Eio awoke from his sedation with the strangest of sensations throughout his entire body. It was truly indescribable, this feeling that he had. When he had taken over as Takikage, he had the opportunity to go through all of the classified files that were for his eyes only. One of these files, told of an insanely powerful Kinjutsu that was created years ago in his very village. It was a dangerous procedure, but to Eio, the pros far outweighed the cons. So, he ordered up the best physician in Takigakure and had it done, the Earth Grudge Fear. All of his organs other than his brain and heart had been removed from his body. Even his chakra circulatory system had been removed. But, he had these threads now filling his body that made him almost immortal. But, there was one thing that he needed to test, and he knew just who his first victim would be. He had done some research into enemies of Taki and there was one man who needed to be removed from the equation. Fuu Kaguya, an assassin from long before he was born, was still actively seeking to kill the sitting Takikage, which as it happens, was now one Eio Aijin. He wanted to test his new abilities on this man, and luckily, their spies had received a report that stated his location as of two days prior. But, based on the information, he was hunkered down pretty tight, so it was unlikely that he would be moving anytime soon.

Eio left the hidden medical facility and moved straight in the direction of where the report said the man was hiding, telling his Jounin commander he would return shortly. Once he arrived at the location, he found a cave within the rainforest that had a few things signifying someone was living there. So, he immediately sent an Atomic Ball straight into the mouth of the cave where it would kill almost anything that it hit. Should the person manage to make it out of the cave before the explosion or before it collapsed in on them, they would see Eio waiting there with a bored look on his usually apathetic features.

The Adventures of a Troubled Boy

It was his superior battle sense that saved him. He’d been plotting for years, battling for years, and he was seasoned. His battle sense was a thing that was constantly about him, never faltering or swaying, and as he wrote at a makeshift desk, his scythe leaned against it. He was in the process of forging documents, something that would finally get him a crack at the Takikage, so he could return to his village and reclaim his honor and prestige. That was when he heard it. The familiar buzz of a powerful jutsu. The hair on his arm standing up as an intense chakra prepared… something. He was superior, and he would not fall for this – it was an ambush

He immediately activated his most powerful defensive technique – bone armor. Gaining a great boost in durability, and jumping behind a wall in the cave inside which he stood, Fuu was able to avoid the brunt of the blast. Skin peeled on the surface, but the bone underneath held up – if only a little. Internal damage had been done, which was evident when Fuu coughed and blood ejected from his mouth. The ceiling of the cave he was in was no longer existent, and the shock of the impact left Fuu rather hazy. Through the dust, he could see… “Ooooh, Takikage-Sama, nice of you to make my job easier.” It wasn’t that Fuu wasn’t in pain – he was just used to removing bones from his body. It didn’t get much more painful than that. Comparatively, this was nothing.

But he had to act, or he’d die. Performing the necessary hand seals, Fuu opened his maw and a white pearly mist flooded the battlefield. It gave him the ability to detect his opponent, but as long as Fuu was inside, Eio would not be able to track him. Fuu moved 14 meters to the right at his maximum speed, immediately firing his bone bullets – three of them, at Eio. One to the face, two to the chest. They moved at his own speed (with 80 power) and would be near undetectable to his opponent in the mists, as their small size and color blended with the color of the mists. Fuu would immediately then reposition himself moving diagonally forward and to the right by 11 meters.

Eio was prepared for the man to exit the cave, but the moment his opponent made it clear that he knew where he was, Eio knew he would need to prepare himself for a full on confrontation. Activating his plasma aura just as the area began filling with white mist. It was very obvious that his opponent, an ex-kiri ninja had used the kirigakure no jutsu. Acting quickly, Eio would duck, drawing a seal on the ground with his maximum speed. Activating the seal, the mist would be sucked inside and sealed away. This happened just as his opponent fired off the bone bullets, Eio reacted fast enough to dodge the one aimed at his head, but the other two hit him in the chest, drilling into him, barely missing his heart. This would be a tough battle indeed. He would then activate his Velocity Release: Snap technique and would move directly towards his opponent at a speed of 200. When his technique ended, that would put him standing directly in front of Fuu. Throwing a punch directly at the man's throat, he hoped that the sudden movement coupled with his own speed and strength would be enough to land this devastating blow.

Instinct was all that saved him. The moment Eio disappeared from Fuu’s vision, he knew he was in over his head. Immediately, he prepared his dance. Eio’s movement was not instant, but it was close enough to it that it may as well have been, to him anyway. When Eio reappeared, Fuu did his best to counter, but was only partially successful. Larch Dance. Several bones extended from Fuu’s torso. The maneuver did not stop Eio’s blow, as it still landed, albeit glancingly, on his collar bone, due to the impossibility of timing a defense to such a fast individual. His collar bone snapped in half, and the muscle behind it, inside his shoulder, was severely damaged on his right arm. He did not have to try to move his arm in order to know he would not be able to lift it higher than his chest.

Still, Eio was caught in his counter – it’d be impossible for him to dodge, as Fuu spun violently with the bones protruding from his torso. He would certainly deal back multiple slashes with the same force behind them as Eio himself had, dealing what had to be nothing less than devastating damage to him, as he was powerful enough to make it through Fuu’s tripled bone density at the current moment. As soon as the damage was done, Fuu would immediately disengage, Larch Dance still active, from his opponent, and then perform the most powerful technique in his arsenal. He performed the necessary hand seals, at waist level due to the impotence of his right arm, and a massive amount of water spewed from his mouth. He chained two more jutsu together, the first forming five sharks that would rush directly at Eio, and the second blending Fuu himself in with the water, allowing him to have free movement, and not suffer the water’s crushing force and inherent damages.

The fact that his attack was defended against so suddenly really spoke volumes about just how powerful his opponent was. The moment he struck and felt the bones break under the pressure he exerted, he also felt his skin tear in multiple places. Normally this would be painful, but he had recently had all of his pain receptors removed, it was hard to describe how he felt, but he did feel. It just didn't hurt. Black threads would come about and begin stitching his wounds closed as water began gushing from his opponents mouth. He also paid attention to the five water sharks that were swiftly making their way towards him. Now was definitely the time to act in defense. Reactivating his snap technique as he was still stitching shut the gashes left by the recent attacks, he would move back to where the seal he had placed earlier was, pouring chakra into it, all of the water would be sucked inside, and his opponents camouflage jutsu would be ended as well. Sure, it cost a lot of chakra, but it was worth it. The moment his opponent came into view, he would send out long super fast, strong and durable black ropes made of interwoven strings to wrap themselves around his opponent. It was obvious now that he wouldn't be able to get close to his opponent while he was still able to move. Should the ropes wrap around his opponent, he would then supercharge them with lightning chakra, electrocuting him. Should this be successful, he would be paralyzed, unable to move any part of his body. Should this be successful, Eio would activate yet another ability, Electron Attraction, pulling the man towards him with a speed and force of 190. Before his opponent would arrive though, he would have transformed one of his arms into a blade made of carbon that extended far enough that he wouldn't need to worry about coming too close to his opponent. He aimed the blade at his opponent's neck. Hopefully this would be enough to end the battle.

Should any of this fail however, Eio would simply retreat backwards and prepare himself for what was to come next.

Just when Fuu was convinced he was finally in a better position and had recovered from the cowardly Takikage’s ambush, even that possibility was gone from him – the massive amounts of chakra he’d just used a bit ago were completely made useless, and he was forced to revert back to his flesh form before he too was sealed away in Eio’s seal – the Takikage’s threads reached him right before he could fully convert back to flesh, and when the electricity came, he was completely paralyzed because of water’s tendency to conduct electricity. He could not move or react when he had begun hurtling toward Eio, and then suddenly, everything was black. One with an outside eye would see the man’s head lying on the ground. He’d had no form of defense for the Takikage’s maneuvers.
