Appearance: At first glance, the first thing that stands out about Tarkovski is his large build, usually standing over most people with his head covered in a wild spiky mane of brown hair, falling to the middle of his back with two locks dripping partway down his shoulders. This along with his muscular body gives him quite the intimidating initial impression, which is only further cemented with his heavy set brows and rough features giving the man a generally angry expression most of the time. Even in the best of situations, it can be difficult for onlookers to take even genuine smiles to be something other than a look of pure sadism. While not a part of the clan, Tarkovski and others he trained with often suspected that his appearance might come from him potentially descending from the Kudo, a group of monstrous fighters said to hail from the mountains.

Usually, Tarkovski doesn't care much about his appearance and is very basic in his choices out outfits. He usually walks around mainly wearing a long sleeved shirt that opens in the front like a robe and hangs slightly over a pair of thick black pants. His feet are usually bare, but he still wears a pair of elevated sandals that boost his height by around half an inch. Finally, Tarkovski is always seen with a heavy rope going diagonally across his torso and a white sash of fabric around his waist, both used to help hold weapons or sheaths if necessary.

Personality: At an early age, three things cemented Tarkovski's title among his peers. First was his wild appearance, giving him an almost demonic look to some. The second was his ferocity in battle, often being overly ruthless and sadistic at times. But the third thing that contributed to it more was how he acted outside of battle. Despite looking naturally aggressive, Tarkovski is generally calm and stoic most of the time, often stopping to think things through or considering other options when he can. However, because of how naturally dangerous he looks, this tends to come off as more of a threat than anything else.

Ultimately, Tarkovski isn't a monster. He's not some power hungry beast or someone bent on revenge. He's just a guy who enjoys facing powerful warriors. He admires strength and skill above all else and despises ninjutsu and the ninja way of life because of that. To Tarkovski, a pure battle is one based on strength and physical training, a battle where both people face eachother directly and clash with everything they have instead of a contest of tricks and illusions where the winner is all too often decided by who knows the better ninjutsu or whose better at tricking their opponent into falling into some specific mystical trap. To him, that's not a pure battle. That's not a true duel. It's just something else, something cowardly and dishonorable. At least, that's how he views it.
