Appearance: Miko is a petite pale young lady who has slowed down in growth, she looks more mature than her age and if she dresses properly she can pass as 3 or 4 years older due to her expressions and mannerisms. She walks with a spring in her step but doesn't dance across the path and strides with mild confidence in herself.
Her hair changes from a soft pastel blue to a brighter neon aqua as the sun affects it over the seasons, when left out it reaches to her hips however she prefers to tie it back and out of the way in ways that her parents taught her. Her hair is braided simply down the side and kept out the way, although she does use a small decorative tie to secure her hair.
Although its sparse her jewelry follows a simplistic color scheme of blue and gold, she does have a single parent working to support her there are enough funds for her to choose clothing and accessories over other non essentials. Her hair clasps are aqua and cold, as well she also has two large earrings that are golden disks. They may look heavy however they are light due to the thin layer of gold which coats them. She wears a single gold bangle on her left hand which is engraved with the names of her parents and her own name. She is rarely found without a smooth layer of nail polish which matches nicely with her hair and is a similar shade.
With large eyes and small dark brows she looks out with a generally nice expression through purple eyes, their odd color indicating her heritage as a Jugo clan, she always keeps herself clean and well maintained, not wanting to give strangers a reason to dislike her any further.

In terms of clothing she feels most comfortable in some well worn violet sandals, she wares black high wasted harem pants with a loose waist cinch, wide black suspenders are worn in a relaxed fashion over her white puffy button up blouse which is fastened at the neck with a red ribbon and pin which may change from time to time. She wears her clan symbol as a belt around her waist, its always well kept and is kept on a black fabric

Personality: Due to her clan Miko will experience sudden moments of restlessness and strong emotional outbursts, she dislikes this part of her and will try and restrain herself often to stop herself from making mistakes or saying something irreversible. In compensation for what she may have said or done to someone, and out of caution for what may happen in the future Miko is a very nice person to everyone she meets. Putting great effort into strengthening bonds with people she meets and helping them where she can, so that in the future if she suddenly has a moment in which she is mentally unstable Miko will have a strong enough bond that they may not take the offense as seriously. She likes things which are artistic and elegant as she believes that it is important to live life in however way you wish to, making use of whatever means necessary. Due to this she tends to be very forgiving and will find a way to reason with everything. Along with arts such as dance music and song she takes interest in history and everything, Miko would classify herself as an information seeker, hoping to seek out information and completely understand the world around her to better understand herself. She enjoys loose simplistic clothing and will rarely wear a hat due to disliking the feel of weight upon her head, she eats simpel foods such as rice, noodles and dumpling but will not deny sweets if offered. She dislikes few things except sunsets, cliffs overlooking flat plains and oceans as well as deserts.
With friends she is more comfortable around them, not being so pushy Miko now know what each friend reacts well to, she does her best striving towards a closer relationship and will work towards slowly becoming more comfortable around them until she can trust them fully. She is wary with her emotions and mental well being but trusts her friends enough for them to understand that it is something she cannot control.
After spending time with a person and becoming much closer she will open up and allow herself to completely relax within the presence of these people. Her trust has been placed within close friends and she doesn't have to worry about going into a berk like state around these people.

Character History: A small family settled on the outskirts of Konoha from the Jugo clan the couple spent many days working. her father was lightly built and spent his days hunting in the forests close by, gathering prey from the forests without removing too much. The wife worked at a local tailors, the small business consisting of herself, an elderly woman and her youthful daughter. Their child Fumiko was born, and as agreed upon they only gave birth to a single child, their beautiful child Fumiko was treated as every other child. Neither spoiled or forgotten Miko grew up as a reasonably average toddler. Due to the families clan they acted in a reclusive way however the village people did not outcast them and the family always had the option to join the community. At first the family worked well raising their child, everything went smoothly until the father died, he was hunting as normal however during one trip there was a rockfall. It was a normal event, nothing suspicious. After the village mourned Miko started off at an early childhood center. It was here that she spent her days before school life while her mother still worked at the tailors.

Years later Miko was in school, she went to normal school as her mother hadn't wanted her to become a ninja. Although after a few months the tailors business closed as the old woman died and the younger woman left for a bigger city. This caused the mother to start leaving Miko alone, as the older woman took on a job which caused her to be tired and busy all the time, her mother started slowly taking the reins of a noodle and dumpling restaurant like place from a. Miko rarely saw her mother awake which caused her to explore out into the world more often, suddenly her brain had to handle a lot more information as she learnt more about the village and world. This caused her mental instability to grow, sometimes lashing out as the child lacked an outlet for her emotions. With the mother too busy to care she cast her daughter into the ninja school. As she was a sad reminder of the husband that had died. She fit in well, not too popular, keeping up with classes Miko was perfectly average, she was friendly with most of the classmates she had yet lacked in close friends. The school allowed her to have an outlet for negative emotion, in order to compensate for her actions Miko started to slowly act nicer to everyone as a whole. Living her life as if she had to apologize with every action.

In the evening one day Miko helped her mother with the restaurant with simple tasks to help alleviate some of the burden from her guardian. She often got to know frequent customers who gave her gifts on her birthday and she became friends with many of them. one of which was Zaida Yuwaku, who she soon became close friends with and hoped to team up with in the future. Zai was one of the other village children whom she felt comfortable around despite her emotional outbursts due to how the other had similar circumstances regarding their clan kekkei genkai.
