Akira made his way out of his house. He had a pretty full roster of minor missions to take on in the villages name today. Missions were his first way of making a name for himself. This is what he needed to do to gain the attention of those in his clan so he could find them. When one of their own started to gain fame, they were sure to seek him out. So, he would start his day with missions and do missions all day. It was also useful to do missions to get money for things such as weapons. He arrived at an elderly woman's house to do some painting. It was a rather easy job, though she had an expansive estate, so it of course took some time to paint the entirety of the fence. But, Akira was swift, he was able to move quickly and complete long sections of the fence far faster than any normal man. He used this as a way to practice his fluidity of movement and his grace. Moving at high speeds and moving gracefully at the same time. It didn't take him as long as it would most to complete such a task. [Complete]

| His next task would take him up a mountain pass, through the snow and freezing rain to get to a man's home. Not just any man, but one who has been trapped in his house for a week due to fallen boulders blocking his doorway. It took him nearly two hours to make it to the pass where the man lived, but it only took him an hour to move the boulders blocking the path. They were heavy, no doubt, but Akira had done some amount of strength training since he graduated from the dojo. But, it is what happened after he finished the mission it was his talk with the man that mattered the most to him. The man had thanked him and then asked by what name may he call his new savior, it was then that Akira got to introduce himself by his full name for the first time. Akira Akashiya. The man thanked him and then offered him his reward. He accepted it of course and then made his way back towards the location of his next coming mission. It was going well so far, he couldn't wait to see how the rest of his missions turn out. | |

| On his way down the mountain he came through a forest of evergreens. It was in this forest that his next mission... changed slightly. He heard the cries of an elderly woman, calling for something called 'fluffy'. Being the kind hearted person he was, he offered to aid her in finding her pet. He asked a few preliminary questions, and after getting the questions answered, he would head out into the forest to find the woman's pet. He searched for a long time with no luck, he just couldn't understand how something that was apparently as big as the woman's house had disappeared. But, he kept searching regardless if for no other reason than he had told the woman he would, so he kept searching on and on and on. It took some time, but he finally started to find clues on the animal's whereabouts. Broken twigs, tracks, things like that. When he did find the animal, he was surprised to find a massive gorilla with a top hat and a red collar. It was actually rather easy to lead the animal back to where the woman was. She of course offered a reward for the find and he made sure to remind her to keep a better watch on Fluffy in the future.

| Akira had been tasked with taking on a few more missions within the village that day. He was actually feeling worn out slightly from the previous missions, but he couldn't quit. Either way, he had picked up his missions scrolls earlier and was reading them over and committing any essential knowledge to memory before he started. His initial mission would be to go somewhere in the village and find a cat that can be domesticated for some child who wanted one. It wouldn't be too difficult as he was confident in his ability to capture a simple beast. The hardest part at the beginning, was flying around looking for a feline, but given about an hour he had one in his sights. It was a black cat with golden eyes, running across a rooftop. It was a simple task to swoop in and pick the cat up. It seemed friendly enough, so he didnt bother trying to calm it. Once he had it, he just needed to deliver it to its new owner, the boy. After doing so, he accepted his compensation and would move on to take on another mission, perhaps he would get these done in a decent time frame.

| It was now time to take on his fifth mission of the day. He was to give his aid to the owner of a local candy store owner who had trouble moving the large bags of sugar from the backs of trucks to the area he needed them stacked. While Akira didn't know if even he would be adequate to lift the bags and move them as they needed,But, he would do his best to move them. When he arrived, he found the truck waiting just where it was said that it would be. He walked over to it, and saw, across the room, where he was supposed to be laying these bags. They actually weren't as heavy as he initially thought, so he simply moved them one by one over to the area they were meant to be placed. It only took an hour and a half to complete the given task, but he had to admit how easy it was to finish. He wondered briefly when he would be able to take on more difficult missions. It was child's play, so he collected his pay and left. Hopefully his next task would prove to be a bit more of a challenge to the young samurai.

| His next task would prove to be even more simple than the first. Reading it back over to himself again in a scoff, "A couple on tour from another village wants to see the sites. Help show them the nicer spots in the village to make sure their time here goes smoothly. Be aware that you are to answer any questions that you can about the village if they ask." What a joke. This was the sorriest excuse for a mission he had ever heard of. But, either way, he was getting paid for it, so it was just something he would have to put up with. After greeting the couple at their hotel, he was quick to escort them anywhere they asked, giving them a breakdown of the historical, and present day significance of all the buildings and such. It was really useful to have covered it all in the academy after all. Their last stop was the building of the Shogun. It could be seen from anywhere in the village and was often the first thing people noticed when they came to the village. After telling the couple all about it, he escorted them back to their rooms and collected his pay.

| He left the hotel with more money in his pocket and only two missions left to take on today. "A new blacksmith is shorthanded after making a new batch of 50 Kunai andShuriken. You are to help him test the new equipment to make sure they're usable. Are they weighted properly? Will they cut? How accurate are they? The blacksmith has targets and wood blocks set up, but feel free to test these weapons with whatever material you want to." So, he was simply to move to the area and use the kunai and shuriken to make sure they were of decent quality? He could do one better without having to even throw a Kunai. Once he arrived at the shop and was shown to the back, where he would be working, he got straight to work. He pulled out the kunai and would go through them each slicing his own wrist and arms to make sure they were sharp enough. It took him two hours almost, but he managed to get them all up to snuff, so to speak. He collected his pay and made his way out of the store, making a mental note to return later to browse their wares.

| His final task of the day would surely take him the longest, not out of its difficulty, merely in that it had a time limit that he must abide by. He was to watch a group of children for three hours and keep them entertained. When he arrived to the daycare and was shown in, he realized how simple this would be. He merely needed to keep their minds whirring with wonder and curiosity to keep them from destroying the building they were staying in. He was given a schedule for the day and he had every intention of following it to the tee. Task one, Story time. He told a story of the bijuu, mythical, yet very real beasts that inhabit the earth. Most of the children seemed amazed, but a few seemed frightened. Next came show and tell. This was the easiest one for him as he was able to make a few movements from his own personal martial arts style to keep their attentions drawn to him for hours. They seemed especially fond of the way he moved so swiftly while using it. After a while, it was time for them to all lay down and do their nap time rituals. It didn't take them long before they were all fast asleep and he was being paid before leaving to return home. Feeling the clinging in his pocket made him believe today's monotony would be worth it.
