Appearance: A young woman with elegant features whose usually seen with heavy makeup and red eyeliner. She has blue eyes and her blonde hair is usually tied into a long ponytail going from the top of her head down. A thin pink veil is hung from the base of her ponytail that she can pull around her face to hide who she is around the masses. Usually, Fumiko is robed in a bright red Kimono with socks and sandals covering her feet and thin white gloves covering her hands. She can often be seen fanning herself with an ornate pink fan.

Personality: Despite her refined upbringing, Fumiko's an absolute brat. She often demands way too much of people and doesn't think through her own orders. She's used to people bending to her will and getting what she wants when she wants it and usually ends up insulting and belittling those around her without a second thought. However, despite talking big, she's a true coward deep down who just doesn't quite understand how the real world works with a genuinely good person buried deep within her bad attitude.
