Description: The user pumps their body with electricity, boosting their muscles and allowing them to shoot themselves at high speed in a direction of their choosing for one second at a speed of up to 70 higher than their normal Speed Stat. However, the user can't attack while moving with this technique unless their perception is equal to their speed with this skill since, otherwise, they won't have enough reaction speed to even properly aim their attack.

Because of the nature of this technique, users often end up using all four limbs to stop their movements faster between uses. Additionally, the jolts of electricity boost the user's metabolism, which can result in sweating, fatigue, and an increase in body heat. These two factors are what give the technique its name of "Fever Cat Jutsu".
Requirements: Master in either Hand-to-Hand Taijutsu or Bukijutsu
