times where anything has particularly affected her, in truth. It's really none that are super important to her that have shook her to her core. Her parents are alive, her brothers a jounin, and her dog's probably a more efficient ninja than her, as she hasn't actually gone through the proper process to train the tailed beast inside of her.
Logically, she should be a chunnin by now at the very least. That has not been the case. It's a rough matter of her having, what's to be believed, the lowest amount of missions done as a full time ninja. She hasn't even made that much progress as a fuinjutsu artist. She's just gotten maybe slightly average at it. Though, if pushed, it's guessed that she can use some ninjutsu, but no ones saw it as she never uses anything as she rarely fights.
Her non-fighting nature has gotten her in trouble in the academy before, but that's a story for a later date. Simply put, she's a stubborn lass who doesn't like fighting and her academy records show it. She only fought when she absolutely had to, which might be what contributed to her prolonged stay as a genin so far. She doesn't like fighting and a lot of D-ranks often involve fighting in some way. Like fighting a small cat to get it to walk with you. That's the true pain. Trying to get a cat to follow you when you're reasonably tall and have bright hair, it's like a red flag to not follow you into the house.
