This only works on tangible things, so would have no effect on water, air or fire, but rocks and wood or crystal are susceptible, as are kunai and shuriken and other tangible weapons. When an item is touched by this sword, if that item is in motion, it stops right were it is for as long as the blade is touching it. this costs C-rank chakra per post to keep things stationary and can only effect one thing at a time. when the blade is removed, the item that was being effected will simply fall straight down.
