(월하익송, Weolha'iksong; most likely 月下翼松, "The Winged Tree Under the Moon")



Leader/Hierarchy:

Purpose:
Wolhaiksong was created with the intentions of being a "pure" conglomerate of shinobi who are considered the best of their kind. The group is meant to be a guiding hand to the Shinobi World only intervening in times of crisis and only choosing the side of bettering or protecting the world as we know it. All though these are the stipulations of accepting an invite it is known that unintentional mixing of personal intentions happens and therefore can be forgiven by Kaiju.

Creed:
Work from the Shadows
All member's actions should be clandestine unless informed otherwise by Kaiju or the act has been approved by the majority of the group. Of course, your identity is free to be exposed yet not the identity of the group. The goal here is to influence the shinobi world in the best way possible with the least amount of direct intervention as possible.

All Members under Ozai are Equal.
A simple rule to make some things more simple like voting between the group. Currently, Ozai has no limits for size but doesn't intend on a huge group. Everyone that is invited has equal say and power within the group as should be treated as such. Everyone that has been invited is here for a specific reason whether it is known or not. Upon going you not only agree to this, but the ideal that no actions will be taken upon other members unless their choices are deemed wrong by not only the group but Ozai.

Teach your ways
Stated above every member has received an invite for a specific talent that they possess. If asked you should pass on not only your talent but the wisdom that you have built on your journey in life. Grooming future members is also acceptable and if you wish you should inform Ozai so he can watch potential recruits.

Crisis Management
The group should actively pass information to all members so everyone has an upkeep on whats happening everywhere in the world. Should an event begin to unfold that could be a potential disaster the group would be called to meet so that a plan could be devised on how to handle the crisis.

One way out
Should you wish to leave Wolhaiksong you will be practically branded a "Missing-nin" who committed an unholy act and hunted to no end.

History:
Ozai recently founded the group and began to scout for members.
