Stat System Fixes. [Please Read]

Hello everyone! It was brought to my attention that those who took on the challenge of starting at our lowest tier, D-3, weren't being fairly compensated for the amount of work it would take them to reach the highest level, S-1. So, myself and the rest of the staff here at NB, took it upon ourselves to fix this error in our systems. Below are links to both of the systems that were affected by this change.

As compensation for making these changes so short notice and that may cause people to have to change their characters stats around, we are giving out 2,000 Ryo and Exp to any who have posted and had approved a Character App and Update sheet by the time this post was sent.
