Appearance: Twisty is quite the rare beauty. She is a very curvatous woman with flawless warm honey skin and Uzumaki red hair that reaches the middle of her back and dazzles with shimmers of gold when in the sun. Along with her ceaseless white eyes Twisty has a beauty mark under the left side of her lips. When she smiles, which is typically a sign of danger, her pronouced top and bottom canine teeth can be easily seen. Her ensemble consists of a black crew neck, half mesh, long sleeve bodysuit, the mesh stopping at the L4 vertebrae meaning her belly button is showing on the other side. A dark green sash wrapped around the waist covering her bottom with the metal plate from her forehead protector holding it together in the front with her big weapon pouch hidden beneath. Black thigh high socks, a weapon pouch on the left leg and her olive boots that come up to the knee and look black unless in the right light. Covering her bosom is a light green Chinese style sleeveless collared vest with light yellow trim that parts in the middle cupping her breasts yet revealing slight underboob. Over the collar of the vest, yet under the collar of the flack jacket, is a black mask. Hidden underneath that she wears her blue crystal necklace, similar to the one Tsunade gave Naruto, and a helix piercing in her ear as well. Her hair dons a style, similar to the one Katara wore when pretending to be from the fire nation. With the addition of her bangs free and wavy framing the sides of her face.

It was perfect, should she develop fire nature she wouldn't sweat. Should she develop water nature the clothes wouldn't sag and slow her down if wet. If she developed earth nature there wasn't much to clean off. However, the true beauty of this get-up was construed by the jounin flak jacket she wore atop of it. Luckily she only needed to wear it during certain events.

Personality: In her youth Kireina was quite boisterous, exuberant and a bit of a tomboy, although she did have a serious side. And still does although it's rather hard to tell since it mostly seems like she's just a psycho. Having grown up her fun and wild side are typically now only seen when she's training or on a mission, two of her most favorite things. Kireina cares for her friends deeply and will stop at nothing to protect those important to her. Rather than asking people to help with any problems she prefers to keep it to herself. Many people label this as stubborness, especially because she dislikes being told what to do, or apathy (talkative people aren't her thing) but in her mind she'd rather not waste time asking people who can't figure out their own issues for help. Twisty loves challenges and is rather intelligent however it's usually shown through sarcasim. K is a very hard worker; If she sets her mind out to do it, it will get done. She's constantly pushing herself to be the best at whatever she's doing even if it's something as simple as juggling; Yet she's no sore loser.

Kireina is also very neat and organized, she tends to tidy things no matter where she is. This includes cleaning which people think is really weird when they find out it's something that makes her happy and futher adds to the idea that she might be crazy. Disorganization is a huge pet peeve of hers along with lazy people, despite this paperwork is one of her least favorite things to be tasked with. Given the current summary one might think that she is has a few loose screws although she does possess "normal" hobbies and interests. Some of those are cooking and eating which she's really good at but let certain scaredy cats people tell it her cooking is just as deadly as her fighting (which is merciless). She's also really fond of animals and nature due to all the time she spends outdoors.
Character History: Although Kireina is a Hyuuga her surname is Sakumo. There's not much of a story behind the reasoning, her mother was the last one with the name until she married one of the Hyuuga and she didn't want the name to die. Which is only partically true, the part kept hidden from K is that her grandfather was an extremely powerful and renowned shinobi. He held a power unlike any other that many men died tried to steal, it's said that when he "died" it was burried with him in an unknown location. He's believed to be one of the many ninja that died in the Shinobi World War, the perfect excuse to live out a peaceful old age. Even though he wasn't a particularly good guy K was given the name to honor him. Due to the pigment of her hair which she inheirted from her grandfather Kireina is sometimes mistaken for an Uzumaki because it is so unique but it is unknown if they have any connection to the Uzumaki clan.

When she was only three years old, Twisty began imitating others practicing the Gentle Fist. Her paternal grandmother noticed her natural proficiency and began training her personally. But being that the Shinobi World War had happened just one year earlier and her grandmother's old age there wasn't much time to train her and the sessions were few. So K trained with what other members of the clan that had traveled with them that she could find. Much to everyone’s expectations Kireina’s skill grew exponentially, by age seven Kireina had activated the Byakugan, was the top student in her class, and she was also promoted to genin. Despite being incredibly talented at taijutsu K prefers to focus on ninjutsu and has been doing so for the past nine years. Along with intense study of kekkei genkai and how they work.

At sixteen she achieved the rank of chunin and was ready to join the Bloody Mist War but who they were fighting worried her father. Those not in her family took notice of how much she'd grown; At first it was just word of mouth about how she exicuted her missions but she easily proved herself in her chunin exam. She soon became one of the "ones to watch" the future leaders of their village. Luckily for Katsumi the war ended the next year. However, instead of continuing to climb the ranks Kireina took advantage of the newfound peace to explore other kinds of specialties and techniques. She also took a few mentees, not an official team but just a handful of kids that looked up to her. Though her "students" tended to come and go her core few hold her in a regard equal to a kage. Now as a jounin she's working hard to achieve her "destiny" to be the Kiri-queen, given that her name sounds like Kiri and half means queen it's only fate! Or her head might've gotten a little inflated, either way she has a goal and nothing will get in her way.

That's all fine and dandy right but how did a Hyuuga end up in Kiri? And one from the main branch at that. Yup, that's right, Kireina's father is royal. No way the last Sakumo was going to marry anyone not of noble birth, if her grandfather was alive he'd say she did pretty well. Clan head is just as good as kage (that or grandfather's attraction to Hyuuga women). Wait he's the clan head too!? Almost he was next in line, before Reigutsu's infant child, when Kenichi usurped power which leads us back to the original question. Well with the arrogance and egotism of Kenichi's followers at his back Katsumi didn't want to raise his daughter in this kind of environment. There was no way in hell he was about to start another civil war within the clan trying to change them so they left.

And off to the Bloody Mist? Yeah, Seishi just didn't feel the same anymore and it seemed like a good place to raise a kid. They're a proud people, no one speaks out of turn unless their actions can back up their words, even then it's ill advised. Their reputation of having insatiable bloodlust gives a kid backbone, living in harsh conditions forces a person to the best version of themselves they can be. That's all Katsumi wants for his daughter; Better to be audacious and strong than pretentious and weak. Besides it's where her grandfather was from, his family was happy to welcome his "secret" child and her family. She wasn't actually a secret but living in Seishi they never got to see her and while they were on rocky terms no one from either side dared to visit the other. So as Kireina's mother's relationship with her mother was good the relationship with her father was strained. Which is the opposite of Kireina and him because he gave her enough love to last a lifetime in the two years they spent together.

What about her nickname? Well that's a funny story that changes every time someone asks. Remember those disciples that "came and went" put it this way: they're no longer of sound mind and body. That covers the 'Twisted' part and the 'Beautiful' is obvious, it's also the full meaning of her name. As for the 'Fantasy' bit well if they could tell reality from fantasy she would be prosecuted and that clearly makes her 'Dark'. Wouldn't she be caught anyway parading around with a name like that? One would think so but this is Kiri, there are tough nicknames flying about left and right. Not to mention that it's not known by many, if anything they think the whole thing is Twisty. It worried her father at first because of how outsiders would chalk up her facination with blood and the human body as a side effect of living in the Mist while if they lived in the Leaf she would be seen as a future doctor and that kind of prejudice doesn't sit well with her family. But she assured him that it was any kind of insult, her mother on the other hand, who knows? And who cares because Kireina doesn't, the two don't have the best relationship and you'll have a hard time figuring out why from either of them.
