| LAVA RELEASE TECHS
Name: Lava Release Clone Rank: A-rank Type: Ninjutsu Element: Lava Range: 0m - 50m Description: The user creates a clone out of molten lava. The clone takes on the appearance of the user and takes as much chakra from the user as the user puts into this technique. They have equal stats to the user and are able to use any lava techniques A-rank and below. They cost 60 chakra per post from their own reserves to remain summoned. They are able to spend 70 chakra to reform if they are partially destroyed or wounded, though since they are made of lava physical attacks are dangerous to the attacker. Requirements:
Name: Lava Release: Great Exploding Magma Colliding Wave Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Lava Range: 0m - 100m Description: Similar to the water release jutsu of a similar name, the user spews molten lava from their mouth which covers a very wide radius in superheated magma. The user can also form this into a large dome that uses the user as its center, though the user would need some way to survive in lava also. 70 activation, 35 upkeep. Requirements:
Name: Hiding in Lava Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Lava Range: Self Description: The user is able to protect themselves from lava and hide within it, blending in with the molten liquid. 30 activation, 15 upkeep. Requirements:
Name: Lava Release: Multiple Raining Hands Technique Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Lava Range: 0m - 50m Description: The user is able to shape lava from the ground or from a preexisting source into up to ten large hands of molten rock that can be freely manipulated. They have a strength of 120 and a speed of 80, they are made of semi-liquid molten rock, so they reform if slightly destroyed. They can be solidified with an equal rank water jutsu being used on them. 70 chakra for the first hand, 20 chakra for each after that. 35 chakra upkeep. Requirements:
Name: Lava Release: Magma Dragon Missile Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Lava Range: 0m - 50m Description: The user summons forth a large dragon made of lava that moves and attacks an opponent. The user is able to control the movement of this dragon, and thus, skilled user can even ride on the head of the dragon into battle. The dragon moves at a speed of 90 and has a power and durability of 80. 60 activation, 30 upkeep. Requirements:
DRY RELEASE TECHS
Name: Dry Release: Desert Sand Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Dry Range: 0m - 50m Description: The user is able to use their dry release to create and control a form of sand or dust created by using their element to remove the moisture from the ground around them. This sand can be freely manipulated within the confines of the above range and used to defend, bind or attack a target. It has equal stats to its user. 70 activaiton 35 upkeep. Requirements:
Name: Dry Release: Encompassing Pyramid Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Dry Range: 0m - 20m Description: The user creates a pyramid around themselves or a group of people that acts as a defensive retreat from the outside world. It has a durability of +30 the user's current durability. If damaged it can be repaired by paying the activation cost again. Activation cost of 60 and upkeep of 30. Requirements:
Name: Dry Release: Sand Body Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Dry Range: self Description: The user converts themselves into sand which can be used do defend against physical attacks as well as wind nature. The user is able to scatter themselves and then reform by paying the activation fee again. This technique is weak to fire, lightning or any other element that has a chance of turning the sand to glass. The user is unable to attack while they are turned to sand and must pay 35 chakra to reform. 70 activation, 35 upkeep. Requirements:
Name: Wind Release: Dry Release: Sandstorm Barrage Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Wind/Dry Range: 0m - 50m Description: The user uses the wind release to begin whipping their sand all over the place, making a visually impairing sand storm manifest in the above stated area. This also has a tendency to create small cuts on those inside the sandstorm, but is mostly just for impairing even the view of the mighty Byakugan and Sharingan as the sand whipping through the air is filled with the users chakra. Basically making this like finding a needle in a haystack. Requirements:
Name: Dry Release: Crushing Octopus Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Dry Range: 0m - 30m Description: The user is able to form up to eight very thick tentacles out of their sand, and control them to attack or defend against opponents. These tentacles have equal stats to the user and are controlled by the user's will. 60 activation, 30 upkeep. Requirements:
BLOOD RELEASE TECHS
Name: Blood Release: Sensing Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Blood Range: 0m - 40m Description: The user, after releasing chakra into the environment, are able to track anything with blood in it or on it in the given radius. 50 activation 25 upkeep. Requirements:
Name: Blood Release: Spiral Cicada Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Blood Range: 0m - 10m Description: The user is able to form their blood into various weapons or shields to be used in combat. The blood simply solidifies once it is in the desired shape and is then held in that shape by the user's chakra. Due to the constant presence of chakra in the constructs, they have durability and strength +30 to the user's. An additional upkeep cost of 35 chakra must be payed for each time the weapon is reconstructed into something new. 70 activation, 35 upkeep. Requirements:
Name: Blood Release: Death Carnival Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Blood Range: 0m - 70m Description: Blood Release: Death Carnival is a technique based upon the principle of the Storm Release: Laser Circus technique. After making the required handsigns the user builds blood release chakra in their hands and fires it at the target in form of high speed traveling blood streams that have a strong enough piercing ability to go through steel. Stats equal to user. Requirements:
Name: Blood Release: Crimson Spiderweb Forest Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Blood Range: 0m - 100m Description: After using a technique that creates something similar to a forest or cave or while being in a forest or cave, the user manipulates their blood to connect on all sides and form sticky strands that resemble the way a spiders web looks like. These strands can then be used to capture or restrain targets that get hung up in them or to slow an enemies movements as they focus on not being caught up in the bloody webs. Stats equal to user +40. One must have greater than or equal strength to the durability of the webs. (Which is +40 the user's durability). 70 activation, 35 upkeep. Requirements:
Name: Blood Release: Infernal Conversion Rank: S Type: Medical Ninjutsu Element: Blood Range: Self Description: The user manipulates the acidity levels of their blood, turning their blood into a potent acid. Obviously, this doesn't effect the user, but any of their techniques, or any blood drawn from them will be highly acidic for as long as this technique is active. 140 activation, 70 upkeep. Requirements:
DENSITY RELEASE TECHS
Name: Density Release: Phantom Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Density Range: Self Description: The user is able to turn themselves intangible by manipulating their own density. The user, obviously, is unable to attack in this form, but they are also unable to heal or activate seals in this form either. It is purely for defense and escape. The technique can be held for as long as the user has chakra, but there is a 1:1 ratio cooldown that starts the moment the jutsu is released. Meaning for each post they held it, there is a post of cooldown added. 140 activation, 70 upkeep. Requirements:
Name: Density Release: Pressure Forest Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Density Range: 0m - 100m Description: The user condenses the matter around them, creating super dense structures that resemble trees. These trees being super dense, have a durability of 200. The user isn't able to control the trees or bond with them or use them in an way. This is mostly for concealment, environment control, and protection from large radius attacks. 140 activaiton, 70 upkeep. Requirements:
Name: Density Release: Ultimate Armor Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Density Range: Self Description: By increasing one's own density, they are able to increase their durability quite a lot. While active, the user is incapable of moving, but gains +100 durability. 70 activation, 35 upkeep. Requirements:
Name: Density Release: God Punch Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Density Range: 0m - 50m Description: The user condenses the matter around them to form a solid, super dense fist of compressed matter. This is then used to smash into the target, with a strength and durability of +50 the users and equal speed. Requirements:
Name: Density Release: Floatation Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Density Range: Self Description: The user is able to make themselves lighter than air, and are thus able to fly. 30 activation, 15 upkeep. Requirements:
Name: Density Release: Crashing Meteor Devastation Missile Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Density Range: 0m - 30m Description: While falling from a great distance, the user makes their body super dense and heavy before turning to fall head first like a missile. When they make impact with the ground, the earth within a 30m radius out and 20m radius deep is shattered from the force behind the impact. +40 the user's strength. +50 the user's speed. Requirements:

Requirements: This seems kind-of unbalanced, but I'm kind-of conflicted.... On one hand, there are actual weaknesses that can be exploited and used. But on the other hand, this is potentially just plain broken in an actual fight. If the user can't attack or cast other Jutsu in sand form and re-forming takes the activation cost, then I'll allow it. But, otherwise, being unable to be damaged by anything is just a bit too much without some drawbacks like that. - Quote :

I assume the enemy would need to either use a Jutsu or have Strength equal to the web's Durability to get free, but it's not exactly clear. - Quote :

Requirements: I don't think I can approve a technique that makes the user completely invulnerable without any real disadvantages or weaknesses. I know this is a sub-limited, but still, there needs to be a bigger drawback to using this such as some form of elemental weakness, a cooldown period between uses, or some stat nerf for a set period of time after use. Other than those four techniques, everything is approved. | |
