Old Friends [P]

The Takikage sat behind his desk doing various kage duties, such as paperwork and keeping his village from falling apart. He had managed to send off his different trade ideas to the Raikage and hopefully would be hearing back from the man soon. It was at this moment an ANBU appeared and informed him there was a man and a child at the village gate seeking an audience with him about some form of alliance. He was definitely interested and sent for them to be escorted directly to him and given reservations at their finest hotel next door to the kage building. He waited patiently behind his desk, his black locks pulled into his signature ponytail and his emerald eyes watching the door with his elbows on the table, fingers interlocked, resting in front of his mouth. He wondered which village these two represented or if it was an organization of sorts. He mentally prepared himself for a battle, should they be representatives of the Black Sun organization he had heard of within the last two years causing chaos around the world.

Kyo had started his ministry when he left Kumo and headed towards Taki. He started to spread the word of Koten throughout the country. Spreading the ideals of Koten to the populace and letting them know that the world has a new hope. All they had to do was support Koten and they would be protected from Black Sun. He spread the word that the Kage themselves for the most part have joined Koten so they need not worry of being punished by the major villages. Kyo's message was one full of hope and promised judgement for the wicked.

He walked up to the village of Takigakure's gates to where a team of guards were stationed and spoke to them.

"Good day officers. I came to see the leader of this here village. Tell him the leader of Koten is here to see him and that the Raikage recommended he gives me an audience." Said Kyo with a smile on his face. He was being rather polite as he wished things went in his favor.

After waiting a while, he and Bet was escorted to the Kage's office. The door was opened for them and they went in. Inside was a man with ebony hair and had a somewhat determined look on his face.

"Thank you Takikage sama for seeing me. This is my student Shoten Bet. I am Hyuga Kyo of Konoha; leader of Koten. I would like to go over some things with you."

Eio looked at the man who entered his office and then the mans protege. He instantly recognized this as Hyuuga Kyo. A man he met and actually sparred with some no less than two years ago during his journey to Konoha. He was also now the leader of some new organization? He hadn't heard of this, Koten. So, he would hear them out. "Ah, Hyuuga Kyo, good to see you again. I suppose you wouldn't recognize me, its been a couple years. I am Aijin Eio. We sparred when I visited Konoha. By all means, sit, lets discuss!" He would motion to the two chairs in front of his desk. He was expectantly waiting for them to tell him whatever it is they had to say. He couldn't believe how strange it was to randomly cross paths with someone he met so long ago, and for them to be seeking council with him. It was certainly unusual.

Kyo's eyebrows raised and he also raised his sunglasses to look at the person before him. It was him! He remembered! It was the voice, and the eyes that truly made Kyo remember...at first.

"Ah! Mr fast healing guy! I can't believe it! Aijin Eio himself. You are the Kage of this village. I always knew that you would be a great fighter. And now here we are, both leading others. You gotta be shittin me." Said Kyo while smiling very casually. Foreigner or not, he viewed Eio as a friend.

Surely he was ten times stronger than when he first met him as Kyo had grown stronger too. The Hyuga remained silent as he offered a chair to Bet and took one for himself as they both took their seats in front of Eio's desk. Kyo's expression changed to a more serious one as he looked at Eio. Knowing fully well the seriousness of what they were about to discuss. "Takikage sama, the world is under threat by Black Sun. As if he knew the world was about to change, my sensei, the late Uchiha Kosuke put in place an idea to bring together the world's strongest together under one banner...All Who would see the world at peace once more. This is Koten, this is what my organization represents."

Eio chuckled along with his old friend. It sure had been quite some time and quite some change since they last met. But, it was best to stick to the present and not to dwell on the past. Yes, he had heard a great deal about these black sun terrorists, but he had been fortunate enough to stay under their radar. Listening to Kyo speak, he had to admit, working with them would be very helpful, at the very least in defending his village should the Black Sun target it. "I suppose I can lend you my aid. Though I do not have much to offer. Takigakure has remained a relatively neutral state throughout the last few decades, I would like to maintain that trend." He wasn't against violence, but he did feel that peace and diplomacy would be a better option for his village in its current state. He didn't care about starting needless wars when he was sure he could come up with mutually beneficial trade agreements with most villages. He did wonder if Koten would offer him anything other than protection, as to most kage that would be taken as a sign of offence.

Kyo got up from where he was sitting and walked towards the window and looked out of it thoughtfully. His mind was on this village and the welfare of his friend. If Black Sun came knocking at his doors, would he and his nation have the strength to fight them off? From Eio's words, diplomacy was his alternative; peace talks. It was something he would agree on had been some organization that one could reason with, then diplomacy could work, but in his opinion Black Sun made no attempt at diplomacy.

Kyo turned towards Eio and looked at him with his pearl like eyes under his sunglasses and took out a scroll that was six inches in length. He walked over to his desk, opened the scroll and performed the snake hand seal and poof there was a plastic container; three inch squared and within it, suspended in an unknown liquid solution was a Byakugan.

"My gift to you Eio." Said Kyo as he gestured towards the see through plastic box. "This is a gift of good will. However with a neutral country you won't be giving the aid of your army. But as your friend, you can help me in some way indirectly."
