Description: The user can use a small amount of chakra to alter the sound that bells make, the soundwaves that come from this can disorient anyone that can hear them (does not incapacitate, simply throws them fairly off balance). Can be used if the bell is connected to a wire that the user is holding.
Requirements: Basic grasp on how sound works.
