Makoto's Sound Genjutsu Techinques

Before i start these Jutsu i just want to point out that the speed of sound is only about 1,088 feet per second (332 meters per second). Also sound itself can travel up to 20 miles which is around 32186.9 Meters so... yeah.

Description: This genjutsu affects the listeners by the way of the fingers causing the feelings of numbness in their fingers. Those would perform ninjutsu techniques with handseals , result in handseal speed being reduced by 20. Still approved just commenting on the top of thread as far as the range of sound. To determine this youd have to take into account what is making the sound itself. So, assuming you are using the equipment you made, id say at best like 40 or 50 meters is the range of all of these.
