Name: Chakra Throw
Rank: C
Type: Shurikenjutsu
Element: None
Range: Mid
Description: The user applies a small amount of chakra to a thrown weapon (mainly Shuriken or Kunai). Doing so allows the weapon to deal damage equal to the user's Strength or Speed, whichever is higher, while also boosting the weapon's travel speed and precision. If the target's Speed (dodge ability) is 20 points below the user's Perception (accuracy), any weapon thrown with this technique will hit the target, dealing non-lethal piercing damage.
This technique is required to use other, more powerful, Shurikenjutsu techniques. Normally, only one weapon can be thrown at a time with this technique. Chakra Throw and Chakra Throw techniques cannot be avoided through Substitution Jutsu.
Requirements: Must have a throwable ranged weapon
Name: Weapon Cascade
Rank: C-S
Type: Shurikenjutsu
Element: None
Range: Mid
Description: The user throws increasingly more and more shuriken or Senbon with each tier of this technique, all dealing non-lethal damage. This allows the user to surpass the Chakra Throw limit of one weapon being thrown at a time and can stack with other Shurikenjutsu techniques. Since this is used alongside Chakra Throw, the techniques cost chakra equal to both techniques.
C- Throw three weapons at once, costs 60 Chakra total
B- Throw six weapons at once, costs 80 Chakra total
A- Throw nine weapons at once, costs 90 Chakra total
S- Throw twelve weapons at once, costs 100 Chakra total
Requirements: Must know Chakra Throw
Name: Disabling Strike (Legs)
Rank: C-A
Type: Shurikenjutsu
Element: None
Range: Mid
Description: Chakra-infused Shuriken, Kunai, or Senbon are thrown at an opponent's legs to reduce their speed. If an opponent's speed is reduced to 0, they will not be able to stand on their own. Recovering the wounds will undo this effect. Must be used with Chakra Throw and can be used along with Weapon Cascade. The Chakra cost of those techniques are added to the cost of this technique. Can be used with other Disabling Strike skills for one payment of the tier used if the user is using Weapon Cascade by declaring how many weapons will be thrown at each target out of the total number of possible weapons thrown that post.
C- Each hit reduces Speed by 5, slightly piercing the muscle
B- Each hit reduces Speed by 10, the weapon digs deep into the target's muscle making wounds harder to heal
A- Each hit reduces Speed by 20, the weapon stabs the target's bone making the wound exponentially harder to heal
Requirements: Must know Chakra Throw
Name: Disabling Strike (Arm)
Rank: C-A
Type: Shurikenjutsu
Element: None
Range: Mid
Description: The user aims a Shuriken, Kunai, or Senbon at the user's left or right arm (unless using Weapon Cascade to hit both). Each attack will reduce the opponent's strength with that arm until the wound is healed. If an arm's strength is reduced to 0, the user cannot hold weapons or other objects with that arm. Must be used with Chakra Throw. Chakra Throw or Weapon Cascade's Chakra Costs will be added to the existing cost of the tier of this technique used. If the user uses Weapon Cascade to aim at multiple body parts in the same post, multiple Disabling Strike techniques can be used at once for one Chakra cost based on the tier of the technique used.
C- Each hit reduces Strength by 10, slightly pierces the muscle
B- Each hit reduces Strength by 15, pierces deep into the muscle making healing the wound more difficult
A- Each hit reduces Strength by 25, pierces into the target's bone itself, making the wound exponentially harder to heal.
Requirements: Must know Chakra Throw
Name: Disabling Strike (Torso)
Rank: C-A
Type: Shurikenjutsu
Element: None
Range: Mid
Description: The user aims for the opponent's torso with Shuriken, Kunai, or Senbon, dealing strikes to generally weaken their target that reduce their durability. This technique requires the Chakra Cost of Chakra Throw as well as its own cost and the cost of any other Chakra Throw technique used with it. This, however, does not count for other Disabling Strike skills when used with Weapon Cascade, which can strike multiple body parts at once. In such a case, all Disabling Strike techniques will deal effects at a cost of the tier of Chakra used for the rank's effects. A target whose durability is reduced to 0 will either die or fall unconscious from blood loss (opponent's choice)
C- Each hit reduces Durability by 1, piercing into the target's muscles
B- Each hit reduces Durability by 5, piercing into the target's body far enough to barely scratch or avoid vital organs
A- Each hit reduces Durability by 10, piercing organs and potentially causing complications that can knock out or kill the target without actually getting their Durability to 0
Requirements:
Name: Precise Aim
Rank: B
Type: Shurikenjutsu
Element: None
Range: Mid
Description: If the user is standing still, they're capable of focusing specifically on their accuracy. This boosts the user's Perception by 30 points for the sake of hitting a target with Chakra Throw techniques. Costs 50 Chakra to use on top of Chakra Throw and any other stacked Chakra Throw techniques, meaning this technique requires a minimum of 80 Chakra to use.
Requirements: Must know Chakra Throw
Name: Lethal Shot
Rank: B
Type: Shurikenjutsu
Element: None
Range: Mid
Description: A true shinobi skill. Aiming at a target's unprotected neck or skull, the user throws a ranged weapon with Chakra Throw in hopes of dealing a lethal blow. To do so, the user must have Perception 30 points higher than the target's Perception and Speed (whichever is higher) and the user also need to have Strength or Speed (whichever is higher) 30 points higher than the target's Durability. Once those terms are met, the user can use this technique along with Chakra Throw (80 Chakra, total) to deal a lethal blow unless the opponent can react with a jutsu to either boost their Durability or Speed above the required numbers or unless the target uses a jutsu capable of putting another target in the way of the attack. Substitution Jutsu cannot be used for this effect.
Lethal Shot can be used alongside other Chakra Throw techniques. This includes Disabling Strike techniques, but unlike Disabling Shot techniques, Lethal Strike will always require its Chakra Cost on top of the costs of the other stacked techniques. If successful, the user can choose for the attack to instead knock the opponent out due to blood loss to prevent directly killing their target for IC or OoC reasons or for the sake of a 'No Kill' thread.
Requirements: Must know Chakra Throw
Name: Fuma Shuriken Throw
Rank: C-S
Type: Shurikenjutsu
Element: None
Range: Mid
Description: A deadly technique used with Chakra Throw. If the user throws a Fuma Shuriken with Chakra Throw and the target does not use any Speed boosting Jutsu to avoid the attack, the target will suffer a range of effects based on the sheer damage done to whatever body part was hit by the Fuma Shuriken. For every 10 points of Durability the opponent has over the user's Strength, the effects will be lessened by one tier. This technique costs Chakra on top of the cost of Chakra Throw and its techniques. Unlike normal weapons used with Chakra Throw, the Fuma Shuriken can ALWAYS be potentially lethal under the right conditions.
Fuma Shuriken attacks can be blocked by any object or any jutsu that can create an oblect with higher durability than the Fuma Shuriken Thrower's Strength. Additionally, any object with durability lower than the Thrower's Strength will be broken on contact, but will slow the weapon down, reducing its damage (the Thrower's Strength in this throw) by the object's Durability, allowing the target to potentially avoid a lethal attack.
D- If reduced from damage listed in a C-Tier use of this technique, the opponent will suffer a slight cut and no other effects.
C- The target takes a notable slashing wound to the selected body part. A hit to the arm will reduce Strength by 15 in that arm. A hit to the leg will reduce Speed by 15. A hit to the torso will deal 20 Strength more damage.
B- The target takes a serious slashing wound, cutting directly through their muscles as the weapon flies by. A hit to the arm will reduce Strength by 25 in that arm. A hit to the leg will decrease Speed by 20. A hit to the torso will either deliver a hit with 30 Strength more damage and decrease the opponent's Speed by 10 OR it will impale the target, dealing 40 Strength more damage and knocking them over (opponent's choice).
A- The target is in danger of losing limbs if this technique hits. A hit to the arm will cut into the bone and disable the target's Strength by 65. A hit to the leg will cut into the bone, reducing the target's Speed by 50. A hit to the torso will either deal damage equal to the user's Strength plus 70 and impale the target, knocking them over, or it will deal damage equal to the user's Strength plus 50, slash through the target's side, and reduce both Speed and Durability by 20 (opponent's choice). If the target is unable to heal the damage within 10 posts, their wounds may get infected, resulting in loss of the damaged limbs.
S- If the target is facing an S-Rank Fuma Shuriken Throw and their durability is less than the Thrower's Strength, they cannot dodge the attack, AND they have not used any jutsu or objects to slow the weapon, then the target will be cut in half unless a limb was targeted. In which case, the limb will be severed.
Requirements: Must know Chakra Throw
Name: Peak Accuracy
Rank: A
Type: Shurikenjutsu
Element: None
Range: Mid
Description: A Chakra Throw technique requiring the user to focus on throwing a single non-Fuma Shuriken projectile as precisely as possible. The user must be standing still while throwing a single Kunai, Shuriken, or Senbon. However, as a result, their Perception will be boosted by 50 for the purposes of hitting the target. This costs chakra along with Chakra Throw, meaning it requires 90 Chakra to use at minimum with Disabling Strike skills requiring an extra Chakra cost as usual. This cannot be used to throw more than one projectile at a time.
Requirements: Must know Chakra Throw
