Personality: While Kakuzu is collected, serious, and and dislikes lies, he cares deeply for the welfare of the Uchiha clan, especially for his brother, in a similar manner as Madara cared for Izuna. He has great disdain for the Senju clan, using that as his goal of gaining the power to eradicate them, seeing it as justification for what the shame they brought to his clan. Kakuzu is a self-proclaimed devout lover of peace, hating conflict and believing painful battles should be ended as quickly as possible. When battling against others, he tends to use powerful techniques to swiftly beat his opponent. Kakuzu despises values like justice and honor, the same values that the Senju clan believes in. Kakuzu values like his own flesh and blood, showing her affection that he himself did not recieve from his own family. 1 Tomoe: At level one the users Perception stat is increased by 10 points (ONLY while active). They are able to see through C-rank and below Genjutsu. This also adds +10 to your speed tracking. Pay 40 to activate , 20 upkeep
2 Tomoe: At level two, the users Perception stat is increased by 20, (NO stack) they are able to see through B-rank and below Genjutsu, AND they are now able to copy any jutsu they see and have the physical capabilities to use during the topic it is seen in. This jutsu can then be learned, 25% off the PC. This adds +20 to your speed tracking (no stack). Pay 20 to activate , 15 upkeep
3 Tomoe: At level three, the users Perception stat is increased by 30 (no stack) and they are able to see through A-rank and below Genjutsu. They are able to copy any jutsu they see and have the physical capability to use during the topic it is seen in. This jutsu may then be learned, 50% off the PC. This adds + 30 to your speed tracking. (No stack)
