While he was doing this he would make hand motives into fists as he would attempt to repulse air from his fist into the air as a waving way of doing this he would extend his breathing into a more exciting way expanding his lung way as he would attempt to blow the air more rapidly as he did this small air ways would be seen going and putting out into the air from his hands as the blowing would be fast and rapid in an alarming yet increasing rate he would keep this movement up for two hours, before stopping and moving his face near the water.

Next what he will attempt to do is take a deep breath and would then begin to inhale a lot of air and then store it into his lungs, he would then dump his face into the water while holding his breath the air stored within his lungs would act as a lung typical for him to be able be able to hold himself together and not run out of breath. He lasted for a good five minutes before he pulled back and would then repeat the first two stages of his training once that was done he would then stop and move to the next day.
