Equipment Ability: A unique meteorite embedded into the palm of the paired gloves, enables Tenjin to perform a peculiar ability. Changes in ion density in the atmosphere around the user is detected by the small meteorites and these stones react to both positive and negative ion charges. Inclement weather, lightning & fire-based jutsu cause the gloves to charge indirect electromagnetism into the stones without the need of chakra consumption. Lightning techniques performed by or near the user of Tenjin, charges one rank's lower worth of lightning-based chakra within the gloves. Fire techniques performed by or near the user of Tenjin, chargers two ranks lower worth of lightning-based chakra within the gloves. This charge accumulates up to a total of 10 A Rank's worth of lightning chakra. This resource is only viable to Tenjin however. The user may not use this charge as a benefit to their own chakra pool. Charge may carry over into other threads, but each charge must be noted and a total given at the end of each thread.
Equipment jutsus: 

• Direct Charge: Direct charge, is a technique in which the user of Tenjin intentionally comes into contact with ion-based techniques, such as lightning & fire. The user releases a half-cost(Half cost of technique used against them) burst of ionized chakra from the meteorites in the gloves to insulate the user. This insulation effectively immunizes the user from lightning or fire techniques of equal or lower rank and stores the remaining half of the opposing jutsu's chakra cost as ion charge within the gloves. While insulated, the user of Tenjin may not use water techniques and water techniques used against the user are +1 rank in power.
  
• Philosopher's Scale: Since the gloves operate based on electric charges, the total power of the gloves directly depends on the total accumulated ion resource available to the gloves. For proper system scaling- Tenjin's charges directly correlate to jutsu format in both ranked power and ranked cost: though at any time, the user of Tenjin may release any amount of ion charge stored within the gloves. As such, the ability of this technique is a release of lightning chakra equivalent to anything from 1 D Rank jutsu, to 10 A Rank jutsu. The vector to the lightning's release comes from the user's own personal knowledge. Such as, any lightning technique the user may know, can be used via Tenjin.
