Appearance:  He's an attractive young male.  That's what most people say when they first see him. It's never his average hair, or the fact that he's reasonably tall. It's just the fact that he's reasonably attractive. He doesn't have anything detracting from his looks, but he doesn't have anything, in particular, going for him. That's the real trick to his attractiveness, is that his black hair falls nicely instead of haphazardly. His somewhat beige eyes are always nicely set, and never mean looking. His chin is rather square at the bottom, a firm edge. These are the things that make people trust him.

This appearance isn't just gotten from genetics. He's also kept immensely fit from his job as a ninja. He's not a taijutsu user, and it shows in his lack of physical musculature, but that hasn't stopped him being lean. He's the sort of lean that you'd see on some runners. He's that lean, with small amounts of muscle hidden throughout. It adds a certain level of mysteriousness to his look.

While his phsyical appearance is quite good, his fashion sense is not to be understated. It's what carries his natrual good looks to the finish line.

He has a closet full of clothes, but there are the parts that are often put together.

He's been reasonably wealthy, so it's allowed him a really nice coat. It's grey in color, and not that heavy due to where he lives never being particularly cold. It does, however, highlight his height and his limb length. His limbs aren't particularly long, but they certainly aren't short.

He, under that, often wears a black dress-shirt, to make sure he looks just right.

He then wears black pants, to make him look proper, and then to top it all off, he often wears nice shoes on his feet.

Personality: Kira is often a nice guy who likes to be social. He likes to make friends, and absolutely adores earth ninjutsu and its various uses. He's accepted his skills, and is often an accepting guy. He's often the person people go to when they need to talk; not to mention he's rather good with numbers. He's decided to be where he is, because he feels it is the proper place to be. You can't be the Raikage's accountant if you aren't strong.  That was his logic. That was who he decided to be. Of course, if that's all there was to him he'd be rather boring.

He's always seemed a bit off to people. This is just how things were. He's a nice man, yes. He's also a very approachable man, but something has always seemed off about the guy. It's never been explained, and nowadays, it's often considered bad to even think there's something off about the man named Kira. He's implanted himself, quite well, into the population.

He's taken careful time to make sure everything has done correctly, and that he's considered nice. He's not a sociopath, he's just mostly devoid of emotions. He does take some care in meeting and interacting with people, and he does enjoy it. He just doesn't enjoy as much as most people. This goes for the same on the flip side. He doesn't feel sadness nearly as much as other people do either; this has helped him in his years being a ninja.

He's also meticulous about numbers and how they stack up, which makes him being the accountant the perfect job. It also has allowed him to get close to the Raikage, which is just a side bonus in his plan to set himself up for life. He has a plan in life, and it's gone well so far.

Character History: He's had a plan in his life. That's just the fact of the matter. No one is quite sure what this plan is, or when it hatched, but that information is kept secret by Kira. It's known that his childhood was a rather good one all things considered. No parents dying at birth, or when he was particularly young. No friends dying on him in tragic accidents when young, in fact, he got throught the academy rather early, at ten years of age. That was one of his crowning achivments, admittedly. He was really good as a genin, teaming up with a blond guy and another person, whom he tends to forget.

He's shared a lot of good moments with the two. He's fully willing to admit that. Him, the man who almost lacks emotion, has shared many fond moments with his team. He remembers the times they almost died, and the times where they came out on top. He remembers the times that they failed, and how that drove his team to improve. Those are things he remembers fondly. Those are things that he will never forget. Those are memories that he will forever hold close to his heart.

There's his chunnin years, which spread from about 12 to 18. It's known that he wasn't a really special chunnin. He was quite good at Earth Release. He's still quite good at it. He's not actually lost the skill that he had back then, it's just that he rarely uses the jutsu to harm people these days. He's an accountant after all. There's no use for him to use it to harm people or to try to harm people at all.

His mission has to do with the last mission he took with his squad. The three had taken on a mission as jounin, not long ago. He had decided that he was going to enact part of his plan that he had been formulating every since he was young. He was going to take care of the woman in the party, since the other wouldn't cause him particular trouble. That wouldn't cause him anguish in the future if he were to fully continue his plans.

Thereby, when they were done with the mission, and there was one last opponent left, he used an earth ninjutsu to trap the woman that he's called a teammate for the longest time. It didn't take long for him to fully encase the woman in earth. He'd then smash them together, before stabbing himself in the ribs with a kunai. He then fell back, moaning in pain, with the enemy ninja nowhere to be found.

This was because he had basically forced the ninja into a hole in the ground, and suffocated him there. He looked at his blonde-haired partner with fake tears in his eyes. He would stumble, and his teammate would come to his aid. He looked at his blonde-haired friend and smile.

"I took care of him. It's okay. She's not though. I know that jutsu. She's...dead."

He groaned in pain before going back and becoming the Raikage's accoutant later that day; as it was meant to be a full day.
