Description: Usagi releases a tremendous burst of electrical chakra all around her for the full range of this jutsu. She is capable of using her fine medical chakra control to allow it to not strike her allies, but it will paralyze anyone unfortunate enough to come into contact with it for two turns by forcing all of their muscles to seize up instantly.. It has a speed equal to the user's, strength of 100, and is not visible to the naked eye. The paralysis cannot affect anyone who has more than thirty durability above this technique's power.

Description: When struck by an opposing lightning jutsu, Usagi can convert a portion of her chakra equivalent to the cost of the offending jutsu into lightning chakra and use that as a method of guiding the ability through her tenketsu. Thus, she is able to reroute the electricity through her body and release it harmlessly in a different direction. This makes this jutsu a powerful defensive ability that can even send an opponents attack back at them, but it not only comes with a heavy price but has a two post cool down after use. Cannot harness jutsu that have more than 150 power.

Description: Usagi uses this jutsu to charge her body with lightning nature chakra and then release it as a fine, grayish mist all about the battlefield. This mist causes a low amount of damage (50 power) that just causes pain to anyone caught in it. The real use of this is that the electrical particles in the air slow down everything and everyone other than Usagi, including her allies, by 50 speed. This entire ability can be destroyed by an A rank or higher, wide area wind release jutsu.

Description: When touching a structure formed by or with another being's chakra, or even when being struck by such a technique, Usagi is able to release a massive, constant amount of lightning chakra which conducts itself along the network of chakra within those materials. With this, a large, interlocking forest of attacks can easily turn back into an advantage for Usagi as the electricity will route back to user as long as they are touching/connected to the same source. This is particularly useful against those who use weapons such as whips or puppets. This will electrocute the person touching these structures every post for 150 power or the power of the technique this jutsu if flowing through, whichever is higher. To avoid this, the opponent would simply need to let go or break their connection with that jutsu. Any clones of the opponent touching the conduit jutsu would suffer in the same manner as their master.

Description: After much effort and study, Usagi has created a sealing formula which can mimic the unique properties of a Transfer Platform used in the Heavenly Transfer Technique. This seal takes the form of a large, black circle with a collection of formula inside which seal some of the unique properties of the platform. Usually, this is stored on a scroll or sealing tag and prepared ahead of time as drawing the entire seal on the go would be impractical. She can place it in places she frequents as well, such as the hospital. The drawback to doing such a thing, though, is that the seal can only sustain a single use of the Heavenly Transfer Technique, after which the seal is consumed and would need to be recreated, so tactical use of this ability becomes necessary.

Description: Usagi activates the Heavenly Transfer Technique but instead of transporting an item or person she instead sends a jutsu through the beam of light. This can allow her to enact a siege from afar as she can teleport her attacks directly into firing range of an opponent's base or headquarters. This can also be combined with Heavenly Transfer Prison to send a singular technique almost instantly and without warning. This technique has many flaws though. It is extremely taxing to send more than one or two as the upkeep of this must continually be paid as well as the regular cost of the jutsu sent. Also, this technique requires some high amount of planning to be used effectively. If she does not know exactly where a specific target is she will not be able to strike it, meaning that this is rather powerful when used against stationary foes, such as buildings or villages, but generally useless against anything that can move, such as people. She is only able to transport Lightning Release jutsu through this and it can be maintained for a maximum of two posts. Once ended, it goes on a 4 post cooldown.

Description: This is a seal placed usually upon Usagi's own body, though she could also give it to a comrade. The seal remains dormant until activated by rushing an S rank amount of chakra into it, at which point the wearer will be consumed in a beam of light and transfered in reverse, meaning that they will send themselves to a physical Transfer Platform rather than transfer away form such a platform. Usagi can also place this on items to send back home if she needs to, and such can activate the seal remotely with a single hand seal. Either way, the seal does not protect the wearer from the damage normally done by the Transmission, meaning that they would need some way of surviving the transport. For most, it's best to just walk home. She cannot activate the seal without OOC permission from the person she would transport. She can only carry a maximum of 2 bodies with her per use.

Description: This is a very small seal placed upon allies, usually right behind or even on their ear. With it, Usagi is able to selectively transfer her thoughts to them and allow them to do the same, meaning that they can communicate without speech or any form of technology over any distances. Simple words or entire mental images can be transmitted, even so far as to allow one person to download the sight or sound or smells that another is experiencing. If she has multiple allies wearing this seal, she can "conference" them in individually to make plans on the fly or host meetings even if not all are present. This can be removed through normal seal removal techniques of equal rank if it is located. Usagi can also remotely remove them if she needs.

Description: Usagi activates the legendary Kirin technique with a small twist: instead of simply guiding the natural lightning within the clouds, she causes it to strip the moisture from the atmosphere as well on the way down, turning the jutsu into a storm release version. Like it’s parent jutsu, it touches the ground in 1/1000th of a second, making dodging nearly impossible. The damage is awe inspiring and can easily shatter barriers with less power than it. When Qilin strikes the target, it ignores seventy durability (doubled against earth, steel, and derivative jutsu) and explodes for fifty meters radius on impact, causing widespread devastation. This looks very similar to Kirin and is a vibrant orange color for the brief flash in which it is visible, but the monstrous shape is smoother and less jagged. Power equivalent to base limited scale.

This has the same restrictions as Kirin as well, requiring storm clouds to be formed before the jutsu can be used, though any storm clouds will do. Once used, Qilin disperses the storm clouds entirely and if the storm clouds used would provide a boost to jutsu that come from them, this will consume that boost and apply it to its own power. This receives no chakra discounts and can only once every other thread. Because of it is of the storm release element, it is treated as elementally neutral when clashing with wind release.

Description: Derived from the legendary Kirin jutsu, Usagi uses this to divulge a huge swarm of bright, white creatures made entirely of storm release chakra which take the shape of a cross between a catfish and a whale with the bodies extending as the beams grow longer. Each can range in diameter from 1mm to 10m and, like many storm release jutus, Usagi can manually control the trajectory of each, bending it around targets to hit others. She can either perform four hand seals and release this jutsu from her hands, similar to the Laser Circus jutsu, or she can borrow from use of Kirin and call forth the army of destructive beams from the clouds above, in which case no hand seals are required but storm clouds must already exist.

Unlike Kirin, this does not dissipate the clouds when used as it does not redirect natural lightning. As a consequence, it’s much slower than the parent, moving at speed and power according to a regular limited. It ignores fifty durability from what it pierces (doubled against earth, steel, and derivatives) and the intense energy lets it easily disintigrate whatever it can surround or penetrate through. Those struck will have their nervous system disrupted, paralyzing them for three posts.

Description: An elemental derivative of the legendary Kirin jutsu created by Usagi, this jutsu calls down Ichneumon, the Dragon Killer, from the skies in place of the Kirin. It has power equivalent to the Kirin (base limited) and moves just as fast, but has no electrical properties and is instead comprised entirely of compressed air, guided down from the heavens by the user’s chakra. The technique is transparent but still visible as a distortion of space, making it rather difficult to see and significantly less flashy and extravagant compared to the parent jutsu.

When Ichneumon strikes a target, it applies immense pressure so as to crush the enemy and, because it is contains innumerable blades of wind, it explodes on impact for a 100 meter radius, sending out cutting blades of wind to slice up the surrounding area with speed and power according to the limited scale. Even the miracle of dodging can result in severe maiming and enough pressure difference to rupture the victims eardrums, rendering them deaf for the duration of the topic or until they receive medical treatment.

While powerful, Ichneumon was created for the specific purpose of dealing a final blow to those who specialize in lightning release, including anyone else who uses Kirin. This jutsu will negate and destroy any lightning jutsu, or any jutsu with lightning as a constituent element, which has less than this jutsu’s power +70. Like Kirin, this receives no chakra discounts, must have storm clouds formed before it can be used, and can only be used once every other thread. However, it does not dissipate the clouds once used.

Description: Usagi uses this jutsu to mix up the application of her Kirin and derived techniques. Instead of calling the attack down from the skies, she causes the technique to originate from the ground. Essentially, this just referses the path of the jutsu which crashes up to the clouds rather than down from them. Everything else about the jutsu remains the same and she must pay for both this and the jutsu that she makes erupt from the ground. While taxing on her chakra, the versatility is well worth it.
