On the edge of the Land of Water, set a secluded fishing city called Nanmin-mura or Refugee Village. This small community was typically only known throughout the underworld, unless came upon by random travelers. The people were former criminals and refugees, attempting to escape their past and start over or to simply lay low. Which piqued the Kaguyan's interest, as his target was rumored to have been hiding out there. The day was just beginning, as the sun still hid below the horizon, and only shed a miniscule amount of light to spread across the sky, thus resulting in civil twilight. Which caused some of the brighter stars and moon to still remain visible in the sky. The dew still clinging to the grass and objects left outside, resulted in a sparkling effect as the feint rays would glimpse them. Upon reaching the village from his camp, Ko'Oni was stunned and in awe at the pure beauty of the scenery. How can such a beautiful place be littered with criminals? He pondered to himself, but all he really was doing was trying to justify his upcoming actions by labeling the masses. Knowing he would have to kill for his own gain made him somewhat uneasy, as he only did under orders, self defence, or to avenge someone. Ko quickly snapped out of his trance of the view and headed through the now closed market in an attempt to spot his target before the city wakes up for the day. | |

| Bokun rushed through the market place headed towards the harbor. He could hear them again, the voices. He was being followed. But from where? By Whom? Why wouldn't they LEAVE HIM ALONE?! That's it! the perfect idea! Hide somewhere the voices never would be able to find him! But where...? Looking over, the man saw it. The harbor! It was perfect, they would never look for him in the middle of the harbor! Ingenious! He rushed out across the water, using the rudimentary trick, water walking, to do so. When he made it out to the middle, he knelt down, yes... now he was free... now they would leave him alone... GIVE HIM PEACE!!! It was something he longed for, needed, wanted, begged, pled and stole for.... silence... sweet release... Something he would never get! The cool embrace of the early morning air broke him from his already broken thoughts. Why must the world work to break him down?! At least he was safe... yes.. safe from them. - NPC:

Personality: Once a skilled loyal shinobi, his mind became twisted and maniacal ever since the attempt on his life at 18 during the persecution of his clan. The severe trauma caused his mind to fade over the past two years, resulting in PTSD, insanity and multiple personalities. At times he blindly lashes out at anyone, mistaking them for the same persecutors of his clan, the paranoia controls most of his actions. His broken mind is intact enough to use jutsu as well as speak and still be capable of his full combat prowess.

| After a few minutes of searching the desolate market, and to no avail, the Kaguyan was about to move on. Although just as he began to turn, he noticed some movement in his peripheral vision. Looking over, he is greeted with the sight of a person darting across the water before kneeling in the open. A person matching the description of his intended target. As the shinobi began to kneel, Ko'Oni activated his water walking technique and walked onto the water and towards the man. He couldn't help but to question his own morality as he knew his actions to come. I don't kill without cause, so why am I doing this... his mind momentarily drifted before attempting to reassure himself. I am killing a murderous criminal and I have to get stronger in order to avenge Kumogakure and all those people. With that he snapped back to his mission at hand and reaffirmed his conviction. Ko'oni decided to openly fight the man, instead of attempting the typical assassination. He probably could have easily did it from the shoreline, although he felt it not right. Even though the person was a murderer, Ko had no connection or affiliation with the victims. Thus he thought it befitting to allow the shinobi a warriors death, seeing as he was barely clinging to reality as is. Stopping when ten meters from the rogue, the Kaguyan inquired, "Is your name, Bokun Yuki?" If the man was to look at him, he would see a sly grin coupled with murderous intent behind his gaze. - Chakra-500:

| Bokun heard a voice and shrieked. It was not one he was used to. Not one of HIS voices. " No! You won't take ME! Not THIS time!" He would jump backwards raising his hands into the air and releasing his chakra in the form of a gust of wind into the air. This would cause a localized winter storm in the middle of the lake. The sky would grow dark with black clouds and sleet would begin to fall and the lake under them would begin freezing outwards, starting with the area under Bokun. Looking at the man he was obscured by another vision. He appeared as a beast in the night with glowing eyes and smoking mouth. " You monster! Get away! Get AWAY from US! We don't want you here! Don't make us KILL you!" There was a pause... " But we WANT to Kill it! IT will be fun, just like all the others!" His voice changed slightly with that speech, becoming darker and growling like an animal. It was clear to most people that Bokun was... unhinged.. to say the least, but to most, he was only annoying to be around. Until his personalities got a taste for murder. - Jutsu Used:

| From the reaction, it was safe to assume that he found his man. He heard of the debilitating condition that plagued Bokun, although he didn't realize the truth to be worse than the rumors. A shell of a shinobi, delusional, and lashing out at anything that approaches. Even going as far as endangering the folk of the town. Seeing this, with his own eyes, cemented Ko'Oni's determination to let go of any misgivings he had. As the gelid and bitter wave of the winter storm swept over the area, Ko sensed the deadliness of the technique. He could feel the frigid temperatures seep into his body and nearly chill him to the bone as the water below the two began to freeze over. His countenance flashed from his typical expression to a more serious one, devoid of emotion. His piercing yellow eyes locked on his prey, as his aura seeped with homicidal intent. It actually upset him at how willing Bokun was to endanger the people that would shelter him. So Ko planned to end this rather quickly, as the deaths of any bystanders will be on his hands for attempting to be honorable. After slightly crouching down, he propelled himself over the ground. Dashing straight towards the shinobi, continuously using his Water Walking Technique to keep his footing on the icy terrain. Upon getting in range of Bokun, Ko utilized the Heavenly Weeping Jutsu, expelling three water senbon that freeze. These are aimed towards his right knee in an attempt to catch him off guard and slow his movements. Ko'Oni swiftly follows the Jutsu up with a quick Leapord fist jab toward the left shoulder in an attempt to dislocate it. - Chakra-445:

| The beast spat needles of water at Bokun, but he wouldn't be taken down so easily! He was powerful! He killed those people! How could he lose now!? The needles were weakened by the frigid temperatures, so he was able to dodge them easier than he normally would. Now was his time to strike! He formed a ball of ice on his fingertip and shot it into the sky. It was time to make this one pay. After a moment, he would bring his hand down causing a much larger ice ball to begin descending directly at the beast! He would crush it! To distract the man, he would form an Ice senbon to throw at him, maybe he wouldn't notice the 50m ball of ice falling towards him at high speeds... maybe... Either way, he hurled the icy spear at the monstrocity, hoping to kill it ... to wound it.. to end it.. - Jutsu Used:

Description: The user builds up a large amount of freezing chakra within themselves and then points a single handseal into the sky. A small ball of chakra is fired from their fingertip and this ball travels upwards into the atmosphere. Clouds of falling snow are created as a canopy to hide the real attack. Once this ball reaches high into the atmosphere, the freezing chakra within it expands as it comes in contact with air currents. This ball keeps expanding until a frozen meteor the size of 50M thick in diameter is formed. The meteor takes one full post to charge, but may be dropped to any location within 100M. Upon impact, this ice meteor crushes anything beneath it with less than 100 Durability.

| He sensed the impending danger, and realized the giant senbon as nothing more than a basic diversionary tactic. So in response, Ko'Oni simply lifted his left hand and coated his palm in his Bone armour. Which caused the giant ice senbon to shatter upon impact, while ripping some skin. He then used his right hand to reach behind his back to retrieve four Shuriken wrapped in paper bombs. The Kaguyan was unsure if this would work, but all he could do was hope. Ko didn't want his failed attempt at an honorable fight to be the reason any bystanders became injured. As the giant mass began hurdling downwards, Ko launched the shuriken to the side of the ball, closest to shore. When in place, he would activate the explosions simultaneously. Causing chunks to be blown off the mass in form of hail and propelling it off course towards deeper waters. Once striking the frozen over waters, it acted like a domino effect. Cracking the ice all the way to shoreline and churning the sea waters below up. This resulted in a totally new battlefield, one of raising and lowering icy platforms. One slip and it could be your last, potentially falling and being trapped under the ice. As Ko'Oni prepared himself to end this, he narrowed his stance to resemble that of wing Chun. Although something was slightly off. While he felt the need to rely on it's use of balance in this terrain, he also incorporated the southern dragons fluid 'ride the wind' style movements to better adapt. After doing so, the Kaguyan used the traditional Dance of the Camellia. Extracting a bone short sword from his left shoulder before darting forth in a serpentine pattern. Upon reaching Bokun he would erratically thrust the blade at different timing intervals and heights. The image of him fading from clear to hazy , and with the fluctuating attack speed and targets make the attack hard to determine or read. This was in an attempt to severely injure or incapacitate the shinobi. - 340:

With each thrust the sword's track is very capable of changing. The attack comes from unexpected angles, causing a person's delicate defense reaction to come off guard. Though one can have great reflexes and moving ability, it is next to impossible to keep dodging the fierce attack until it stops.
This technique boosts the user's Speed by 20 and the opponent needs to have Speed of at least 20 points lower than the user's speed to keep up. This costs 25 Chakra upkeep each turn.

| Bokun cursed the man as he dealt with his icy meteor. The waters were churning now and he was moving up and down. The movement made him feel sick, he didn't want to prolong this anymore. The man was fast, faster than Bokun. He wasn't able to dodge most of the attacks. He recieved a gash along his right thigh that made maneuvering on the ice difficult, and another gash across his abdomen. Finally, his right arm was totally sliced off. But he wouldn't let that stop him. He would lash out with his left arm, trying to hide the pain, moving to punch his opponent in the face. It might be a rudimentary tactic, but he was running out of options. "Y-you won't... you wo--n't beat... US!" His strike came fast and hard, aimed right at his opponents head area, as he was moving too fast for Bokun to properly aim. It was a tough task, fighting someone stronger than he, but one he would take on.

| Ko'Oni barely dodged the blow, as he sunk his head down and to right right; utilizing the rudimentary fundamentals of wing Chun. The process in which keeping at an angle with the opponent. As he slipped the punch, Ko is still scathed by the attack, grazing his ear. This causing it to burn and turn a bright red, limiting some of his hearing in it. Although before Bokun could retract the punch, he would use his left arm to trap it between his shoulder and neck before attempting to thrust the blade upwards from his right arm pit through his shoulder. If successful, he would let go of the hilt and perform a single handed sign, performing the thousand water needles jutsu. This would cause the air to form senbons from water all around them, which would then freeze. Upon activitating the attack, the Kaguyan would leap back as the Senbon launched inwards on the target. - Chakra-260:

Description: Using this technique, the user gathers some water from the air and surrounding environment into one thousand long needles. They then direct them to a specific target at high speed, leaping backwards before impact so they doesn't get caught in the crossfire. While the needles do surround a target from all sides, they don't appear above the target, creating an escape route. The user is able to perform this jutsu with one-handed seals, allowing them to pin an opponent's arm and attack while they cannot use any techniques themselves.

| Bokun had no way to avoid the sharp spears that punctured his body. He was unable to do anything to defend against the onslaught, at least not enough to matter. His body was littered with hundreds of water needles jabbed into it. His arm took most of the blow as he had raised it to try to defend his face. The portions he covered were safe, but he couldn't cover enough. As he fell onto the icy platform, he was able to look up to his killer one last time, his multiple personalities merging in their single, unified final breath. "We are FREE" With that, he fell to the ground, not having enough strength to prolong his miserable life any longer. He hoped that the man could forgive him if he took this time to take a nap.. he needed a rest... so tired...

| As Bokun gave his last words and fell, Ko'Oni couldn't help put to feel pity for the man. Which was soon washed away with a sense of relief and tranquility. Not just because it was in his blood to be a killer, yet more so that Ko helped bring the man to peace and end his horrendous struggle through life. As Bokun's life faded, the winter's storm vanished as quick as it ravaged the area. Although, succeeding the death of the jutsu and shinobi was a vibrant double rainbow. It's ends streched over the hirizon, one off over the ocean and the other over the mountains behind the village. After taking a minute moment to enjoy the beautiful sight, the Kaguyan couldn't help but to shed a small and legitimate smile. As he picked up the lifeless body he spoke, "Rest easy, your mission has been completed and you will no longer be troubled. Unsure as to why he attempted to reassure a lifeless body, Ko's mind drifted momentarily. Death isn't the greatest loss in life, it's the loss of what dies inside of us while we live. For him, it was his mind and that's a real shame. With that, Ko'Oni left the village carrying the body.
