| Name: Wind Release: Bitchkill Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element:Wind Range:Far Description:The user charges for a single post, and the jutsu becomes a shockwave that affects objects down to the fraction of a micrometer scale, essentially allowing the user to blow away powerful aerosol dispersion attacks and the like without being at much of a disadvantage. The scary part of this technique is that the shockwave is extremely difficult to observe. Despite being a wind release technique, it's virtually invisible, and can't be detected by A-rank sensories or below. Requirements: Name:Water Release: Apotheosis Rank:S Type:Ninjutsu Element:Water Range:Far Description: After one post of charging/delay, the jutsu instead causes as much of the water in the area around the user as he pleases to change state rapidly due to molecular compression/expansion of the water involved. Any burning/cold effects resulting from this have power = jutsu strength, and can be resisted as such. Requirements: Name:Fire Release: Yoroi Rank:A Type:Ninjutsu Element:Fire Range:Self/Far Description: The user curls fire chakra around him, creating a solid barrier of fire chakra that can block attacks and burns with a power of twice the user's stamina stat. Naturally, maintaining this fire chakra around him doesn't harm the user or his gear, but it does drain his chakra rather quickly. The special part about this, however, is that when the jutsu ends, the user expels the fire chakra off of him, resulting in a spreading circle of fire chakra coming out from the user (the "far" range applies to this), 3 meters high, which has the same burning power as the barrier did. Requirements:Be Kozai Senju or learn from him/his students Name:Earth Release: Henshin Rank:A Type:Ninjutsu Element:Earth Range:70m Description: The user turns the various types of earth (soil, mud, sand, rock, etc.) around him into other types of earth (i.e. rock --> mud) rapidly within a single post. This, of course, also affect earth jutsu belonging to other people if said jutsu is A-rank or below (and his own jutsu, regardless of rank). The user can have this affect any patch of earth he desires within the range, and can exempt and change areas within the range differently (i.e. a hill to his right could become mud, the ground beneath him could remain the same, and a spot to his left could turn into fresh topsoil). Durability of the new substance can be anywhere up to jutsu strength. Cannot affect other active jutsu from other users, though the user's own earth release jutsu may be affected. Requirements:Be Kozai Senju or learn from him/his students Name: Earth Release: Cataclysm Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Range: Far Description: The final form of Earth Release: Nanaki. After a single post of charging/delay, the user can unleash this jutsu, turning as much solid inorganic matter as he pleases within the range into solid rock of any variety. Objects can resist this if their durability is higher than that of the jutsu's strength of 100. Durability of the rock is also equal to jutsu strength. Requirements: Know Earth Release: Henshin Name:Lightning Release: Nanaki Rank:S Type:Ninjutsu Element:Lightning Range:Far Description: The user surrounds himself in a 4 meter wide shell of lightning chakra, with himself at the center, then promptly produces up to fifteen continuous beams of lightning chakra. The shell (protection) and the beams (cutting/burning) have S-rank power, of course. The beams extend up to the range of the jutsu. Naturally, this is an extremely destructive technique, though it drains chakra rather quickly. Requirements:Be Kozai Senju or learn from him/his students Name:Magnet Release: Lemuria Rank:A Type:Ninjutsu Element:Magnet Range:Med Description: The user creates a bright yellow solid sphere of magnet release chakra and throws it (at his speed/strength). As long as it remains within range, the user can cause it to disperse into an area affected with his own magnet release chakra, expanding 70 meters outwards from the point of detonation. For the next three posts, the user can cause the voltage potential of anyone within the radius to resolve, electrocuting them from the air itself as if they had been struck by a lightning release jutsu with power equal to this jutsu's strength. Requirements:Be Kozai/learn from him or his students Name:Magnet Release: Hyper Lemuria Rank:S Type:Ninjutsu Element:Magnet Range:Far Description: The user raises his hands, and instantly wraps almost all the voltage potential gradients within the jutsu range in his chakra. As he does so, the disruption caused by his magnet release chakra creates a phenomenon similar to the aurora borealis in the sky. For the next five posts, the user can cause the voltage potential of anyone within the radius to resolve, electrocuting them from the air itself as if they had been struck by two lightning release techniques each with power equal to this jutsu's strength. Requirements:Know Magnet Release: Lemuria Name:Flying Thunder God's Magnet Release: Lemuria Return Rank:S Type:Fuuinjutsu/Ninjutsu Element:Magnet Range:Same as FTG Description: The user disrupts voltage potential directly by teleporting his magnet release chakra to a flying thunder god seal on a victim. The scary part about this technique isn't the power, which is only average, but the range, since the user can cast this on any of his flying thunder god seals on people. The victim is hit with electrocution as if he had been struck by a lightning release technique with power equal to this jutsu's strength. When casting this jutsu, the user must also pay twice the amount of chakra that it would take to teleport to the seal that is used. Requirements: Know Magnet Release: Lemuria and Flying Thunder God

| Not Approved.
Try rewording these to avoid including Advanced Releases you don't have.
Also, we do not base anything on the ninjutsu power scale on user stamina, so please use a different stat. | |

| If a jutsu is registered as having "____ Element" then it must maintain that. Your jutsu state that it "loses ___ element" at a certain level, then this in fact, would be and should be registered as a separate jutsu. | |

Maximum range for this would be 70m since its an A-rank.

As such, it seems like the fire armor vanishes for a single post. After this, the user rapidly reabsorbs fire the chakra, then gains the ability to cast any number of fire element jutsu of A-rank or below at once. The total cost of those jutsu is decreased by the cost of this jutsu. Requirements:Know Fire Release: Nanaki
From what i am reading, it would cost 70 chakra to use this jutsu, so youd have 70 chakra to cast other techniques? This isn't really how our jutsu system works. You need to pay for each jutsu you use.

Again, max range is 70m. Also, you cannot effect other people's jutsu without touching them as you have no way of implanting your chakra.

This needs a stated strength stat. And by health I'm assuming you mean durability?

If you recall, we don't have jutsu power = stamina... it has to be a strength. Next, it's range is 70m at max.
Name: Lightning Release: Hellscape Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Lightning Range:Far Description: After using Lightning Release, Nanaki, for at least one post, the user can begin this technique. After this one post, the shell is rapidly drawn into the user, as is some of the energy surrounding him. Any lightning or fire release jutsu that aren't enhancers are also drawn in if their powers are lower than that of the technique. However, the primary function of the jutsu is to draw in visible light. As long as the user maintains the technique, the surroundings within the range are drowned in complete natural darkness. After the jutsu ends, the energy processed within the user allows him to regain 50 chakra + (1/2)X chakra, where X is the collective chakra costs of any jutsu he absorbed.
Requirements: Know Lightning Release: Nanaki
This cannot draw in any jutsu that does not belong to the user, for the reasons I have stated above. If it allowed you to do all that is stated it would have to be a limited technique and take up on of your 3 limited slots.

Lower the range to 50 meters max for this one. And it needs an upkeep for those three posts.

The range here should be fine at 70, but 2 S-ranks? Really? It needs to be cut back to ONE max, then add in upkeep costs too. Upon further discussion, this one needs a visible cue that shows where the range ends, like the first one. Secondly, you'll need to keep your hands in the air the entirety of the five posts.

This is denied due to how broken it would be to be able to cast a jutsu through an FTG seal and have it effect the wielder.
