Appearance: Xander has the appearance of very sadistic man, a man who is just about to near is middle aged years.. However, he ended up with the size a little taller than average. He is not a giant, but with 6’5”. Xander is not a midget either. In addition, he is really somewhat muscular and athletic. His whole body is medium sized, but despite the look, it is hardened. Xander could take a punch from a taijutsu user with no problem, that is his resistance level. After all, Xander has spent many years training and working out. His body is muscle and bones, almost exclusively. And that is always good. Xander also has a tattoo across his back. This tattoo represents his dedication to the Takigakure. Xander has other tattoos also, like the tattoo of fire that covers his upper back, shoulders and both arms. There is also another tattoo on Xander`s lower back. It is actually the inscription, written in Greek. It says: "The path you need to follow, you most follow alone." Also, there is one small cachet that most of people will never see, located on his left leg`s ankle. It is a number. Number 1109. This cachet was made by Taki to issue his ninja number.
Xander has long, wild red/orange hair that is let to loosely fall on his shoulders and around his back. His eyes are as orange as lava, beautifully colored, but they are not to be seen too often. As he usually wears a bandage on the left side of his face for no reason whatsoever. The face however, is what amazes people. Xander’s face appears as if it had been chiseled out of marble itself due to the extreme definition and edges of it.
As for his outfits, Xander has two. The first one, he is wearing it on duty. It is essentially the standard Jounin uniform, and it is pretty standard. navy blue pants, navy blue shirt, black boots. The second outfit is worn by the Xander when off duty. It consists of a Pirate like clothing.

Personality: Overall, Xander is the silent type. He speaks when needed, but will never, ever, waste words. Quick and concise, that is his style of speaking. He will mostly speak in this manner because voice can give off emotions. Of course, sometimes he will say lingering sentences, or even shorter speeches when forced to, but then, he will make his voice sound emotionless, empty, nonhuman. That is just his style, and there is no changing it.
However, on the contrary, he will stay silent for the most time. Xander likes silence, because it lets him conceal his emotions, and also it allows him to hear what he could not without it. Of course, silence lets him to go along without the burden of speaking. Words are burden, and every single one must be measured before spoken, but silence takes all that trouble away. Silence allows Xander to get anywhere unnoticed, and still, to remain hidden in it. Xander sees silence as greatest of all disguises. He even claims to know "the sound of silence".
For Xander to remain silent and alone, it means to constantly hide. Xander feels much more comfortable in shadows, where none can see him, while he can see others. And since navigating his way through the villages, with it`s “thousand” houses, spacious corridors and high ceilings, which are shady, Xander has plenty space to hide. He even learned the Surface Walking Jutsu so that he could effectively exploit shadows in heights of corridors, so he can stay out of other people`s sight, where he can spy other people or do whatever he sees fit. Xander will not show himself often, and he will remain hidden even on some debriefings and meetings.
Other than being silent and stealthy, Xander is also observant type. He is very perceptive, and because he has photographic memory, he remember things well. He will never forget anything. Using his silence as a disguise, Xander will observe events and people, remembering his observations well, as he just might need that knowledge one day. He is so perceptive that he will notice even the most irrelevant details.
Of course, with high perception also comes high intelligence. It is what helps Xander to make that irrelevant details fit in the greater picture. Xander’s intelligence lets him see connections between people without them talking, just observing their body language. But, the intelligence itself is useless if there is no actual knowledge. For that reason, Xander educated himself for quite a time.
But, there is more to it than just smartness or knowledge. There are feelings. However, Xander keeps every single one of his feelings buried deep inside of him, considering that best protection. He is actually afraid to show his feelings, so he wants to protect himself from the world by sealing them inside. So, for 98% of time, Xander will appear just as cold, emotionless man.
However, there are feeling inside. Two major ones are anger and regret. Xander regrets only himself for being thrown away as a baby, simply because of the fact that he felt like he could be a good child. Anger is also always present, but it is aimed at enemies, either personal ones or of hated villages. Aside from those two, here are other, minor, but constantly present emotions, and most important are confidence and pessimism. Yes, Xander is very self-confident, believing that he will not fail to fulfill his duty now , since he has power.
But, he is very pessimistic. He never thinks that things will went good, and believes that things will always go as bad as possible. Luckily, pessimism is not bad for Xander. As he always expects worst, he prepares for the worst, so he simply cannot be surprised by anything. Well, not easily, at least.
The next part of Xander`s personality is his ability to affiliate and socialize with others. Or, to be more exact, his inability. Xander is totally asocial. He simply cannot make new friendships. Well, he will meet new people because of the nature of his duties, but he will never befriend them. That is something that he cannot allow himself to do. However, that does not mean that Xander has no interest in others. But, interest in others can be derived to into three simple stages.
First stage is observe. He does that with everyone, and that was explained before, the way he does it and the reasons behind it. Second stage is toying. If Xander sees anyone amusing enough, he will start toying with them. Mess with his life, living space, everything. And all of that for the sake of amusing himself ,and of course, gathering information about that person. Third and final stage of Xander`s interest in somebody is summed up in one word. Kill. This level of interest is reserved for those which are perceived to be dangerous enough to the Ninja for him to step in.
Of course, all of that interest still goes without any emotions included. Emotional interest from Xander is almost nonexistent. Only one person got it up to date. But, the point is that Xander will not, under any circumstances show that interest, or to be more precise, the emotional side of it. It is simple. Aside from protecting himself from the world, there is one more reason for Xander to hide his feelings.
Though Xander isn’t solely the silent type. Sometimes he is very comical to the point where he throws slight jokes and even laughs a little, but those times are extremely rare as he doesn’t really know anyone that could be that close to him that would experience it.
Character History: Xander’s past is unlike that of most. Those who are orphans in the world are usually left at hospitals or even taken to the orphanage themselves. The case is the exact opposite for Xander. Having been born, he was taken or left at neither. Being thrown in the forest of near the village of Takigakure. Xander was lucky enough to be found, let alone survive. A group of Genin on a mission with their Jounin Sensei had found baby Xander and took him back to the village. Many didn’t know what to do with him, but the Village Leader has chosen to let him stay. Sending him to the orphanage of Taki in hopes that he could find somewhat of a home. Though, physically Xander was a weird baby. Not many people had Orange-Red hair that resembled that of lava nor the eyes of the same color. This led the people of Taki to stray from him. Feeling that the child was cursed. For years, he grew up in the orphanage hoping that he would be adopted. Though his dream for adoption had never come as he grew too old to stay.
He had longed to be a ninja, but those in the orphanage could not join the Ninja Academy unless they were signed up by their parents. Which no one in the orphanage had. So, Xander’s dream had been taken from him. Until the age of 18, he would stay in the orphanage. Upon moving out, he had gotten a job at a local ramen shop and had rented him a small one bedroom apartment that would qualify for his needs. Of course since he was technically an adult now, he could have signed himself up for the Ninja Academy, but his dream of becoming a ninja had already left. So he had began his life of boredom and regret. For years he worked all day and all night. Getting as much ryo as he could from his paycheck and off tips which wasn’t very much even combined.
Soon he figured that he needed a job that would provide for him as well as be quite a ride. He would enroll himself in the Ninja Academy at 22 which was amazingly weird upon recognition. Easily, he made it through the Academy and had become a ninja of the village. And there where his journey would begin. In Taki, there were many ninja that were apart of clans and had very powerful bloodlines. That was something that Xander knew he didn’t have. So, he did his best to train everyday in order to become a top ninja. Knowing that he couldn’t do it by gagging around as most Genin did. The Jounin and higher ups of the village saw the Will in Xander and knew that one day he would become a very powerful ninja of Takigakure. Due to this, he was watched very closely and it wasn’t till the Chuunin Exams that the whole village knew of his abilities.
Showing that he was a pro with the Lightning style. Xander quickly took control of every obstacle that was thrown his way in the exams. Defeating opponents so quick that most would assume he had cheated. Though, that was not the case as he had been watched very closely. Upon becoming a Chuunin, Xander was known as The Red Death due to his pure speed alone. As a Chuunin, Xander did many missions and took out so many high ranked Missing Ninja that the Leader couldn’t even hold him to the rank of Special Jounin. He was quickly given the rank of Jounin in order for him to do more missions and have more authority. Xander’s story starts now as he makes his way through Taki and the world in order to become a force to be reckoned with.
