Personality: Umeji is the lone wolf type, though it may not seem it in person. He lets others think he is enjoying their company and bonding, but most of it is a strategic front. This is why he was fine with Yukigakure's isolation for so long, before his political mind took over and demanded a more open look at things. While he prefers to be on his own and can go extended periods without any human interaction, this does not hurt his social skills and charisma then these things are needed. He is shrewd and calculating, and has thus far shown passion for keeping his village and its people safe.

Purpose: Yukigakure's leader. The land is naturally built for isolation. Inaccessible from most of the coast line, it's mostly made up of mountains and glaciers, and is in a constant state of harsh winter year round. Formerly Umeji agreed with the council decision to keep Yukigakure as isolated from the outside as possible, but with growing tensions in other countries, he is now rethinking the stance. He's searching for information to decide whether Yukigakure should be racing to grow in power and become a major village, searching out strategic alliances and peace treaties, or remain isolated.
