Clan History: The Ōtsutsuki clan were among the first beings to have access to chakra, having predated the modern shinobi for hundreds of years. The Sage of Six Paths was counted among them. When tragedy arose in the form of their chakra awakening an ancient demon, the Sage, their leader, transported them to the moon where they would be safe, promising that he would return for them when the Demon was gone. He managed to defeat the demon, but it cost him his life, thus leaving them stranded on the Moon for hundreds of years. Modern day, they have adapted and have totally forgotten that they ever did inhabit the earth. Though they have created technology and their innovations with chakra almost totally mirror the progress made by the Shinobi on the earth.
Clan Size: (In order to qualify for entry into this clan, you must have had three active characters (at least 50 posts each) one of which must have gotten to a tier of S-1 from the starting tier of D-3.) Any who make an Ōtsutsuki Character MUST Start at Tier D-3. This clan takes a limited slot.
Clan Appearance: Members of the Ōtsutsuki clan appear with pure white skin and white eyes like the Hyuuga. Their hair color can vary, but is also typically a lighter hue. Though they can have more tan skin, depending on their lifestyle.

Clan Ability/KKg Description:
The Ōtsutsuki Clan are the progenitors of all kekkei genkai, due to Hagoromo spreading his chakra throughout the world when he died. Though, their time on the moon, locked away their abilities and changed them somewhat. There are a few abilities unique to those in the Ōtsutsuki clan, and some that seem familiar in the descendants of their age old leader. Though, members of this clan will find it harder to unlock those abilities as they have become dormant in their DNA after years of not being used. 

The first ability granted by the clan is the Byakugan, followed by the Sharingan and Mangekyo Sharingan. After this, the Rinnegan/Tenseigan and even Wood Release. 

Members of this clan also possess a unique type of chakra known as "Six Paths Chakra". This grants them a unique ability similar to Sage Mode as well as the unique ability to unlock the Rinnegan from their own DNA. Details of all of these KKG's and their Requirements will be listed below:

Description: Activating & maintaining the Byakugan requires 5CP per post. The Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision, with one blind spot at the back of the neck above the first thoracic vertebra. The range of this vision varies between users and can be improved with training between the several distinct advancements. These advancements are not limited by rank or tier however, they simply require training to improve.
Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interference, though certain barriers may distort the Byakugan's perception. The Byakugan is able to follow high-speed movements, which allows the wielder to analyse their opponent's actions, and allows the user to predict and better react to them. The Byakugan may also magnifying in on small targets and seeing infrared to detect a target through their body heat. The Byakugan is able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan, such as identifying where a person's chakra signature originates from. It can discern certain types of clones from the real person. Its ability to see chakra is acute enough to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that run along it.
The Byakugan can also decipher whether or not genjutsu is being used on either the wielder or others. According to Hagoromo, the Byakugan can also be used to extend the range of genjutsu. Prolonged use of the Byakugan causes severe but temporary eye-strain, leaving wielders unable to properly perceive targets(5% chakra) Perception may not exceed 200 ap.

The Sharingan: When a wielder of this kekkei genkai experiences a powerful emotional condition with regards to a person precious to them, their brain releases a special form of chakra that affects the optic nerves, transforming the eyes into Sharingan; for that reason the Sharingan is described as an "eye that reflects the heart". Often, as per the Uchiha's so-called "Curse of Hatred", this emotion is a negative one, brought on by stress or loss. The emotion can also be positive, driven by a desire to protect or reunite with a loved one.

It is shown that normally after first acquiring this power, the user's enhanced perception will throw off their timing, causing them to over-stress their bodies from trying to keep up the increase reaction time, forcing the user to adjust to properly move with it. Assuming that the user is aware they have awakened the Sharingan, they are thereafter able to freely use it. Through training and continued use the Sharingan will develop a second tomoe and then, upon full maturation, a third. All the Sharingan's abilities are available to the user from its earliest stage, but with greater development comes greater proficiency with those abilities.

As with any doujutsu, Sharingan can be transplanted into non-Uchiha. They are unable to deactivate it and its use has a greater chakra demand for them than for actual Uchiha, who need only minimal chakra to keep it active. For these reasons, non-Uchiha tend to cover their Sharingan when they aren't using it in order to conserve chakra. Sharingan that originate from the same Uchiha are still linked to some extent even when wielded by separate users, at times enabling those users to see the same things.

The Sharingan grants the wielder two broad abilities: the "Eye of Insight" and the "Eye of Hypnotism". Although the abilities are not literally restricted to certain eyes. Even within these two categories, there may exist several distinct though similar abilities:

"Eye of Insight"

The user can see chakra, giving it colour in order to distinguish it by its composition and source. Though not as capable in this regard as the Byakugan, it can see chakra through some (but not all) obstructions and detect irregularities in a person's chakra flow, such as those caused by genjutsu influence.
The user is granted incredible clarity of perception, enabling them to read lips or mimic something like pencil movements. In combat, this allows them to see fast-moving objects and, once fully developed, offers some amount of predictive capabilities: they can anticipate an opponent's next move based on the slightest muscle tension in their body and act accordingly to dodge or intercept. They can also read the enemy's hand seals to give them an insight of the performed technique's nature, regardless of the speed of performance, so long as the hands are not physically hidden from view. Although a Sharingan user can see these things, they also need the physical ability to actually act on the visual information. In the anime, it is shown that with advanced enough prowess, via eye contact, the user can even enter the target's mind to look through their memories.
The user is able to copy almost any jutsu they see, memorising ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near-perfect accuracy. They can then either perform that jutsu or modify it to suit their needs. Again, Sharingan users need the prerequisite abilities before they can mimic a jutsu they have seen, and for that reason they cannot, for example, reproduce kekkei genkai abilities they do not have or nature transformations they haven't learned to perform.

"Eye of Hypnotism"

The user can perform what is generically called Genjutsu: Sharingan. While there are various manifestations and purposes of the ability, the better known one is to, through eye contact, suggest thoughts and actions to a target, coercing them to divulge information or act in a particular way, potentially without the target's awareness. In extreme cases, the Sharingan user can take complete control of the target's body, forcing them to do exactly as the controller wishes; this control is visually indicated by the Sharingan's design appearing in the target's eye. The Uchiha are particularly infamous for using this ability on the Nine-Tails, and in fact can enter its or another tailed beasts' jinchūriki's subconscious to more precisely control the beast's chakra. Multiple targets can be taken control of in this way, though the more divided the user's attention is, the easier it is for targets to escape this control.
While not an ability per say, the Sharingan user can appear as if they are able to "see the future". First, the user must perfectly mimic every move their opponent makes and possibly their thoughts and words through careful observation. Then, they suggest an action to the opponent such as hand seals for a technique that the opponent and Sharingan user already know and copy that. With these things done, the user can complete the action even before the opponent does, possibly using the Sharingan's genjutsu to confuse or delay them.

The Mangekyo Sharingan: A Mangekyō Sharingan is distinguished from a normal Sharingan by its appearance, which changes the form of the tomoe seal. The exact design differs for each user, though all resemble pinwheels. It is initially awakened by the trauma suffered from witnessing the death of someone close to the user. Uchiha have historically misunderstood this criteria as the user needing to be responsible for the person's death, and for that reason they developed the practice of killing their closest friends in order to gain the Mangekyō Sharingan. In some cases the Mangekyō activates immediately after their trauma, whereas, other Uchiha's Mangekyō don't activate until several weeks afterwards.

The Mangekyō Sharingan retains all of the Sharingan's generic abilities, such as casting genjutsu and the ability to distinguish chakra. In addition to these, the Mangekyō grants powerful abilities that differ from user to user, though abilities may be similar in nature. The abilities of a Mangekyō Sharingan may not even be the same for both of a single user's eyes. Once a user awakens the Mangekyō in both eyes, or the ability of both of their eyes, they are able to perform Susanoo.

The Mangekyō Sharingan's abilities drain a considerable amount of chakra when performed. Its usage and activity also place a great strain on the user themselves, wearing at the user's body and causing deterioration to their vision until eventually over-usage leaves them blind. Their vision can be restored by receiving the transplanted Mangekyō of an Uchiha with strong blood ties — ideally a sibling — thus awakening the so-called Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan. The Eternal Mangekyō merge the designs of the transplanter and the transplantee's original Mangekyō. Their Mangekyō-based abilities are made stronger and they no longer suffer any negative side-effects from the usage. Should the eyes evolve to this state, the user will retain all their previous techniques from their original eyes. In addition to the unique techniques, the "straight tomoe" form grants the user fluidity in their movements when fighting.

As with any dōjutsu, Mangekyō Sharingan can be transplanted into non-Uchiha, granting them all its abilities albeit with steeper chakra demands. Abilities of a Mangekyō Sharingan can also be programmed to activate under certain circumstances, either within the user's own eyes or in a target of the user's choosing; this programming remains even after death.

The Rinnegan: The Rinnegan was first manifested by Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki in the Shinobi World, derived from the Rinne Sharingan wielded by his mother. It is suggested his Rinnegan was a kekkei mōra, and with it, he saved the world from the Ten-Tails and created ninshū, the precursor to modern ninjutsu. For his contributions to the world, Hagoromo became revered as the Sage of Six Paths, and both he and his eyes rose to mythological status over the centuries that followed; even when the Rinnegan was later proven to exist, it was regarded by some as merely a mutation.

The Rinnegan can typically be awakened by gaining Hagoromo's chakra by reproducing it from combining the chakra of Hagoromo's sons, Indra and Asura. Even when the Rinnegan manifests though an Uchiha's Sharingan does not fully manifest the Rinnegan without intense training, this manifestation restores the eyesight lost from the use of Izanagi. A Rinnegan user reincarnated through a jutsu similar to the Summoning: Impure World Reincarnation will not have the full potential of the original eyes.

As with any dōjutsu, the Rinnegan can be transplanted into others although the strain of the eyes is capable of killing most people, this causes most people to only be able to handle one eye and only those with Uzumaki, Senju and/or Uchiha DNA can truly handle two implanted eyes and even then the user will not be able to deactivate them like a true user. It should also be noted that the chakra drain for implanted Rinnegan is over four times than that of the drain for the true possessor of the eyes.

Abilities
The Rinnegan grants the wielder a wide range of abilities without any serious chakra requirement to keep the eyes active. Certain abilities are only available to the original owner of the dōjutsu, but possession of even a single transplanted Rinnegan can grant overwhelming power. Rinnegan are able to see chakra, as well as its flow within the body and the activated tenketsu of the Eight Gates, but cannot see through obstructions such as smoke bombs. One who possesses the Rinnegan can easily master any jutsu as well as all five nature transformations, create black receivers into which they can transmit their chakra, fully decipher the stone tablet written by Hagoromo.

Possessing the Rinnegan grants the user a family of abilities collectively known as the Six Paths Technique: control over attractive and repulsive forces with the Deva Path; the ability to mechanise one's body with the Asura Path; soul extraction through the Human Path; the menagerie of summons available to the Animal Path; chakra absorption through the Preta Path; and access to the King of Hell through the Naraka Path. These abilities can be distributed to the Six Paths of Pain — six bodies embedded with black receivers, which the user can control remotely. A seventh ability, the Outer Path, is said to allow the user to preside over life and death, granting the ability to revive the dead. The user is also able to summon and control the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path, as well as manifest chakra chains to bind the tailed beasts. The dōjutsu also grants the user a shared field of vision with the Six Paths of Pain, the King of Hell, and the Animal Path's summons, all of which possess copies of the Rinnegan.

Some Rinnegan have passive traits like pattern recognition. It could help them analyse patterns inside codes, and by comparing them to similar patterns, decipher what was written. When put into use, one could take large amounts of information from a small amount of text.

Tenseigan: The Tenseigan was first manifested by Hamura Ōtsutsuki, brother of the Sage of Six Paths. He was entrusted as the leader of the Ōtsutsuki clan while his brother was defeating the demon on earth. Using its great power, he brought order and stability to the moon. Building a hidden village comprised solely of members of the Ōtsutsuki clan. Even after his death, the people of the moon treated Hamura's Tenseigan as a treasure and enshrined it as a religious object, developing a plan to eternally preserve it. It of course degraded and became useless, but they keep a special box hidden in the center of the village that the eyes were once kept in. 

To manifest the eyes, a member of the Ōtsutsuki clan must give up their ability to use the Rinnegan. They must then do 30 posts of training/the unlocking process.

Wood Release: Wood Release is a combined nature transformation kekkei genkai which originates from the Senju clan in the shinobi world. It is made up of techniques that mix earth-based chakra in one hand and water-based chakra in the other to create wood as well as various plants, from simple seeds to even flowering trees. Wood and plants can be produced from any surface, including the user's own body, as the user's chakra is literally converted into a source of life. Wood Release techniques are commonly affiliated with the Snake seal.

As some note, Wood Release is very hard to control due to the vitality of Senju's cells, which can potentially overwhelm any who are infused with them; when a transplantee's chakra levels are depleted, their wood release can quickly turn against them since it can lead to the transformation into a tree. Wood Release is also coveted by many for to its ability to suppress and control the chakra of a tailed beast and, by proxy, its jinchūriki.

Six-Paths Chakra: This is the unique chakra belonging only to those of the Ōtsutsuki clan or those that they grant their chakra to. It allows for the usage of special techniques as well as the formation of Truth-Seeking Balls. A master of this ability is also able to enter Six Paths Sage Mode which is an enhanced variation of Sage Mode.

Description: The user is able to manifest up to ten black orbs created from all five chakra natures and Yin/Yang. These orbs are insanely destructive and are able to break apart any ninjutsu. If they come into contact with a PC, whatever area they come into contact with is reduced to dust. Only senjutsu enhanced techniques are able to resist them, and only those in sage mode, or protected by senjutsu chakra in some way, are able to touch them without being reduced to dust. 

These balls are controlled by the users will and are thus able to take shape into anything the user wants. They are also able to harm/not harm whoever the user wills, with the exception of those they wouldn't harm anyways, then they can only be not harmful. 500 chakra per ball with 100 upkeep, per ball.

Description: With their Rinnegan, The user may instantly shift the location of themselves, others, objects, and ninjutsu within a certain range. This range can be increased if they swap themselves with an object as opposed to just swapping their location. Due to its speed, this technique has proven to be especially useful for launching surprise attacks against enemies. In addition, it has the psychological effect of throwing opponents off guard by confusing them when the user runs their technique into an empty space or two shinobi launch their attacks toward each other, leaving the opponent confused until this technique transport them to the user just in time to get hit by the attacks. This technique not only switches the position, but the momentum and direction of the switched targets as well.
