Description: The user can create normal steel weapons from his body. Each weapon does 10 more strength in damage then normal melee attacks due to their special steel nature and each type of weapon must have an app if it's a unique weapon (i.e. not a sword, dagger, or bow and arrows). Also it costs twenty chakra for each weapon created and an extra five chakra for each post after it stays in existence. Weapons from Level D can not have any special abilities whatsoever other then their damage bonus and natural abilities that go with the more exotic weapons. Creating weapons that are too complex ends up adding 5 chakra to the cost of making and keeping that weapon. Weapons are created and pulled directly from user's body or from a source of steel great enough to account for the weapon being made.

Description: The user can create normal steel weapons from his body. Each weapon does 15 more strength in damage and the weapons themselves gain +5 to whatever their normal durability stat would be due to their special steel nature and the abilities they can possess each type of weapon must have an app if it's a unusually unique weapon (i.e. any weapon that would seem overly exotic and/or unusual for a ninja to possess). Also it costs twenty chakra for each weapon created and an extra five chakra for each post after it stays in existence. Weapons from Level C can have one special ability based on a chakra nature element that the user posses's himself by the normal means of getting such an element, and this is  other then their damage bonus and natural abilities that go with the more exotic weapons. Creating weapons that are too complex ends up adding 5 chakra to the cost of making and keeping that weapon and creating a weapon with an elemental ability adds 10 to the chakra cost and each ability weapon must be apped and approved by staff. Weapons are created and pulled directly from user's body or from a source of steel great enough to account for the weapon being made.

Range: 30-120 feet {depending on the rank used at)/ Melee
Description: When the user takes their blood and marks someone with it they become a homing target for a Steel Snake created from the body of a person who regularly conditions his body with poison and antidotes. The user must be in range for the snake to bind on the first post or else the snake will follow the target until it is in range. Each post gives it 30 Speed movement. This snake is most difficult to dodge at melee range. Once in a proper range the snake will sliver constrictingly around a body in very fast speed (User Speed Stat + 30 + Different boost per rank used: C-20, B-40, A-60, S-80) The snake can adjust it's length and thickness to accommodate any target and once wrapped around the target it seal's the target's chakra and secrete's a poison that damages the target for the normal amount of damage that would be done at whatever rank is used, or instead the user could choose to temporarily give the target a decrease in one stat depending on rank (C-10, B-20, A-30, S-40). Poisoned blood requires one to perfect their poison resistance and adaptation by doing a five post add on to the training or if purchasing this jutsu just do a five post thread about poisoning yourself for five day's and barely recovering each day. Poisoned blood is normally designed for medical ninja who test poison's and antidotes normally and use themselves as the test subject out of deication and selflessness. Finally this seal can not be overcome by strength but it can be broken or destroyed by strength. Depending on the rank the jutsu was used at it might take more strength to damage it. (C-80, B-100, A-120, S-140) another way to look at this would be the normal rank it'd take to start hurting steel (60) plus 20 for every rank it's used at. This seal has a chakra upkeep of half the cost of the amount of chakra used to first summon the seal.
