Team Topic Number 2(Private/ Jei, Kona, and Chantelle)

He nodded his head at his old teacher before leaving the building in nice clothing. He had to make proper first impressions if he was to properly mold this group of perpetually improving children into warriors for Sunagakure. He wore a black haori, with his white shirt under it.  He wore his dress pants and sandals, and clacked to the meeting roughly 30 minutes earlier. His clacking sandals and the smile he wore on his face, were just complete masks that anyone could see through if they looked hard enough.

He just wants the new generation of Genin to be monsters for the sake of the village. He had no other reason for having interest in them. There was no reason for him to care about them beyond his need to breed warriors. He'd sit in a crouched position until they'd get here, for he had no other thing to do. It was six in the morning, and he told them to meet him at 6:30 A.M sharp. There was no other time to meet, for if they couldn't wake up now, they'd wake up when he went and grabbed them himself.

Kona was fired up...but sadly she was also not feeling very well. She woke up in the alley way she usually slept in feeling both hot and cold and she realized she was sweating. She also felt a bit shaky, but she wouldn't let anything stop her from meeting up with sensei this morning! She worked hard all night to prepare herself so that she could impress him with cool moves and being stronger, she no way in hell would she miss out on this. She gave her body a bit of a pep-talk and stretched before making her way to the training grounds.

On her way by she stopped and swiped a donut from the local bakery, in an effort to have had something to eat before her meeting, as well as a small carton of milk. She used this to take a pill that she knew would help her a bit, as it was one she took a lot back at the orphanage. Normally she had to take three, but she only had one left, and stealing pills wasn't near as easy as it was stealing food.

Kona sucked it up and ran the rest of the way to the training grounds.

It didn't take Kona too long to get there, and she actually made it without stopping this time, although she felt like hot garbage when she got there. She managed to hold back from coughing and she wiped the sweat from her forehead. Once she was done panting, she looked around to see who all was there, but she didn't notice anyone...well not at first. After better catching her breathe she noticed a blonde man sitting cross-legged. She assumed this was her sensei, as she knew she was supposed to be here around six-thirty in the morning, and she had met her other teammates prior...and he wasn't one of them. She had gotten there at six-fifteen, but it wasn't like she was aware of that: she had just wanted to be there as soon as possible.

She turned to face the man and put her hand up in a salute while standing straight.

"Kona, reporting for team meeting, sir!" She was still panting a bit, but she was doing better.

Chantelle had spent the majority of her free time during the week at the village clinic, shadowing the more experienced medical shinobi in hopes that she would be able to pick up a trick or two from them. Today was different, however, as she was summoned to a team meeting. This time was different from the last time as they would be meeting with their team leader. As she made her way towards the destination she would silently wonder what kind of person he or she would be. Would they be someone who would train them to death? Or someone who was more laid back and would teach them the fundamentals of life? Either way, she was quite excited about the meeting since she was hoping for some kind of guidance since she would be left behind due to not being ready in time for the chunin exams.

Arriving at the area, Chantelle would see Kona standing before a man and would assume that she was their sensei. “Good morning, sorry if I’m late.” She said before bowing slightly before the man and turning to Kona. Smiling she would hug the girl before greeting her. “How have you been Kona-chan?” It had been awhile since she had seen Kona, Jei too in fact, as she was busy with trying to learn a few techniques on her own.
