Aijin shall rule; Just not now(Private/Eio)

Daichi had graduated not long ago, and wanted to train into some Fuinjutsu. The one, in particular, was one that allowed him to write, and sear, things into human flesh. That wasn't the original use, but that's not what mattered to Daichi. What mattered to him, was that it could be used to write if one were to be immensely desperate. It also allowed him to brand those he felt needed to be. Overall, it was an immensely important manner of control that he'd have to have to the future.

He was in his normal clothing, the white coat with the belts on the sleeves. This made no difference as he stood inside the training area of the Aijin compound. This compound, of course, served as home base for his devious business that he planned. First, though, he had to figure out exactly what he was capable of, and that meant experimenting with Fuinjutsu and the like.

Eio was bored out of his mind. He had been working on learning some techniques that involved his rather, unique kekkei genkai. But, he realized that to be truly successful he couldn't rely solely on those abilities. He needed to work on learning a few more skills that would be beneficial and that he would be able to use with his current abilities. Thinking on the various things he currently had the knowledge to learn, he decided to go with an additional element. Looking at the five basic elements, he realized obviously that with his atomic manipulation he could emulate them easily enough, but to have the element itself and get the knowledge of techniques he may come across in the future. He was wearing his normal clothing, consisting of a black gi and his black scarf tied around his neck. He arrived to the training ground located within the clans compound to find one of the members of his clan was already training. The area was large enough for them to each train in relative peace though, so Eio thought nothing of it. The other clansman doing training was one, Daichi. Obviously, Eio knew him, the clan was too small for him not to. Eio had little thought of him though, good or bad, as he seemed to keep to himself. He walked past him, not seeing a real reason to speak, the man would obviously know he was there, and would know he was there to train. Eio decided to keep his eyes open onto what his relative was training though as he wanted to keep tabs on potential allies or threats. When he got passed him, he would kneel by a small pond and begin looking at the molecules that made up the water, hydrogen and oxygen.

1/2 (Water Release)

Daichi noticed his fellow clansmate walk in. Eio. Eio had known the same abuse that Daichi had, Daichi was sure. He was utterly curious about something though. This curiosity, as he had read, often killed the cat. That was fine, though. He'd have to talk to his clanmate anyway, if he planned on doing anything worth anything. So, he had to start the conversation.

"Eio. Welcome. I have an idea to share with you."

He kept focusing some more chakra into his finger, the quantity lacking compared to a lot of jutsu. However, it was going in slowly, and more importantly, controlled. That's what made this jutsu unique, in that with the proper amount of control, one might be able to do more than just what that original jutsu was meant to do. That's why he was doing it the way he was doing it. For experimentation purposes.

This idea, though, it was immensely important that he shared it with Eio.

So it would seem that his clan mate did want his attention for something. He supposed it would be worth listening to, Daichi had seemed a rather intelligent fellow from what he could tell. He allowed a final twitch of his wrist to cause the atoms making up the water to split causing the water to instantly evaporate into two different elements. Turning to his training mate he would walk over to him. "What did you need, Daichi?" He would ask in a neutral tone. Eio knew not what to expect, nor did he bother his thoughts with possibilities. He would simply wait for Daichi to tell him what it was he wanted to tell him. It wasn't worth fussing over. Eio was also in the process of deciding which element he should learn next, it wouldn't be fit to learn one so easily, he needed to continue to learn. He decided he would try Lightning next as he could use it to practice manipulating electrons to create electricity.

He had a few ideas made up in his mind that had to do with altering the attractive or repulsive forces of his own body's electrons to push or pull an item or even an opponent to himself. This idea was a ways off however, as his current skill level prohibited him from even attempting such a thing, so he didn't bother, but he kept the idea filed away for later.

2/2 (Water Element Obtained)

"I had a funny thought. What if, one day, we ruled this village?"

He started to feel the heat coming off his finger that he had been channeling in. He put his finger to his other arm, and felt no discomfort nor did it leave a mark. Obviously, he hadn't done it enough yet. Not to mention, he had just spoken his dream to one of the few others that could maybe make it happen with him. Eio, despite Daichi's current thoughts on his cold demeanor, was one of the very few with the power that Daichi also had.

That made him a valuable ally that would be forever kept. That would be forever held, as if he didn't, that terrifying power could be turned towards him, and that's not what he wanted in this case. He'd much rather keep the power pointed towards other people and fight them with two of these powers instead of just one.

To rule the village? The man surely had ambition, but why stop there? "Why just this village?" Thinking about it logically, should the two of them even tap into a portion of their full potential, they could take over far more of the world than just one village that is considered minor to many throughout the world. As he thought on this, he used his atomic vision to look at the atoms, or more precisely the electrons on his fingertips. He could see as they moved about, keeping things correctly aligned and all that, but his real goal was to see what it was he was attempting to manipulate. Looking back to Daichi, "Taking this village would be a simple enough task once we amassed enough individual strength, but keeping it under our control would take careful planning and forming powerful alliances. This would also aply to taking on a major village or even an entire nation. But, I would say it is more than possible." He merely spoke from a logical stand point, either of them could take down the village they currently resided in, and the two of them together could even take on a major nation if they prepared properly.

1/3 (Lightning Release)

That was not the answer that Daichi was expecting. He thought he'd have been dismissed as an idiot. Yet, Eio agreed. Eio even went farther to say that it wasn't enough to do just that. That they should do more. Daichi agreed, make no mistake, but that sounded like a lot for just two people to do.

"I only forsee one problem as it is, and it's that we'd have to rule with an iron fist. You know, as well as I do, that they hate us here."

Daichi knew that too well, remembering the beatings that he had at the hands of the villagers. It was no matter now. Eio was right. If they took their power and combined it, no one could really stop it. That was the dream. To rule the world, despite being from the small village. Despite not having the original power backing from those like the leaf.

"That'd be the dream. Ruling all the villages. We'll need to train like hell for that."

He had held his finger to his arm this entire time, and shortly after that speech, grimaced as he felt the burn. He understood how to do it now.

Focusing on manipulating the atoms in his fingertips, he worked on making them vibrate in such a way that would create a spark, it was all he needed. A single spark and he could make it grow and spread and change. He just needed something to work with. To rule with an iron fist. "Is it better to be feared or to be respected? I say, is it too much to ask for both? When we take this village, we will do so from within its own infrastructure. We will do so in such a way that shows our potential enemies that we will not tolerate resistance. Eventually the people will kneel, after all, they crave subjugation. They just need a target for their obedience."

Pressing on with his work on his own atoms, he would think back to the times he was tortured at the hands of this village. There are many he wouldn't mind to kill, but he figured there wasn't really a reason to waste his time. "In this world, we would need to train like hell to survive anyways, why not put it to good use?" It was a simple rationalization he had come to. The world was a cruel place, one that he would need to be strong to survive in. And, once he had gotten strong, he could use that strength to accomplish his goals.

Daichi laughed. It wasn't a laugh of humiliation towards Eio, mind you. It was a laugh that so obviously showed he understood the insanity that they were discussing, and how they both planned on doing it anyway. He knew he had to figure out what to train next, so he started to focus his chakra around his eyes, to try to see things at an immensely deep level while continuing the conversation.

"You're not wrong. Fear and Respect often come hand in hand. It'll take an immense lucky streak to get the other villages not to try to do something stupid, like embargo us."

He certainly wouldn't mind murdering roughly half the village, and keeping the other half alive to spread the word of their strength. He felt his vision focus and was able to see things on an atomic level. Something that made them dangerous and to be feared, as this small ability that mattered not in combat.

It wasn't in combat that this ability flourished, in his mind. It flourished when one could use it to determine how to break something down at that atomic level.

(Atom Release: Vision learned)

This was true, the other villages surely could view a hostile takeover with disdain. But, what if they... yes.. that could work.

"The other nations could do this yes, but what if we took on a monopoly of trade within the nations. If we could use both our Kekkei Genkai, added to our families reputation as merchants, we could establish major trade routes to all nations and sell goods that you literally cannot get anywhere else. This would prevent most nations from severing their ties haphazardly." It was again, a plan that would require preparation and time to execute properly.

As he spoke, he would look at his hands until finally, a spark appeared. He had finally managed to conjure lightning from his very fingertips. It wouldn't be long now before he was ready to take on other tasks such as learning jutsu or learning more about his own skills and potential. He had many things to do and plenty of time to get them done.

3/3 (Lightning Element Claimed)

A trade monopoly? That would possibly work, unless they just decided that they didn't want to see enough of them that they'd abandon the trades. He knew to do something like that, though, it'd take that much more preparation. It was possible, though, to create things that no one else could. That no other village could get out of the ground, or out of the air, and all because of their abilities. This was a wondrous thing. However, he still had some minor concerns as he tried to use a jutsu he had heard of.

He started to try to change the weight of the molecules around him and started to try to float. It wasn't working amazingly so far, but that took time to do. Maybe not that much, but he had to make sure he understood this basic amount before he would attempt to do anything more. That was the thing though, more.

"That's true. Do you think the other nations will be stupid enough to keep trading? They can keep the stuff they need, at the bare minimum, where they exist."

There was a sigh.

"I'd hate to be remembered in history as a bloodthirsty aide to a dictator."

Hm, he posed good questions, but it was something that would be difficult to truly accomplish.

"If we can get them higher quality goods for a bargain to what they are currently using, in addition to goods that they cannot acquire anywhere else, they would be foolish to break off trades with us. In addition, they would be forced to maintain trade to save face with other villages. How would they be able to compete when they are surrounded by opponents with superior weapons and armor? Dictators and Tyrants would have no place here. Those forms of government are doomed to fail, as they have in the past with other villages. There will always be an uprising or a resistance. We just need to make the people reliant on the government and we will have all the power we need without being tyrannical dictators."

None of this would be easy, but they were getting ahead of themselves, way ahead. Still using his atomic vision, Eio was able to recognize what Daichi was trying to do, having mastered the technique himself. Levitating into the air, "It's not about the weight, its about the density and how they move." He said this in a simple way, at least, simple to him. He figured Daichi would catch on quickly enough, it was a simple technique after all.

He switched up his method quickly, denoted by the fact that he swiftly gained flight. He quickly turned it off, however. That was not what he needed to do at the time, and while they were getting far, far ahead of themselves, it's best to have at least a minor plan in place. However, Eio was right. Dictators weren't meant to last long, but how they'd have to raise would be akin to the goverment. Maybe, just maybe, they could get famous, and one of them could get voted into office, but he somewhat doubted it. They were not considered worth the trouble for the most part, as seen by the beatings.

"Yeah, sorry about that. Still working on that mastery thing. I wonder. Will there ever be an event, here, that'll allow us to show off our strengths. The strength that'll inevitably win us the world."

He knew he had an insane power, just like Eio. Both held a lot of power in their hands, and it was just a matter of using it properly, along with previous existing connections, to work this out. That left a few things but not much left to talk about. There was something.

"So. What was your academy experience like?"

He was currently pondering what technique to try to get next.

(Atom Release: Flight 2/2)

An event such as that was highly probably given the volatile state of things in the world. The five major nations were in a pseudo-peace, but it would only take a minor slip for them to be justified in starting a war. And any war with the major nations was sure to drag them in as well. Though, he had a feeling that Daichi already suspected as much. He then asked about his experience in the academy. He had been graduated for some time now, but had devoted a majority of his time to training as opposed to missions and ranking up. "My time in the academy could only be described as dull. By the time I got in, I already had a goal set, so I spent my leisure time studying. It wasn't that difficult to get through." He would say simply. Some may find it odd, given the near six year age difference that the two of them were still at the same general level. Though, it wasn't all that odd, it all just depended on when one actually joined the academy and when they graduated. "What about you?" He wondered if Daichi found it equally boring, or if he had more interesting things happen when he was there.

"I just focused on my own studies while within the academy, as denoted by my rather rough fuinjutsu ability."

It's to be noted, in Daichi's case, that he was by no means a prodigy of any sort. In fact, he was old and a late bloomer by all means, despite it being for an entirely different reason than most. He suffered in the same way as Eio, and got no stronger for his trouble unlike most. It's the opposite, in fact, he got weaker due to his bodies usual inability to take the beatings. If one were to look at Daichi's life in that manner, sure, it'd be sad.

That's not what made Daichi Daichi though.

That, however, didn't stop him from training more Atom Release jutsu. He looked away from his friend, as if he was looking towards him while he was doing this it was a mistake waiting to happen, and started to increase the kinetic energy of the atoms in front of him. Slowly, but surely.

"It's absurd, that they beat us. I never fought back. It's not because it terrified me, but because sometimes it made the beatings end faster."

Listening to his new acquaintance talk, Eio would ponder on steps he could take now to bring him closer to his future goal. The first thing he needed obviously was physical strength, and this would come over time as he continued his daily trainings and so on. The next thing he needed was to amass a good deal of wealth. This would need to happen through missions mostly, but he figured that he would be able to make some decent profit off of his Kekkei Genkai. Next, he needed connections around the village, and the globe. He knew this was something that would inevitably happen over time, but he was sure that he could figure some ways to bolster his progress once he got started. He was broken from his musings when Daichi brought up the times that he was hunted. It was not something that he enjoyed remembering himself, the times he was bound and whipped, or set aflame. He knew that now that he was a Shinobi they wouldn't dare as he could kill them in a heartbeat, and they had practically conditioned him to want to, ever since his childhood. "Humans fear that which they do not understand. This is a common enough phrase, but it doesn't apply to us, they understand us. We hold a power with limitless potential. We could dismantle the universe and rebuild it in our image if we had the chakra to do so. It isn't that they even fear us, it is that they fear our potential. I for one, intend to prove to them that they were right to fear it, for their fear, their foolish desire to kill me, or subjugate me will lead to their enslavement or death. There were those that will be spared, those who were kind, or helped me. But, those whose faces I have seared into my mind... they will know Hell." His voice was tinged with hatred as he spoke of the civilian population, rightfully so, as they had been torturing him for the better part of a decade.

Limitless potential? Pfft. Daichi thought he was the confident one. Every power had its limits. Even theirs. That was the thing. It wasn't an obvious limit, and it had its powers, but it was limited by the human nature and the fact that humans have limited chakra. That was its weakness.

It cost a lot to do anything big with it, and with that, was often counterable by that which moved faster. Sure, they could fly. Sure, they could change the density of the molecules, but such as with any defense, it stopped once one ran into a person who could either overwhelm or match the power.

The fact was, the limit was who was using it, which presented a problem. A problem deeply seated.

That didn't stop him from using Atom Release: Combustion in the opposite direction. Sure, it was a weaker form, but that happens when one has a lack-luster start.

"Potential isn't anything. Sure, people look at it. They shouldn't. That's a stupid way to look at it. What they need to look at, is the manner of which people are preforming at the time, not how they will."

Despite his constant looking towards the future, he wasn't stupid either.

(Atom Release: Combustion 2/2)

Listening to the other Aijin speak, it would seem he had another opinion on the matter of things. Regardless of how the civilians should look at something, the thing that was bringing them such torment was that the civilians of Takigakure knew that they had power over the very building blocks of existence. The thought of that, is what causes them to be so afraid. "I suppose you are right, potential doesn't mean anything. There are always limits, but it is in our nature to try to overcome those limits. Ours is the sheer amount of chakra it would take to do anything truly large scale with our ability. This is overcome easily enough through training though. Either way, You have given me a lot to think about and I will surely be seeing you in the future, Daichi. Farewell." With that, he would exit the training ground. He had made the improvements he intended to make and had a lot to think about on his future endeavors.
