Hoshi also knew that to do anything in this world, he'd have to be able to slow down and not fight everything. Something the 28-year-old often had problems coming to terms with, despite his power and wisdom. It was painfully difficult because, in most cases, it was the most efficient thing to just fight people. It got people to talk, it got people to shut up. It got people to do a lot of things, and that's part of the reason why Hoshi liked it. It was effectively a shortcut he was really good at taking.
So good, in fact, that it was what he should be known for, instead of being known for that whole Immortal thing. Not that he minded being known as the immortal. That was a bit scarier than 'The Fighter' or something else questionablely cool like that. He was just a man who was often training his chakra, and fighting other people.
That was his entire existence, and honestly, it was kind of sad. It was sad because it was mostly unfulfilling, especially to someone like Hoshi, who was in it for the fights. He had gotten strong enough that the fights weren't long or difficult enough anymore. All this was thought about, as he continued to mold his chakra, and take sips of his drink.
