However, the few that have survived into chunnin and above are known to become nasty ninja. However, there’s only been one, or maybe two in the world.

Clan Ability/KKg Description: Negation Eye: This kekkei genkai allows the user to negate other dojutsu when looking at the other dojutsu users. If the user has a dojutsu user in their eyesight, their dojutsu cancels out the others. It’ll still look like the other dojutsus are active, without any of the power that would come with it. It also shuts down anything that buffs the body via chakra down within the users eye-sight. This also means that the user can’t buff themselves while the eye is going. Only one dojutsu at a time.

They also only have to be looking at the user with one eye, which helps slightly.

This also gives the user the ability to stop the activation of genjutsu and ninjutsu, although they have to pay equal to the chakra cost of the jutsu + 20% they’re canceling.

The users eye glows blue while the dojutsu is active.

It costs 5 chakra per post to keep the dojutsu active.
