Appearance: Tota (often spelled Touta) looks in all sense of the word a child. Though his age is twenty-three, he has a physical condition that causes him to look much younger than he should. Though that is the case, Tota's physical appearance is like that of an active ninja, his body is rigorously and physically fit, having a slender and very athletic appearance. For his clothing, he wears a maroon colored hoodie with a red cloak draped over his back which he is always seen to have the hood up with. This outfit is always coupled with a pair of long pants and flat footed sandals. Underneath the hoodie, he wears a white undershirt.
Tota's facial features are also very distinctive as well. The most predominant traits of this young male starts off with his hair, which is a lighter shade of red almost resembling rose on both sides followed by the top being red albeit spiky going down to his back where it is tied into a ponytail. His face is elongated and has a wide drawn mouth, and this coupled with his eyes which are a dull shade of brown coupled with a diamond shaped pupil giving him a somewhat snake like appearance. His hair always seems to cover the right side of his face.
When not on duty he wears a white sleeves jacket which when zipped all the way up covers his mouth and nose. On the back of this jacket is the clan's unique symbol and serves as a reminder of what he is and where he comes from as well as a key source of his true nature. For pants he wears a pair of loose fitting black pants on top of a pair of black bandages and foot wrappings. Over his arms lay a pair of black arm coverings that can be zipped up or down to take them off.
His other attire is simple among the village, though as he changes his clothing rather periodically it is rather nice. While not an official rendition of the young twenty-three year old, Tota's overall description ranks him as a young child when this is indeed false.
Standing at 5'1, this young Kiri member wears a long hooded cloak whose bottom and sleeves have become frayed and torn due to the harsh elements of Kiri yet his true clothing has not. The cloak itself covers most of his body save for the bottom portion of his legs, his hands and when the hood is not on, his head. While some would think that the cloak offers no real insulation, it was made for the specific purpose of moving through the cold or heat with no real influence on the owner. Underneath the cloak however lies his true clothing. Underneath the exquisite cloak, Tota sports a very well made Gi which was given to him by a passing seller.
The Gi itself is very traditional in the sense that the sleeves are well cut and stop at his forearms and the shirt piece itself flows down towards his legs and splits to two sides. The top and bottom portion are of course separated by a single golden belt that matches the black Gi's trim. His other outfit consists of a single black cloak that covers all of his body except for the knee portion of his legs and lower. The collar of said cloak covers his mouth unless folds it. When wearing this he still keeps the Black Gi on.

Personality:Tota is a character in himself and cannot be explained by a normal persons observation. At a glance, he seems like a mild mannered male who simply likes to have fun and do interesting things which is true. The other side of Tota though is something many would not expect of a young male like him. At any point he could delve into his deep interest in berserking or as he calls it "releasing the beast", usually garnered by his obsession to relieve stress which is a constant in his life. On the same note, the events could happen if one were to pick on his height a little too much or point out how a male such as him remains in a child like body. While he usually acts as the cool bravado member of his team who likes to fight solo, yet if its for the group he would throw away his own fun just to help them out. It goes without saying that Tota is a weird individual with a mind of....really odd things, but when it comes down to it he is a good friend and an amazing partner.
Delving more into his unique personality, he has quite the explosive, hyperactive persona seen when he truly gets excited by something rather it be a challenge, new manner of igniting or exploding something, or good music. His devotion to what's left of his family and his friends goes to no bounds as he would sacrifice himself for the group rather than letting them go out.Known for being the quiet and reserved type, Tota also carries the innate and often troublesome traits that each male has in his family. Outside of his time of duty and around the village Tota displays a kind and compassionate side for all of his village, going to lengths such as to help many of the merchants sell their good or help the elderly with their shopping if they require it. Being a man of his village for his village Tota will do whatever needs to be done to help his village prosper.
Outside of his Loving side for the village he also has his village ninja side which is strictly business or inside of the village or when on duty as when he reports to a higher official. Although he holds each and every villager and shinobi in the highest of standards, any sort of insubordination or otherwise that would piss him off results in seeing a side of him that many have not been too pleased about. When dealing with things that are either private or things of which that deal with that were specifically given to him, he shows an intense yet seriously manner which some confuse with his serious side when it comes to fighting or sparring.
Character History: Birth: Tota was born to a family held within Kirigakure no sato, During the very early reign of the first Raikage, his mother and fathers youngest boy. After he was born, he was held within high regards by his mother and father as their newest child, one that would carry their hopes onward . His older sibling, Jin, who had been thirteen at the time saw this as a challenge since he had done whatever it took to garner his parents attention while holding their expectations high. As a young child before he was at an age to attend the academy, Tota spent his time watching his older brother and father from a distance as they sparred and trained together in the family backyard as if he was studying exactly what they had been doing. Being at an age where he couldn't understand what they were doing and yet he couldn't help but be fascinated by their moves. His mother at the time knew by his watching that he was going to be a talented fighter though her expectations of her son were a bit misplaced.
As time went by and Tota became four years old, he began to act a bit like his brother who had now began to act out more, specifically when it came to listening to his parents or pushing the younger sibling to the edge. Though Jin meant well and cared for his brother his competitive spirit took precedence over his brotherly bond. The bond between the two soon became one filled of trouble and adrenaline in which Tota loved even if he got in trouble with his occasional antics. During these times he would often follow his brother at night to the outskirts of the village where he found out that his brother had been training there in secret from his father, knowing that he wanted nothing more than their parents attention and to also prepare for his up and coming Rank Exams.
Academy Arc: After enrolling into the Academy a few months after turning six, Tota was at first against making any type of friends and instead wanted to use them to set himself distant. He sat in the back of the room, far away from the other students and often skipped classes, only going because he did not want to make his family look bad or potentially cause any trouble for anyone. As an academy student he had begun to push himself to learn what he could so that he could become a valued ninja of the Mist as well as a ninja worthy of his Kage's attention, though as he spent more time with his brother who during the time had finally became a chuunin the once impressionable boy had found himself a goal. The days past as Tota paid attention to the academy teachings waiting for the days of the exams so that he could pass them and hopefully move onto becoming a genin. Through this time he had been taught by his brother who still had the mentality that he should still be the "star" of the family, but through his mothers asking took on the task for her. At this time however his brothers often wild and rebellious antics were growing on him causing his parents to question why he had been like this.
Shortly after his time in the academy, tota began to explore not only himself as a young ninja, but delve into himself mentally. Finding a bit of himself that was much like his brother, wanting to impress him parents conflicted with his young rationale to be wild and free within his own limits, along with a...boisterous yer volatile energy. Through some time with his father, he saw that one could have balance in both unlike his brother who had left the family house to continue on his own path. Soon after his seventh birthday, he found that his own brother had fallen during a mission the way he died however was unknown to the family itself. Losing someone that he looked up to caused him to become conflicted within his mind causing him for a moment to recluse back into the same way he had been in the academy. After being faced with a difficult hurdle in his life, he trained in secrecy, not for his family but now to become what his brother couldn't keeping his brothers own convictions within himself, the young Tota pushed himself to become better so that he could stand by his brother. It was after this incident that he passed the academy exams and became a Genin. Though he took the graduation head band, he began to wear his brother's own headband as a gesture that he had never forgotten him and would continue to push forward for the both of them.
Genin: ITota was more than ecstatic when he was put on a team that prove useful to his goal of becoming a chuunin, giving him the chance to show his skills and become much like his deceased brother. Overtime he had gained knowledge over his own abilities while pushing his other skills. His team had comprised of two others which was an odd pairing but their team was perfect...in a sense. He had somewhat made friends with the both of them, keeping his motives and intentions hidden from them both and even their sensei. On the first day of their team meeting their sensei, a new jounin ranked ninja asked the three of them for their dreams or aspirations, the other two giving the typical answers. When the light came to Tota, he smiled and spoke without holding back telling them that he was going to surpass and overcome what his brother had once wanted to become, and of course becoming a ninja worthy of his village. Two years had now passed and the young male was finally ten, the two year anniversary of his brothers death still shook him to the core. During the times of his genin years he had found his love for animals and the study of Senjutsu more so over the traditional Ninjutsu route that his family had generally taken. With his talents realized, his teacher spent time helping him becoming more use to using this in the form of understanding just what Nature chakra entailed, his exercises becoming more and more centered on their most basic of control.
With his age approaching eleven and the time of the new Chuunin exams, he looked towards the marker that had his brothers name and smiled. Knowing that he had been carrying the memories of his own brother had made him stronger in a sense. Holding the head band within his grasps he left his own as a reminder to himself and as a promise. Tota's time in the chuunin exams was both fun and a learning experience at the same time. Unlike his brother's exam, Tota had to actually fight another ninja in order to advance. In his fight he had given it is all, but came up short. His opponent had been stronger than he had been at the time and though he lost he learned something from it. The aftermath of the battle, through his hard work and dedication allowed him passage to become a Chuunin, not for his strength but the determination to become better and continue moving forward.
Chuunin
Tota had finally made the dream he had been holding for so long a reality. He had finally lived to become what he thought was his brother's ideal image. A ninja of strength and respect within his family though this was soon short lived. It seemed like an instant that not long after he had became a chuunin the whole paradigm or flow of the village shifted. At this point in time the young male and his family had been drawn into the efforts of the war that had swept their lands, which Tota was more than happy to lend his life to the effort. The years of the war were the hardest on the male as he watched friend and family alike fall in the war. The males mind even snapped from watching his mother and father die in front of him, the shock pushing his full power to the surface. The berserker like child fought until the final endings of the war where he took a temporary absence from his ninja duties.
After the events of the war that finally lead to peace, Tota came back into active duty once he had managed to control the ever flowing anger and rage within him by immersing himself in the wet, cool areas of the village. The flowing water helped the male contain and even control the aggression to a point. At that moment after returning he had been promoted to Special Jounin due to his efforts of the war. After those events, Tota found himself wandering the outlying areas of the village growing ever more comfortable with his "other" side. At some point the male had met what had became his new family, the group of individuals accepting him and inviting him to join their like minded cause to protect their home. At some point he adopted the full surname of his family, Jugo where in the past he simply had no last name.
