Appearance: Seishi is a Tokage, a rare clan infamous for inheriting a very reptilian appearance. As such, he holds a distinctly inhuman look despite being bipedal. His body is coated in green scales with a semi-muscular build. His face is an earless elongated muzzle, looking more like a lizard's than a person's, with a thin nose bridge ending in a slight upward point. Seishi's eyes are framed by a notable brow ridge, casting shade over his slitted orange pupils. Notable scale patters surround the edge of his lips and forehead and sharp teeth fill his surprisingly expressive mouth. From the top of his head back, Seishi has unruly wavy black hair that he tries to keep short even though it usually ends up a bit longer than he'd hope, falling partially down his face with strands occasionally getting in his line of sight. Similarly, his hands end in claw bits that are filed down to rounded nubs to try and fit in just a little better.
For an outfit, Seishi generally dresses nicely, often wearing around his uniform from his job at The Casino Kai. This consists of mainly a red button-up sleeveless vest over a loose white shirt with wide, notable, cuffs and gold colored buttons both going up the front of the vest and on the side of each cuff. Below this, he wears a pair of black dress pants with white socks and black dress shows. Occasionally he'll also wear white or black gloves to hide his hands. Finally, while on the job, Seishi wears a pair of rectangular-shaped sunglasses designed to completely hide which direction he's looking in while dealing cards, which the lizardman keeps either in his vest or just hanging out of his front vest pocket when he feels like he might want to use them again.

Personality: Seishi tends to be a very drab individual, often remaining very grounded and almost nihilistic at points, which partially comes from his father's favorite motto: "Yeah, people kinda suck, man." This leads him to a more analytical and straightforward outlook on things, which can occasionally be problematic since Seishi also has a bad tendency to openly complain about whatever's on his mind, often leading to him directly telling people if they're irritating him or not. But Seishi's also not stupid. If he knows someone above him is doing something incompetent or wrong, he'll tend to look the other way since he understands better than to get on the wrong side of people in power.
As for morals, Seishi mostly does what he's told when he's told. If he's told to take someone down, he'll take them down no questions asked. However, he still has some semblance of humanity to him. Seishi isn't a monster, he's just... dedicated. He knows his place and he understands that sometimes unfortunate actions must be taken for the sake of those in charge. But, in a way, this mindset is also a slight jab at his parents, both practically bums by trade now with very open attitudes optimistic attitudes that can at times be detached from reality. It's the type of mindset that Seishi hates the most, making it the fastest way for someone to end up irritating him. And, when someone ends up irritating Seishi and there's nobody around to stop him, that person might end up being in genuine danger based on how far they take their attitude despite his warnings....

Character History: Out in the world, there are several places where unscrupulous characters gather, places that often disguise their true nature with a facade of normality or prestige. The Casino Kai is one of these such locations, a gilded hot spot of lights and glamour in the otherwise dreary land of Kirigakure. Inside, patrons can expect to meet with the beautiful light-haired chaperone, Usagi, who will show them around the slot machines, spare rooms for high-rollers, and other varied luxuries across the gaming floor. The clacking of the roulette wheel will probably draw people's attention first after the constant bombardment of slot jingles as the newcomer is lead past the grumpy cat who mans it, around the pool table and its local ace player 'Masamune', and finally to the casino's infamous Blackjack table. Known by regulars to be a trap, but still fairly crowded by both vengeful players and the less informed alike. At this time, a lizardman, seemingly not even human, can be seen dealing cards with a pair of green, scaly, hands. He seems to motion for you to join the game in progress. Do you wish to try your luck? Or will you back down instead?
This man, just a cog in the daily machine that is The Casino Kain, is Seishi Tokage, son of Shizukesa Tokage, often referred to as Shizu, and the eccentric Kizuo Soshu, a struggling musician who formally lived life from job to job without much consistency. An odd but still somehow understandable pairing. After fleeing persecution from Suna due to her odd appearance and unusual ancestry, Shizu found herself on rough times. While still not accepted, she could at least get work in her former nation, at least, for most of her life. It was then, when she was alienated and alone without a single person in the world to turn to, that she met Kizuo... who tried to pickpocket her before being chased down into an alleyway and beaten into unconsciousness.... However, after finally waking up and running into Shizu again, the two quickly hit it off. He didn't seem to care what she looked like or where she was from, and yet the two of them found themselves sharing a similar outlook on the world. In a weird way, they had both fallen into similar complementary views on society and from there, their personal interests began to connect.
It was then that Seishi was born. The child of two very 'out there' people who happened to find their way in life through a way he never could. In an odd way, it filled him with a sense of responsibility. These two idiots aren't worth even arguing against, he thought. And, with that, he was quickly set on the path to try and make it as a shinobi, all while taking on a second job that he found a strange comfort in despite the dangers behind it. This is the fairly ordinary tale of just one of The Casino Kai's rather unusual characters. A collection of cogs that, against all odds, just happen to work out of some form of greater necessity in their lives.
