Description: One of the Academy Instructors from the Land of Water is feeling nostalgic and wants to taste some fresh fish from her homeland but it is very rare to find in the village waterways. Because of it's rarity she is willing to also teach them a D-rank Suiton Jutsu for their troubles.
"So you are a shinobi of Kiri? You must really like the fish here in Konoha.." she said, reasoning out loud as she stood on the bank f a river just outside Konoha somewhere. The villages were currently somewhat at peace and her village of Konoha had seen fit to allow this Kiri shinobi to enter Konoha and request an official mission. She wasn't certain why the man didn't fish for the fish himself, but she didn't mind too much. This was a mission and she would help as much as was necessary.
The man gave a loud uncontrolled hardy laughter. He was a big fellow, overweight and hairy... yet his beard was neatly trimmed and he smelled pleasant. A charming fellow that Rei wagered couldn't hurt a fish if his life depended on it. Then again, he was a shinobi and had promised to teach someone a water jutsu for helping him. Rei didn't currently possess the water element, nor was she sure she could learn it.. But nevertheless, she would hold him to his promise if ever she mastered the water element.
The two of them spent a couple of hours on the river bank, talking about the man's younger days and why he liked fish so much. As they talked, Rei fished for him with a fishing pole. All of the proceeds she caught, she placed in a basket half sunk in the water to keep the fish fresh and alive, yet secured. Finally, the basket was filled and the man seemed satisfied with the catch. "Enjoy your fish, Sir. I'll come learn a jutsu from you if Im lucky enough to master the water element." she would say, dismissing herself. She was a busy woman after all, though she enjoyed the fishing.
