Name: Hoshi Akashiya
Nickname: Immortal
Age: 28
Gender: Male
Height: 6’1”
Weight: 250 Pounds
Appearance: Due to having the Roasrio seal on him, he's changed his eyes from red to gold, but nothing else. He's still a reasonably sized human with a somewhat built body. It's not expressly built, although he's stated that because it's constantly getting injured, it's not worth actually building up to look good. It just has to be good, and it seems like he follows that idea nowhere else in his looks, as it's as though he constantly tends to them.
His body entirely lacks scars, mainly because of his clan. His regeneration is great enough that it never leaves scars, but it's notable that he feels like it takes away from his muscle tone, and thus tends to not focus as much as he could deal with fixing himself up. His hair,as white as the clan is known for, is something that tells you its him. It's always a perfect storm of fixed and ready, and wild.
He's denoted that this is because he needs to keep some part of him looking decent. It's not as though he doesn't look attractive, he has that going for him. When he actually combs his hair, and does all that up, he does look like he belongs in a merchants hall.
What doesn't help is his choice of clothing.
He constantly wears white shirts, as he feels like they make him seem more terrifying when you can see him bleeding through the shirt. He's typically seen wearing some sort of black pants, and always wearing sandals as they're the most comfortable. He's never seen concerned with how well he's going to be taken in by other people, as seen by his choice of footwear.
It's also notable that not only are his eyes gold, they seem to shine like gems. They're really nice looking.
Village: Shimo
Character Rank: Samurai
Character Tier: S-3
Clan: Akashiya
Element: N/A
Bijuu Roll: N/A
Personality: He's known as the Immortal. He's an extremely reckless man who has seemingly no care for his body. Which is fair. He doesn't. It just grows back. It has done so consistently, through all the fights he's gotten in, which has been a good few as he's a violent man with even louder feelings about ninja and the like. This loudness hasn't earned him many friends, but his ability to survive quite literally anything has.
He knows he can survive anything that doesn't outright stop his healing factor. Thus, he has developed a slight trick to his fighting. He always makes sure to get small cuts first, to test if he can heal from it. If yes, go wild. If not, back out. It's a tried and tested method that has allowed him to survive even those weapons that would end his life if they hit him.
Those are far and inbetween though. He knows this, but always keeps in mind that there
are weapons that can counter his healing.
Not that he cares about those who have them. You could be literally anyone, and if you have a healing-canceling weapon and you are thereby known by 'no-heal man' in every conversation that your spoken about. You could be around and he wouldn't care, as seen by the fact that he's literally called the Immortal and not for some petty reason.
For most people, he
is immortal. Those that don't have weapons, just have to hurt him enough and that's noted as a headache. He, in general, is considered a headache by a general populace for both his violence tendencies, and his habit to get drunk. He can't get hurt, so it doesn't matter if he gets into a fight while drunk. He just cares that he's having a bit of fun.
Character History: He's immensely powerful, and no one knows exactly when it started. Some think when he was born, he was just that strong. Some think that he was the type who constantly trained until he was massively strong. It's unknown which one it is, even to Hoshi ironically. That's mainly because most of the time, he was drunk enough that he couldn't actually remember. When did this terrible habit start?
When he was ten. He found his parents drinks, and drank away. He kept drinking and got drunk the first time, and since has gone out of his way to find more drinks. There's one story that one has to learn to really figure out who Hoshi is, and why he is what he is.
It was while he was training as a Samurai when he was 14. He was dueling with some random kis that he wouldn't remember in the morning. Sadly for him, this kid was skilled and had scored what should of been a life ending stab on him, through his heart. However, Hoshi sort of just shrugged it off as if was nothing, and with his opponent stunned, cut him down as though it was nothing.
It was brought up the next day, and he was put up against a man even more skilled than the previous boy. He would go in and out, cutting Hoshi repeatedly. It never actually made progress, despite it all. Anything that actually hit Hoshi, was healed. Otherwise, Hoshi would dodge each strike as if it were nothing, showing off fantastic speed for his age. Much the same happened, when Hoshi actually got struck, and it even cleaved slightly, he healed around the blade, forcing it to stay where it was, and then cutting down the opponent in front of him with one blow.
They didn't take him into study because he didn't want to, and them not knowing that his powers ran directly from his chakra amount, but then again, Hoshi didn't know at this point either. He just liked to pick fights because he could survive anything anyone put him through, even if that was complete death or anything less. He just endured until he fell unconscious, which most people assumed he finally reached his end.
Just for him to get up an hour later and start fighting them again, wonderful kid really. He'd just constantly get into fights, steal any drinks he could get his hands on, and start and continue until he blacked out somewhere.
Something else to note, he's constantly sent on 'suicide missions' because even if he does die, he'll just come back. The next story is notable for that exact reason.
He was sent to fight a massive bandit camp, alone. That was fine to him. He couldn't die anyway. This particular time, they were ready for a skilled man. Thereby, when ten blades entered him at once, he was hardly pleased. When he didn't die right away, it confused the people. What confused them even more, was when he shook them off and started killing them one by one, there was one left by the time Hoshi fell unconsious and went to sleep right there. The last bandit had ran away, wanting nothing to do with the monster.
Said monster was still getting drunk when they went to go find him, as the group had a large amount of drinks stored away to drink for fun, so they found a 16 year old drinking up a significant amount, one must be curious about his liver. It fixes itself anyway, so Hoshi finds no particular bad thing about being a drunk. He knows that even if he falls down and falls on a spike, he'd be fine. It's what has led him to continue to take on extreme missions, for he is literally immortal as long as his chakra is sustained. Sure, one could wait till.
Hoshi already knew that he was a man who was destined for greatness, and as the years went on, he constantly went on missions that he shouldn't solo, and would stomp them as he was literally an immortal god. Well. Not literal, but if you asked him, he'd show you that he can do basically anything.
Lately, he's not taken quite as many missions, although that's because he's always sleeping somewhere because of his drinking problems. When he's awake, he's still considered one of the strongest Samurai to exist in the current day, and would be a Shogun candidate if it weren't for the fact that he's a brash, angry man with all the words and skills to back it up. He's just human trash when it comes down to it.
He's okay with that. He just knows that he's stronger than the rest and thereby is able to fight anyone and everyone, and that satisfies him.
