He understood and agreed, a simple but precis decision. Practical and to the point. Rei was confident in Makoto's skills. She knew him on a personal level and there was few in the village that she would trust to do such an important surgery on one of her own hyuga clan members. Now that Makoto knew her plans for the future, possibly he could begin to see the future of theit village in Konoha and understand the long future effects she had in store. "I'll need your help with that surgery quite soon Makoto. Presumably in a day or two. Tomorrow I will be meeting with Kyo Hyuga to facilitate his dna transplant.
If you will meet up at the hyuga compound, then we can do this in complete secrecy." she would say, after all... Rei was in possession of a shinobi corpse from Kirigakure. That knowledge was dangerous. Presently she fear nothing however. Her byakugan told her that there was nothing around or nearby to eavesdrop on their conversation.

There was little more to say presently, at least for Rei. She would have to excuse herself from Makoto's presence unless there was more to discuss with him. "Is there anything more to discuss Makoto? I need to be getting back to my clan soon and make arrangements.

“Until next time.”Makoto would nod no as he would wave goodbye to Rei. He understood she was a busy woman and had things to do so he would vanish away moving onto his house to prepare for the surgery he had to do. It was his first one so he had to do plenty research to be sure not to mess up. He would grab him a few cups of ramen before heading home to get a goodnights rest to prepare the surgery.
