Rezei has a rather interesting appearance for a Samurai in fact his appearance seems rather advanced or futuristic due to his armor in which he is commonly found wearing. Even then you can tell from his face which is the only visible part of his body with skin that he is a rather rugged individual. Under the armor the young man has a very scarred and toned and muscular fitting that of the standard samurai. He has semi long black hair long enough to put in a rather lazy ponytail. He is commonly found with deep five o'clock shadow of hair on his face. He has several scars across his face and body from sword fights the most prominent being the one that was cut from this forehead down to his cheek, due to quick movements he was able to save his eye from being destroyed. Speaking of the eyes, Rezei has standard black eyes that seem almost glass like when viewed under light. Upon looking into his eyes one may initially see a deep conviction for whatever Rezei's mind is on his time. His eyes are capable of conveying all of the mans emotions and are in fact the gate way to his soul...

Rezei is almost always found in his armor, Alcatraz which is made of a highly shock absorbent iron mostly colored in a off white, while the colors black, red, and grey are scattered through its color design. This armor appears to take a robotic humanoid form capable of fitting only Rezei and has a built in holster on its side to carry any blade the samurai may have with him He only takes the armor off briefly to clean himself, it, and  repair it when necessary. When in moments of outside of his armor he could be seen wearing a mens kimono of any color or design and the traditional geta footwear.

Personality:

As anyone one would expect, growing up as the grandson of two candidates was not easy for Rezei, in fact this abnormal Samurai has grown up strong sense of righteousness and justice. He inversely was not born with the sense of entitlement that most offspring of a famous leader would in fact due to his intense upbringing he was taught to be humble, compassionate, and honest even in moments of desperations. Taking these teachings Rezei has grown to be a kind and honest man.

He holds a strong but naive belief in the fact that everyone is capable of goodness or redeeming acts. This may lead to him easily being manipulated by a warm smile from even the darkest of hearts. But even when he encounters a situation where he would be mislead into a false sense of security he is still incredibly quick to adapt to most situations. In fact upon experiencing betrayal this is when Rezei is his most calm and calculative state. He may be even able temporarily sever an emotional attachment to something or one to do what ue views is the right thing to do.

When practicing the the Art of a Samurai this is when he is at his most happy, he takes great pride in his skills and abilities and works hard to hone them every days just like his samurai brethren. Even though he has had the code of the Samurai beaten into him throughout his entire life he holds no anger or disgust against ninja. In fact one may say he holds a dangerous curiosity about the art of the ninja. He does not however allow this curiosity to to break the samurai code of honor. He would rather soon challenge a ninja to a fight just to see their skills rather than passively ask them for a display of their skill.

Character History:

Rezei Yakurai has had an interesting past indeed, he was born as a result of a successful forced marriage between the two warring factions of the Shimogakure over twenty years ago. The very war itself was started by two individuals who were once best friends, one Jinto Sawasaki and Mizaki Yakurai. Jinto was the embodiment of the traditional samurai and wanted the village to remain in the state it was, and this meant not trying to compete with the ninja as the very act would completely void the entire meaning of being a samurai. Mizaki SeiKaritoriki had wanted to allow the Samurai of Shimogakure to test their skills against the Ninja to allow them to grow and match their skills in the very situation the ninja one day decided to attack the Samurai. Both held valid points in their disagreements but none the less it sent both factions to a long and troublesome civil war.

As the years passed and lives were lost the Yakurai faction would unbeknownst to the Sawasaki faction send the samurai they could spare into the realm of the ninja to observe their progress. In doing so the invaders would find out about the impending Demon War that the ninja had faced. Even the Samurai had heard stories of the demon Jinto and Mizaki parents had perished to his first appearance. This would be enough to cause both of the warring factions to come to a peace treaty. Both Jinto and Mizaki would make a compromise allowing the samurai to not only train to match the skill of the ninja but do so without completely stomping on the original beliefs of the Samurai. Along with this agreement the two had also agree to form a marriage between their eldest children whose offspring would serve to be as the glue and the mediator between both factions. This child would eventually become Rezei.

While Jinto did eventually become to be the Shogun as apart of the agreement between the faction, Mizaki had declared that all the children produced by the marriage of their children be named after him. It was for this reason Rezei was given the Yakurai name instead of Sawasaki. Although they were to be given the name the children were not know of the Yakurai kekkai genkai and a seal would be placed to keep the powers hidden. Rezei from the time he could walk was trained in the art of the samurai, both of his grandfathers beat the will of the Samurai into him while his parents secrectly showed him there was more to the world then following the path of the samurai. Rezei yearned to see what his parents were talking about and yet still deep inside wanted to honor the wishes of his grandfathers. It was not until that both of his parents were executed by trying to escape to the outside world of the ninja with him had slowly began to give up on the wonders of the ninja world. It was also around this time that he would meet Maki a child adopted by his Grandfather and raised alongside Rezei as his brother and closest friend.

He would soon grow into a man of the traditional ways just like his grandfather Jinto but deep in his heart he still healed a deep curiosity of what the rest of the world held for him. As his brother grew up to form Frost, Rezei had been stuck and felt as if there was always a piece of him missing, little did his know the power deep inside him the Yakurai Kekkai Genkai and his birthright was sealed away within him waiting for the day until it could be released.
