Kalandor is a dark grey double-edged sword that changes to a bright shining blue when storm release jutsu are cast through it.

1. While using the sword with the gauntlet “Uminari Gateway”, the two weapons bond, increasing the sword’s sharpness to 250. However, when the two are apart, the sword’s sharpness drops to 150. While the two weapons are together, they can use each other’s abilities through the other, sharing cooldowns, of course. If a jutsu could be cast through one weapon while it’s joined with the other, it may be cast through the other alternatively.

2. The user can cast Storm Release jutsu through Kalandor without handseals, at +50 to speed and power. By paying 200 chakra, the user can increase the power of any given storm release jutsu by 100. In addition, storm release jutsu cast while also wielding Uminari Gateway have their costs halved. As this is a limited weapon, any advanced elemental jutsu cast through the sword can break the 200 cap when buffed.

3. While wielding the sword, the user may choose to gain 50 senjutsu chakra each post. While using this and the gauntlet’s ability at the same time, the two chakra gains are combined and amplified, each increasing to 60.

Equipment Ability:
Uminari Gateway is a somewhat boring-looking gauntlet which goes up to the user's elbow, which is the point. Made of not-very-shiny metal, it’s a weapon that Kozachi dislikes using at its full potential. It gains a faint purple aura when particle release jutsu are cast through it.

The one on her left arm:

1. While using the gauntlet with the sword “Kalandor”, the two weapons bond, increasing the gauntlet’s durability to 250. However, when the two are apart, the sword’s sharpness drops to 150. While the two weapons are together, they can use each other’s abilities through the other, sharing cooldowns, of course. If a jutsu could be cast through one weapon while it’s joined with the other, it may be cast through the other alternatively.

2. The user can cast particle release jutsu through Uminari Gateway at +50 to speed and power. By paying 200 chakra, the user can increase the speed and power of any given particle release jutsu by 100 (can break the 200 cap). Using this ability three times in as many posts, however, causes the user to go into a berserk rage for 5 posts (if juugo) or die (if not juugo). In addition, particle release jutsu cast while wielding the gauntlet have their costs halved, and require one post fewer of charge time. Particle release jutsu cast through the gauntlet are purple.

3. While wearing the gauntlet, the user may choose to gain 50 senjutsu chakra each post. While using this and the sword’s ability at the same time, the two chakra gains are combined and amplified, each increasing to 60.
